Salesman was nice and helpful. Got a pretty good deal on a 2020 Tacoma. However in financing, I wanted to go with a certain credit union and a down payment was required for that credit union. I put $1200 down to go with my preferred credit union. Come to find out it was not with that credit union at all and the interest rate is higher than what I was told. Also, I still have not received any tag paperwork in the mail and my temp tag expires in a few days.

Since I cant respond to your response, I'll update this. NO. Not everything was resolved, & I had to fight with you for WEEKS for you do perform the work that YOU should have done before I purchased it. I was LIED to and told Foley did all the work beforehand, & NOW you admitted they didnt. POINT PROVEN. I was NEVER told upfront the vehicle had to be transferred, check your recorded calls & Johnnys texts. & ALL the issues were discussed and PROMISED to be resolved, in front of multiple employees, BEFORE I signed & your company failed to uphold the agreement made. NO ONE answers when I call, so whos listening to my concerns? Next time, check your facts before trying to turn this around on me publicy..I decided this morning after trying to reach a "manager" since 12/26/24, & you screening and ignoring my calls, maybe THIS zero (made me select one to post) star you worked oh so hard for will get your attention. Our family has purchased 8 vehicles from this lot within the last 11 years, and after our last trade-in/purchase Dec.19, 2023, I will NEVER refer anyone to this business AGAIN. I'm not one to shame businesses on social media & self-consciously know it could prevent someone from a paycheck, BUT this amount of dishonesty, manipulation, and negligence I've experienced from from sales rep Johnny & his "managers" Kelly & Cooey, makes this post well deserved. I could literally write a 5 page letter discussing this nightmare, but I'll try to keep it short. On Dec. 18, 2024 over the phone I was sold a 2019 Traverse with 38k miles, a "3 year bumper to bumper warranty, a "lifetime power terrain warranty", in "trust me its excellent condition, no scratches or damages you'll LOVE it" that would be also verbatim be ready to go at 830 the next morning, all I had to do was show up & sign. Showed up to a 2019 with 42k miles, covered in mud & dirt, with deep scratches down the passenger doors and around every single door handle, a warranty that expired 12/10/23 (we were there the 19th) and the power terrain was limited and only covered me $3000 on motor or transmission repair, I have to pay the rest. I addressed it immediately & Johnny tried to slick talk himself out of a corner & the managers automatically came to him defense saying I rushed the deal, COMPLETELY disregarding my texts telling Johnny I didnt need the car today, tomorrow, or even next week. Accusing me of rushing was their narcissistic way of blaming me for their own rushed mistakes. I immediately went to Johnny over the scratches left after the "detail", which was actually a quick rinse, and was laughed at in front of my husband & another sales rep & told it was a 2019, I "need to expect wear and tear" and it doesn't qualify as damage.. I called him out on lying over it NOT having scratches & reminded him my trade-in in Jeep had zero scratches & I GAVE him a pristine, used vehicle.. he then had to get "approval" for a detail that was supposed to be completed the day before, he REFUSED to schedule the appointment ahead of time, blatantly lied and told me they changed the oil same day & did not, the breaks squeal, the computer screen has since froze up over 20 times, and NO ONE will answer my calls or texts. They 150% have caller ID because I'll turn around & call from my kids phone after, & they're in sales mode and pick it up before the first ring completes. I was denied confirmation of the service due to "Hippa" & I didn't own the vehicle the day it was serviced, which was a few days before i purchased it. I was told my car was serviced on 12/26, & they won't be doing further work on it.. I WAS IN GA 12/26 & AGAIN REFUSE TO PROVIDE DOCS/INFO ON WHEN IT WAS SERVICED. I know how pressuring sales can be, I worked for one of the largest financial lenders in the country for almost 3 years.. I know sales & KNOW this is unethical, unlawful, & UNACCEPTABLE. You can't tell someone to "trust you" and take advantage of them. Thank you for being

Thank you Tyler and Gabby for both going above and beyond with customer service! My husband and I looked on the website for a cash car and inquired about a few that we liked, Gabby reached out to us in a very timely manner and had great customer service. She was very honest about one of the vehicles we had been interested in and said they would search their inventory for vehicles that fit into our budget. When we arrived we were paired with a salesman named Tyler. Tyler was very great at listening to what we wanted and helped us find a great vehicle! I bought my 2021 Nissan Sentra through Sandy Sansing Nissan but was informed that body shop and repairs are down through the Chevrolet location. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Scott during this process. He exhibited spectacular customer service, was friendly, and kept me informed me of the repair process. I was told the repairs would take 4 days but it only took 2 which was great because I really on my car to get me around. He did a great job on the repairs and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for good service when it comes to car repairs!

I was impressed with both the sales man Johnny Mendez professionalism and patience with me. No pressure at all. I feel like he went above and beyond especially when my phone died trying to get insurance. He provided a charger while he assisted me with the insurance. Also the financial man was very professional. Love the Coronado will do business with them again.

We shall see, 2 days ago we purchased a $40k used truck from them and to be safe we also got a 3 year warranty to go with it. There was an engine light on when we went to pick it up. We asked the salesman and he said the service dept. Checked it and it was just because it hadn't been driven recently. Carl the salesman said to let him know if there was anything else and they would take care of it. The next morning we took it to the mechanic and it was a $2500 repair. The warranty wouldn't pay, it's worthless and sansing won't return our calls or give us any info. This review is to be continued... sansing the ball is in your court, you can make this a 5 star review or one star. It is your decision.

Sandy Sansing service department is always extremely busy, but they are very consistent with the maintenance and repairs needed along with the time it takes to perform these tasks. I ve been dealing with Roberta in the service department for over 2 years now. I appreciate her professionalism and straightforward honesty.The sales department has also helped me with my past five purchases. David Sansing has always taken the time for a phone call and set me up with the right people to execute a quick around. It s nice having a team of people on your side to find the vehicle you want or find the vehicle that you need. I am very grateful for the entire Sandy Sansing family.

Made an appointment to drop my truck off at 9:30 am on Monday for an oil change, front end alignment, and vibration when braking. By 3:30 I hadn't heard anything so I called to check on my truck, no one answered the call in service so I called back same out come, no answer. So finally I get a hold of someone at 4:45, Jeff the service rep. tells me that the mechanic hasn't even looked at my truck and won't be able to get to it until the next day or the day after. I asked Jeff why did I make an appointment if the mechanic wasn't even able to look at my truck, why wasn't I told at drop off that the mechanic is running behind and it will be a day or two before he can get to it. I complained to one of the managers about Jeff and his behavior and that Jeff's fix was for me to take it somewhere else. The manager said Jeff is thier worst rep and most of thier complaints are about Jeff. But yet Sandy Sansing won't fire him because they have too much money invested in himThe manager took my keys and said he was going to park my truck in the shop where they would have to work on it first thing the next day and that Jeff would not be handling my service. We'll the next day they did fix my truck but Jeff was my service rep. But I didn't care to argue that about Jeff because all I wanted was my truck worked on. My point is Jeff is a terrible service rep and in my opinion he should be fired or moved to a different position. Sandy Sansing has an amazing sales team and he does try to help you in anyway he can BUT I feel like his service department needs an overhaul.

Abby, my sales man was one of the kindest and helpful men I've had the pleasure of meetings. He answered every question throughly and was able to get me the vehicle that i wanted. It's been 7 days since i purchased my truck and other than a miner maintenance issue with the truck, an issue that Abby in no way could have known about im very happy with the vehicle. Start to finish, my experience getting my Tahoe fixed after an accident was superb. Chris was professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the process. Kudos to the shop staff. The repairs were done well and they handled everything with the insurance company. Very grateful for a wonderful experience that could have very easily been a hassle somewhere else.

Best dealership I've ever been to! And I must say coming from a person who's pushing 70 years old I've been to a few dealerships over the years. ALEX was a very big part of this from the moment we made contact on the lot. From showing us several different pickup trucks we made a decision after some number crunching. We feel badly for the other customers as we felt we were able to obtain the best looking used truck on the lot and are very happy. Alex moved us swiftly through the whole process and then we had the dreaded part of getting through the financing department that most dealerships take hours and numerous signatures and explanations. However, at Samsing Chevrolet this wasn't the case as Casey had us through this process with in 10 minutes tops!!! I highly recommend this dealership as these guys are professional yet personal polite courteous and swift. First time in years I felt taken care of without a feeling of being rushed or being put in a vehicle they wanted to sell me. They really do take care of their customers!

Haley in service did a wonderful job assisting us when our 2021 Tahoe experienced a problem with the drive belt/pulley system while on vacation. She made our appointment for the next business day with same day service of our vehicle. She also went the extra mile to have extended warranty cover some of the cost when we said we would self pay because warranty approval takes too long.

They charged me $240 for an oil change for a c8, $60 for labor and $160 for the actual oil and filter after tax. I was not quoted that price, I called and left a message for the shop manager to make sure his guys charged me correctly, and no call back. Milton s dealership charges $160 for a C8 using the same supercar oil. Just beware I just had the most expensive oil change for a c8 in northwest Florida.

2019 High Country Crew CabThe truck had an internal problem and the engine had to be disassembled, heads, etc. I was familiar with the work needed as I am a Master in the Merchant Marines. I didn't realize it would entail removing the cab off the frame. My Service Advisor Jeff was proficient and answered all of my questions along with providing me a rental. I just returned from a thousand mile trip and the truck runs great, not even a rattle. I would recommend Sandy Sanding Service as they are A+.

Came in looking for a Bolt EUV and they had one that fitted our needs and my wife liked. Sales team was not pushing and helpful in getting discounts and fair loan. Had the car for about a week now and my wife is very happy with it. It may take a little while to learn all the bells and whistles of this car

BUYER BEWARE! Just bought a used truck from SS Chevy and got totally ripped off. Salesman said vehicle was road worthy, said his service department had just checked it out. Turns out, the truck needed a very expensive repair, and the service department at SS Chevy has NO RECORD of ever running the CEL codes on the vehicle. Waiting and waiting on management to return my calls, nothing yet after 3 days, can't get anyone to answer the phone and address my concerns, other than the salesman who then offered to sell me a MORE expensive vehicle. Hoping SS Chevy will stand by their word and make the situation right, but I'm not holding my breath.

Jeff was wonderful about keeping in touch and explaining the issues to us. I highly recommend them as the first place to go with any Chevrolet repairs.

I received an email when I requested purchase information about 2 vehicles from a woman there About setting up a test drive: I left multiple messages on the provided number and never received a call back. Finally I sent an email and received one back saying one was sold and about coming in to test drive the other. When I arrived, I was informed the vehicle was inoperable. How can I text drive a vehicle that is inoperable? This turned out to be true about over 10 other listings on their site with no mention as to the issues with the vehicles.
