Dropped my car off on 10/20, after nearly 3 weeks they still had not taken a look at my vehicle. I called on 11/07 to get an update, and never received a call back as I was told I would, I called back the morning of 11/8 to get an update, still nothing. I called that afternoon to let them know I would be coming to get the vehicle since it's been nearly 3 weeks and my car had not moved from the spot I left it in. 30 minutes after that phone call they attempted to diagnose the issue with my vehicle. I retrieved my keys and whoever I spoke with made several excuses as to why it took so long, and asked what my plan was. I told him I'm going to take it to Hyundai and he responded with "Oh they're going to have it for EVEN LONGER" and stormed off like a toddler. I dropped my car off to Hyundai same day, it was diagnosed by the end of the week, and Hyundai ended up covering a full engine replacement for FREE. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday it took a little longer than normal, but they had my car from start to finish a total of 20 days back up and running, where it took Profast 19 days before they even took a look at it. If you're not in a rush to get your vehicle back, they're the ones to call!

This place had my car for about 2 months, replaced my fuel pump and spark plugs, the owner told me they had it for so long for various reasons, one of them being they simply forgot about it, I didn't make a big deal as I'm understanding and realize stuff happens, had my car back for about a week and the check engine light came back on, texted the owner to let him know and never got a response back, take your car here if you want them to keep it forever and not actually fix the problem.Service: Exhaust

Steve and his crew are amazing! We came in from a road trip, our van would not start and we were HOURS from home or our destination! They were all so kind and courteous and saved us from being stranded by figuring out the issue; even though our old 98 Chevy was not being cooperative with them, and fixing it promptly. Just because I provided my own OEM parts to service my vehicle to repair my steering I don't think I should have to pay for labor for mis installation again to repair it correctly because the labor did not install it correctly!! That would be paying twice for something that should have been done the first time. But that it is what I'm told to get my vehicle fixed correctly. If I'm going to have to do that I need to go to another mechanic unfortunately for me and my friends. I will look for professionalism somewhere else!!!

I had my scion towed up there last week . The were just awesome. They explained everything to me and was super nice.The guy called me and told me that my ignition coil went out and the price to fix it which was alot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. The service was excellent and I have not had any issues since then. I highly recommend this place and will use this place in the future for my car needs. The thing that impressed me the most was a follow up call to make sure my car was still running good and the service was great.

Steven is a knowledgeable mechanic and does great work. He's also very familiar with Carvana's SilverRock warranty service which made my warranty work seamless.

I've taken my truck to them a couple of times and I won't go anywhere else. Steve is always courteous and will always take the time to make sure you know exactly what's needed. No mechanic is cheap but their prices are fair. HIGHLY recommend these guys

Went to get my master cylinder serviced and Steve left a gasket off my m/c. My car was unable to stop due to the leak. I had to pay an additional $700 to have sandy sanding repair his mistake. I will near use profast again.

Do not come here they advertise an AC check for $9.95 to have you pay $112 instead when they didn't do any repair work nothing to the car whatsoever left everything everywhere as well didn't clean up after them selves after taking wires out and just leaving them exposed so $112 for yall to not repair anything and to leave it exposed ... do not come here I came because the advertisement said $9.95 its the only reason I even stopped to go there edit : the owner called and cussed us out over the bad reviews so now we are being harassed for receiving bad service funny isn't it dont go here

Worst shop in Pensacola. They charged me just to look at my car. It stayed in the same spot never moved. Dude threw multiple possibilities but could never give a straight answer. I highly recommend! The gentlemen at Profast are helpful, respectful and very professional. I have taken my car to them for 2 different issues and each time my car was repaired and was done very quickly. I will continue to take my car to Profast and state again that I highly recommend. They know what they are doing!!!!!! A big thank you to all of you at Profast.

I've been taking my cars to Steven and Chris for years now. I always recommend them to friends as well. I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else. Fair pricing and they take the time to answer any questions I have about needed repairs or maintenance. I highly recommend them, particularly if you've had a bad experience with a shop before. Very trustworthy and knowledgable.

Excellent mechanical and customer service! They're a busy shop so there's no instant gratification, but they had my brakes and rotors replaced and my car returned to me in a day. What more can you ask for? Also, a couple of fellas there are into Coheed and Cambria, if that kind of thing matters to you (and it should).Service: BrakesService: Brakes

These guys won t do you wrong like the big chain car places. I will not be going anywhere else especially in Pensacola. Chris was great, he was who helped me with both my vehicles.

Here's the story.I had a pressing car issue in that my sunroof leaked buckets when it rained. After bringing in my car I was reassured that they would get to it as soon as possible and was even given a date it would be completed by.When this day came, I called. Apparently, the car had not been touched. The reason was they were just "too busy" and hadn't "gotten around to it."Well, I decided, that's ok, probably something unexpected.However, this same excuse persisted for 3 weeks.And that car had ... not ... been ... touched.So finally I called and the owner answered and blamed everything on the "guy who [he] left in charge."When I went it to complain in person (note: I was having to hitch a ride to work each time with a friend and was finally able to make it over to the shop the 3rd week).I told them I was taking my car and leaving and not paying a dime. They said I owed 385 and I told them there was no chance they were getting that. I finally talked them down by almost 200 and when I came in to pick up the car, they made lame jokes about how I was "getting such a good deal" on that repair. I told them that wasn't funny and left.Next day, it rains. And the sunroof leaked again.I called, they said they'd have to take it in and look at it (I'm assuming for 3 more weeks) again.I took this same car in to Penton's Trim Shop. Guy said it'd be done Tuesday. Called me Monday, gave me an alternative fix than the original and reassured me they would be done on time. They were.That is how you do business, Pro Fast. Sorry, but you'd save yourself a headache by not even trying this place.Peace.

Huge Ripoff. After waiting days they call me back wanting permission for a 75 an hour diagnosis....so I said sure. Told me absolutely nothing I didnt already know. Their price was outrageous to fix and there is never a definitive answer, its always "it could me" or "that might be the case." They want you to just throw money at them for a maybe. So all-n-all they take a long time, are overpriced and dont really know what they are doing. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

Startered working as soon as the transmission was dropped off and finished a FWD transmission/clutch/cv axel/oil chance/valve cover gasket job in the span on 2 days. Very quick and reliable people. Always gave a heads up when something else needed fixing. Chris was up front and honest the whole way through.

I just wanted to shout out to the team at profast. I took my car here on a recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and honest people. I would recommend this place to anyone else, and take my car back again!

After talking with Teddy about my oil, and getting conflicting stories about what was done to my van, I wasn't sure I actually needed the $772 service. I think possibly the $75 oil pressure sensor service was all I really needed. When my friend and I pressed for answers, Teddy got very offended and short with me so I felt even more suspicious. The lack of respect for my right to clarify what I got for $850 is the reason I won't go back

Great staff and quality work the employees have good spirits a very respectful and back up their work with the guarantees that they'll fix it if anything goes wrong it's nowadays A lot of people try to charge the extra when that happens and say it wasn't the same problem but they're not one of them kind they're honest
