I bought a Lexus from them in good condition considering the GS300's age. Robert and Ken offered good communication, service, went the extra mile, and the price was right.

* WARNING *IF YOU LIKE NARCISSISM AT ITS FINEST SERVED UP WITH A SIDE ORDER OF STUPIDITY, SUPER TRUMPED-UP FEES, TOPPED OFF WITH LIES ON TOP OF LIES WHEN YOU GET INTO AN ACCIDENT THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE FOR YOU!!...IF YOU DO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED BY THEM AFTER A ACCIDENT MIGHT AS WELL BRING YA TITLE IF YA WANT ANYTHING OUT THE VEHICLE...THAT IS IF THEY HADN'T ALREADY HAVEN'T TAKEN IT

The tow truck driver was nice to my wife on the phone when my son wrecked his car but me calling the next day to get my sons things from his car was a very very bad experience. The person answering the phone was rude and a smart mouth not business like at all , the insurance adjuster got treated the same as he was bothering the person. I would never recommend this place to anybody..

This business employs thieves, has absolutely no respect for your property, and has zero percent of integrity. Someone else was driving my car and it was involved in an really bad accident. I called the police, trying to track my car down.. no answers, rude people, no one could tell me where the car was..8 days later I finally got the police report. I called and Pensacola P&b gave a list of bogus charges.. I get to the tow junkyard.. they charged me $440 for storage and tow.. Both windows all the way rolled down( car full of rainwater), car wide open unlocked, everything that was in the car is now missing..backpack, stereo sound system, debit card, etc had all magically disappeared.. No one contacted me to even tell me where my car was, but yet the charges racked up for each day it was there.. Now mind you this junk business is 3.8 miles away from my house. They had my address and phone number the entire time, not even a phone call. I don t understand how people live with themselves, knowingly doing so much wrong to an innocent person. Why make a situation worse for a victim. I hope Karma comes back to you in the worst way, especially to whoever stole everything out of my car.
