I d been having trouble with my car needing to be jumped, the battery was only a year old and when they would check after driving to O Reillys it was showing good . Checked the alternator and starter, all good. This morning, 4th time in less than a week had to get jumped drove straight to O Reilly on Navy Blvd, Jerry checked my battery said it was showing it needed charging, he replaced it without any issues. I really appreciate good customer service and knowledge! Thank you Jerry

They was about to close I was panicking my car was over heating . Mr Bruce was so nice enough to come outside in the dark and help me .. Thank you so much for being nice and nice helpful !! So thankful for him !!

In and out. Adamant good service without the feeling of pressure or that your trying to steal something and just being rushed out of the store but able to point u in the right direction and then let u shop freely.

Was helping a co worker get a used car. While looking at the car we noticed a few missing lug nut. We stopped in and the staff here looked up the thread specs. On the computer. They had us with correct parts out the door in under 5 minutes. The staff here is efficient in helping there customers.

Lady that works there was very helpful knowledgeable about parts did not give me any B's about swapping the wrong part out unlike AutoZone were management was a A** Hole and they are much cheaper on the parts then other

Auto parts are auto parts right? Not so! O'Reilly's is different, don't know exactly why, staff, stock layout or brands, I can't complain about anything here. That keeps me buying me parts from O'REILLY'S

I had bad windshield wipers from a previous visit at another location. Tonight Jerry helped me by installing wipers but wasn't comfortable with the fit. He then took the time to try other wipers (no upsale) and made sure I left safe to drive through rain again. I am very grateful!

Excellent knowledge employee unlike AutoZone manager that is very rude I would not recommend AutoZone for anything the price is higher and employees are rude O'Riley have not had a problem at any of their stores

My husband asked me to go to this auto parts store although there are ones that are closer. Now I know why. I needed wipers for a work vehicle. Lee found what I needed and Installed them for me and he was a very pleasant gentleman. Highly recommend this place for your auto parts needs.

This is like your small, friendly neighborhood auto parts store. I like O'Reilly's because they often offer smaller sizes of cans of cleaner such as mass air flow sensor brake cleaner etc. If you don't work on cars for a living there's no reason to have a giant expensive can of sensor cleaner so this is where I go for my small project needs. The staff never cease to amaze me either expensive knowledge of mechanical automotive aspects

Nothing but the best to say about Michael at O'Reilly's on Navy Boulevard. I came in with a dead battery and a defective terminal, he was quick to help me get the battery changed out and even went further in replacing my terminal while it was raining. He even came back out after we cleaned up to make sure everything started up as it should.

Excellent service and help from this Oreillys and specifically Patrick. He installed my windshield wipers and helped me with which ones I needed. This place is much better than Auto Zone down the street.

Was able to get some parts from O Reilly auto parts and they were very professional and very helpful. The woman we spoke to definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Will be back again.

I stopped here in an emergency tho find a 4-way that would fit a friend's Honda. He then proceeded to ask me math questions this see if I knew the answer. I didn't stop here for a math lesson or to be belittled. I asked him if it would fit, all he should have answered was yes or no. This was rude and I will never return.

I've been to this o'reilly a few to buy my car parts and they've always been helpful. I go in today because i've been having a problem with my car. I won't be comimg there anymore tody november 8 12:00 noon saturaday,the guy behind the counter wouldn't help me . I was the only customer and he was the only worker in the store ,i asked him to put my car on the machine and he wouldn't do it. smh . Maybe if i was a white woman he probably would of did it smh

Came to the store with a headlight out, went in to grab the replacement bulb and got to talking with Jerry. He took the time to look under the hood with me and help walk me through changing the bulb out. Thanks Jerry!

I love O'Reillys! They have great prices and parts for my Subaru that no one else has in stock! And if they don't have it in stock they will get it to the store of your choosing! They are fast friendly and knowledgeable! Thanks O'Reillys! O O O O'Reillys auto parts!!!

Bruce went above and beyond to help us. My son had his brakes replaced at a subpar repair shop down the street and they didn't put bolts on to hold the brake calipers on. It could have been disastrous but luckily we noticed the squeaking when we were in town. We went to Oreilly's and Bruce really went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. He even said the next time my son needs any repairs to come see him and if it's something my son can't fix himself he will direct him to an honest mechanic that doesn't take advantage of the Sailors like some businesses out here do. I can't thank him enough.

Great place but don't return nothing after they said they would spent 700 there in a day and wouldn't return my push rodes I never opened and didn't need them after there rear and hard to find

If at all possible I won t go anywhere else. These guys make sure you get the right part. Not just sell you something to get you out the door. Good store.

Can't believe what just happened at this Orieles. I have dealt there before with no problems. This time I tossed a fuse on the counter and said Military. He turned and said what is your DOD number. I loudley said What, he said the last four. I said i'm military and showed him my retired id he said company policey what are your last 4.I threw the fuse on the counter and said a few not to good words and walked out. Military are never to divulge there social security number ever. I am sure he made a mistake and i was in a hurry. I went to auto zone and was never asked for my card that I already had waiting.

Great service. Thought I needed a battery but they checked it. Battery good I needed an alternator. Ordered pick up before noon.
