Keith and his guys were so helpful and professional. While on vacation, my windshield was hit and got a severe crack so I needed it repaired quickly. They were able to get a new windshield and install it the very next day! Fast and great service! Have had several windshields installed by Keith and the crew of Mounts. Every job has turned out great with zero issues, clean quality work and probably the friendliest folks to deal with from start to finish. These guys were excellent. I needed to have a windshield replaced on our SUV. They were easy to reach via phone, quick service, and pricing was very fair. I emailed Mounts Auto Glass through their website on a Wednesday to get a windshield replaced, hoping to get it done before the weekend. To my great surprise they were available to come out to my home and replaced the windshield the next day. Keith and his team drove over from Pensacola and replaced the windshield in our 2017 Winnebago motorhome on-site at our RV park in Foley, AL. They did a superb job and were on time, well prepared, skilled, and professional. The 15-20mph wind gusts did not make it any easier but they got it done and it looks as good or better than when it came out of the factory. Highly recommend Mount's Auto Glass if you need that big windshield replaced in your motorhome - they will do it right!

Man what a life saver, Keith and Crystal took care of my back glass in the Viper like they ve done it 100 times. He even picked up my glass from the dealer and made sure it got to my house safe! I sure appreciate their care and conversation, highly recommend Mounts for all y all s needs, hopefully I don t need them again, but if I do they will be my first call. 10/10Service: Auto rear window replacement

My back passenger window shattered while on a trip. I called 3 other glass companies and left messages before calling Mount's Auto Glass. Mount's answered the call, gave me quote and got my window repaired within 2 business days (it would have been same day if it wasn't for the weather). They were easy to work with, professional, and had great customer service! I will be using them for all my auto glass needs from here on out. Called Keith this morning to fix the back glass on one of my vehicles. He was on top of it! Got it done same day, and came to us to fix it! He was very professional, very friendly, and very fairly priced! I would recommend him to anyone, and I will be using him if the need arises again! Thanks!!!!

From a Pensacola local with two experiences with Mounts!!!!Today was the second time in the last year and a half I've needed my windshield replaced, and thus having the pleasure of dealing with Keith Mount at Mount's Auto Glass. Both times were attributed to a rock on my interstate commute, and Keith has been extremely pleasurable, polite, and timely throughout. Keith even went out of his way to find a particular windshield I wanted that is unique to Jeep Wranglers. This time, being a year later, I called Keith and he remembered me, down to the make, model, and color of my jeep. I was extremely impressed. He replaced my windshield at my place of employment (Navy Federal) within an hour of my claim. He has earned my business and trust.

This guy!!....he went head to to with my insurance company to get me approved for a factory windshield replacement! I would have never been able to make it happen on my own. Courteous...professional...great work and shows up when he says he's going to. Definitely my new go-to for windshield repair or replacement.

Great service, friendly folks, thorough in their work. They go out of their way to ensure customer needs are met, and try to provide the most cost-effecrive and prompt solutions. If they don't have the right glass in stock they can have it custom cut or typically know where to suggest to get a replacement glass and will come out and install it.

These guys were amazing! Extremely professional and fixed my window back to its exact form. 10/10! I recommend them as FAR BETTER than safelite or any big name brand.
