These guys are great! Called them during one of the busiest times of the day to tow our van. My wife had broken down and they didn t waste anytime getting there. I have used them several times since and they are the first guys I call, every time. Thank you for your great customer service!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys came recommended from another towing company and they were awesome! They worked with me on short notice to get my Tesla from Biloxi to Pensacola during the busy time of cruising the coast for a great price. I loved their relaxed attitudes and willingness to help. I'd easy call them again for my towing needs.

Holly and the crew are the absolute best towing company around. They are responsive and they care about the people they are called to assist as well as their employees. They have been towing and growing in Pensacola and the surrounding areas for quite some time and I never heard a bad word about them.Also: The General Manager (her name is Dixie the Yorkie, a little fur baby girl) is absolutely perfect in every way, but she runs a tight ship!Service: Car towing

They did tow my son s car but he did park illegally. My son went to get his car only to find he had lost his key fob at the fair. The next day Max was super helpful and understanding about the situation. He even offered a great recommendation to a local locksmith that was able to make a new key fob. Thank you guys at H&M for showing me and my son compassion and understanding along with great service. I will keep your number if I ever need a legal tow.

The best service in town. From your everyday my car broke down I need a tow to the shop to the most complex crazy you can think of they can help. Great staff, great location. H&M Roadside provided excellent pick up service tonight (a Saturday) for my suddenly broken down van. It was a busy, hectic day for everyone - but in spite of that, Church, the driver, was absolutely stellar! He kept in touch with me via cell and text and arrived right when he said he would. Not only was he kind but had an amazing sense of humor! His positive attitude and reassurance made the inconveniences of my day seem like such a tiny thing. He later sent me pics of my van dropped safely at the shop and the keys stopped in the key box. This gave me peace of mind regarding my vehicle. I ve already saved H&M s number to my phone for any future roadside needs that I or my teen drivers might need. Thanks, Church!!

Excellent company, they came fast and did a great job! The driver (tucker I believe) was excellent as well it was in a tough spot 2 inches from a fence in a gravel and wet spot and he was able to connect to and move it with no issues at all and no complaints and placed it exactly where I needed it at the drop off location very courteous! Will use again for all my towing needs that they can assist me withRon stark

I cannot say enough good things about H&M and Max, the driver. My car broke down on a busy part of the interstate during Friday rush hour traffic, and Max was there in record time. He was so concerned with my safety; I'd had my mom come meet me, and he told us to go ahead and go since it wasn't safe in the area we were in (due to traffic and it being dark) and he would get the car hooked up and meet us at our destination. He gave me a very affordable rate, and was extremely professional and polite. He even offered to ask around to mechanic's he knows to see if any of them work on hybrids. Being a single woman, I appreciate the feeling that someone has my back. I will definitely use him if I have any future towing needs and will recommend him to everyone I know.

I met Max when he repoed one of my cars over 10 years ago. We ve been friends since. Max has helped me many times, towed our car because we lost our keys, jumped our battery, towed our trucks and even referred us to a company that handled larger commercial vehicles to tow us. My car was stolen and wrecked. These guys were great! One of them was actually friends with one of my Facebook friends and saw my post about my missing car. He messaged me whenever they picked it up to let me know that it was safe. When I got to the shop they were very nice and the guy even helped get my tag off of my car. Five stars would recommend!

The Best of the Best! I can't recommend H & M enough! I broke down on the side of I10 in Pensacola today. AAA sent me a tow truck and I was lucky enough to be rescued by Tucker. He was so kind, so polite and professional! He had my truck loaded up and ready to go in a matter of minutes. And he wasn't even bothered about getting soaked in the rain! It was a 2-hour drive home and Tucker was friendly and chatted the whole way. He made what was a stressful and frustrating situation less so by just being a great guy! He is definitely an asset to this company and I will always recommend H & M!

Max and Holly showed up on 9/4/2020. To tow my mom's car that was having a over heating issues. Both of them were professional and very caring and very knowledgeable. A gentleman with this company came out to tow our broken down truck during a bad storm and allowed my husband and I to take our baby home without having to wait with the vehicle. The first few companies called would not do this.This man worked very hard and had a great attitude! He backed his truck up down our small dead end road, and placed our truck in the perfect small space as if we parked it ourselves. Again, this was all during a torrential downpour. It was very impressive. Great guy! We were so thankful. Now THAT is a hardworker!!Service: Car towing

My boyfriends car broke down as he got to work. This was the only towing company friendly and professional and able to assist him. This company was referred by another due to the fact that they didn't have a smaller truck to get a vehicle out of a parking garage. But Thank God for H&M for being there for him. Did i mentioned that he was fast and a professional, because he totally was and I will forever be grateful to this company for being there in our time of need. I will always refer your business from now on! Thank you!

Tonight was the second time I was fortunate enough to have Max from H&M come to my rescue and tow my van that was broken down. The first experience was a few years ago when my daughter's vehicle needed a tow. Both experiences he was prompt, professional, polite, and pleasant. The "other guys" whose names you might recognize couldn't have cared less that a female was stranded in the middle of the night, because they had to keep a truck available in case they got a call from FHP. So, apparently they can only help if you actually wreck your vehicle. Save your time and frustration and just call these folks first. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It was cold out there tonight, and you saved me. Thank you so much!
