Job well done by Chris on a roadside repair. He showed up within 30 minutes of the call, diagnosed the problem quickly and returned with parts. Less than 3 hrs from start to finish. Wish everyone was this good. Thumbs up to Chis!!!

Awesome ppl I came to fix my liftgate is stuck on floor doesn t go upHe took look at it and spent about 30 mins cleaning and the end he fixed it without any charge god bless you

Knowles On Site Repair was bought & took over by FleetPride on 8/28/2023. Same people in the office & same technicians working on trucks & trailers located in the same place just under a new business name & owner.

Not a very good place to bring your truck... o was told thimgs needed to be done per DOT and when i got my truck baxk none of them were done... didnt fix my reverse lights or backup alarm but definitely made it a priority to say i needed my tag light fixed... i asked for tires to be replaced if bad and they changed four back tires with non matching brands and left the two fronttires on and they are completely diferent sizes...smh not very professional in my opinion especially after paying a almost $4000 dollar bill to have things left undone and it somehow passed inspection without the things done they said had to be done is beyond me

They charge me for inspecting my muffler for repairs. Then told me they couldn't have time to do the job.

Man Dale have help me from start to finish .. I couldn't put in words of how grateful I am cause my truck just came out the shop from Peterbilt in pearl ms.. They left things loose on my truck but the guys I met at knowles on site repair are great .. Got me fix up quick and took me to and from the hotel no extra charge .. If anybody need anything done I highly recommend these guys .. Thanks again Dale

I had a rear main seal repair needed and was scheduled a week out. I brought my truck in after waiting a week for my appointment. When I got there I was told he hate to say it but it s bigger companies that spend 300k a year they gotta get outta there vs just my one truck. Wow! I wish I was told this a week ago instead of waiting after me expressing myself how unprofessional this was I get told they could pressure wash the motor for 150 bucks and see where the leak coming from.

This is a full-service shop that is physically open Monday through Friday from 7:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Road call service is 24 hours a day 7 days a week these people ore trusted with County fire trucks and you know the County must really trust the work of this shop to place the lives of its residents in these capable hands than you know that speaks volumes. The shop is a spacious shop very adequately stocked with necessary equipment and parts to handle any job you have available whether it be changing the brake canister or rebuilding the motor out of your Kenworth tractor or maybe it's a $1,000,000 fire truck, whatever it is these people can take care of it, if you can't come to them, they can come to you, there's like 8 trucks in the yard and several out in the field, so if one man can't get the job done in time they will send out additional help to make sure you are put back on the road as fast as possible. They also handle tires they have a contract with Bridgestone National Tire account. They are located in four locations Pensacola, Fl ; Dothan, Al ; Mobile, Al ; and Gulf Port, MS give them a call today or check them out on their web page.

As a OTR Driver with thirty one year's of experience, I've had my share of break downs and shade tree mechanics, I can't honestly say what the mechanics side of knowles is like, but their tech guy eats and sleeps DOC, DPF system and his in depth knowledge of how the system works and able to apply that knowledge to repairing the system is above and beyond quality workmanship. I highly recommend if you have a problem with your DEF this is where you go.Thanks Guys.....5, Thumbs Up!

I would say the best diesel mechanics in the Gulf Region. Friendly, and fast service at a fair price. Knowledgeable roadside techs that get it right the first time.

I was stranded 6 hours from home , with what i was sure was a bad alternator, they said lets check it out just to be sure its not something else before installing a $500 dollar alternator . Sure enough it was a broke wire simple fix $45 dollars . Now they could of easy enough installed a new alternator and charged me for it but they are honest and did the right thing . Not to mention they put a Teck// mechanic right on it to fix it ASAP I was in and out and on the road again with in 1 hour . Cant say enough about these guys , A BIG < BIG THANKS , Wesley Knight Back Country Trucks .

Dont know what these other folks are talking about. Pricing is EXTREMELY high, they are the only on site repair for semis in pensacola, and use that to their advantage with their god-awful rates. Avoid if possible
