THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SINGLE WOMEN who don't know about mechanics.The staff was great. Very personable and friendly. But I am traveling and stopped at this location only because I broke down near here. They knew this.They were able to get me in and out pretty quickly.After leaving and telling ppl what they charged me, as well as calling 4 other shops (2 of them Firestone's) they overcharged me by a whole lot. I don't feel like their pricing was honest at all. Or fair. I would not ever visit that location again. 900$ for an Alternator. Even the dealer had it for 285$.And after this I'm not sure I'll ever use any Firestone. I've been a loyal return customer, even when traveling in other states. These places are independently owned but should have to follow some sort of regime to carry the Firestone name. Obviously not, so I'll carry my biz elsewhere.

Great products, greater service! I pass several Firestone stores to have all of my auto work done at this location. Service team seems to go out of their way to make sure that all customers are happy. Kyle, Tiffany & Samantha are easy to work with and make sure I don t miss any sales that they know I could use. Kudos to the whole team there.

Had no appointment. Had a tire with a slow leak. I was worked in to have my tire looked at with the understanding there will be a short wait. I was more than happy to wait under the circumstances. Tire was repairable and my total wait time from beginning to end was maybe an hour.

My tire was making a weird noise. I took my car in to be checked and it was a branch that was stuck in the wheel well. I was also due for a front end alignment, which they did. I had not made an appt for that, but they did the alignment. It was a great visit and I appreciate their willingness to help me.

I wish I remembered everyone s name because wow! I was blown away by the service. This location s staff was friendly, trustworthy and out for my car s best interest. I recommend them to everyone.

Firestone seems to keep mixing my and my sons accounts. We do have the same first and last names, but he is Jr and i am Sr. He has a ford and i have a honda. it shouldn't be that difficult to keep us separated

Service: oil changeRead for a honest review from an automotive technician.Anthony serviced my vehicle. Simple oil change. Anthony found a nail in my tire. Anthony performed the repair and the oil change.Simple and routine yet Anthony went the extra mile. He didn t treat this is as just an oil change. He grabbed all technical data for my vehicle before working on it. The proper process for any repair on a vehicle. Even if it s just an oil change. Sam and Anthony did a very good job making sure everything was done right. Excellent customer service. Friendly mechanic!

Honest crew who accepted the courier dropped off the wrong tire like a grown up, gave me a realistic timeline with options on price and SOW, statement of work, perfectly satisfied with an honest place for tires. Full disclosure, not sure about the balance and rotation along with the markup, but I got the best tire they could find for a screw on the side of the tire.

Driving down from SC, we ended up with a flat tire that needed to be replaced, and I had another tire that was on its way out. Bad start to a vacation for sure! But the guys here worked us in after an issue with our appointment time at a different location. I knew there would be a little wait because we were a work in, but it only took a few hours for them to get new tires on my car and my alignment done. I think Jamie was the name of the guy that took care of us, and he so kind and helpful! The positive experience here absolutely turned our day around, so we can finally start enjoying our trip!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I used to like this place until the management started dropping the ball with hiring enough employees. I ve already paid for a year worth of service and was promised service on my tires if needed (that I purchased from you). None of which I can get unless I make an appointment days out. Ridiculous. You re understaffed because your management won t do their jobs. Management failure equals service failure for the customer. Make no mistake about it UPDATE:Just came in for my one-year alignment, I m just outside the window. Knogo. Also, my new tires did not come with a balance. This place is proving to be a joke over and over again. I try to get an alignment within the year, three times, but they couldn t get me in because of their appointments being so far booked out. Terrible don t get your tires here. Pep Boys is the way to go.

Brought two different cars in at different times both of them ended up having more damage to them when we left versus when we got there. Each time they have told us that pretty much it s not their fault,and it is just unfortunate that the damage happened while they were working on our cars. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous even if you have an appointment and you were the only person that has the appointment for the rest of the afternoon. 100% will never go here again. The damage that was done to my car cost $900 and they refused to even pay half of it For the damages they caused. I honestly wish I could give them no stars. But they do have good tires so if you want tires go for it.

My mom and I came in today with a huge piece of metal in her tire. The leak was going super fast and it would have been flat very very soon! Of course we are both worried about it, but the guy (not sure of his name, unfortunately) helped us out even though they were extremely busy! My mom had just flew in from work and was just ready to get home, the guy got us in quickly and right out! I hope he knows how much we appreciate him and his great customer service!

Firestone is my go-to for oil changes, brakes, and tires. The Cordova Mall location takes care of everything for me. And their road hazard warranty on tires is awesome! Highly recommend you get that, especially here in hurricane land!

I recently just took my vehicle in for an oil change, and was not pleased with the service at all. First of all, the price that they charged on site was more than what they had quoted me for over the phone (plus tax on top of that). And then second, whenever I came to retrieve the vehicle after it had finished being serviced, there was another gentleman in line in front of me having a very casual/informal conversation with the service member at the front counter which was fine except for the fact that I was made to wait upwards of 20 minutes before this menial conversation was finished so I could finally just swipe my card and grab my keys. The service member could easily have took a brief pause in the conversation to let me pay, and grab my receipt + keys but he didn t I did not feel like the staff were good stewards of my time; I would not recommend this location, and more than likely won t go here again.

Decent prices, cost are well explained, scheduling via phone is straightforward without issues, but with the app it can take days for an official confirmation/rejection.This specific location is not as understaffed as others lately and work is done well and completed within reasonable limits.

These guys and gals are great. I had a flat tire on my wheel barrel and took a new tube and the tire to them and they replaced it for me. I know it's silly but they could of put my tire off for hours and I'd still have been fine but they took care of me right then and charged me $5 Yeap you read it correct. That's been the second nice set of tire people I've been able to say impressed me in 2 months. Sometimes I think I just give repair people a pass on customer service. Not expecting to really receive any and low and behold they knock it out of the park with there service. I didn't feel uncomfortable and they didn't treat me like a silly women for knowing nothing about tires on anything thing I own. I actually am just coming to realize that I have a lot of things with tires and have not a clue what or how to repair any of them. From kids driving cars to bicycle, lawn mowers, wagons, wheel barrows, vacuum cleaners and so much more lol. Everything I have that has a tire or wheel has needed repairing in the last 3 months. If it hadn't been for these companies I would of just tossed them out. And honestly the replacement cost would of been nearly $5000 but because of these guys and gals my told repair cost has been $115.62To me that's well, the best southern comfort I've experienced in a decade. Thank you so much for the pep in my step on this fine weekend!!!!!

Bad corporate policy on not patching tire. If you temporarily plug a tire they will only replace with a new tire. I ve used this store many times and left a positive review in the past but not even looking at the tire to determine if it s repairable is a bad policy.

Fantastic service, knowledgeable honest people! After having gone to a few other places in town and having terrible experiences with dishonesty and bad service that ended up costing me more money because things were broken during service, and also being up-sold things my truck did not need, a dear girl friend recommended I take my truck to Firestone on Bayou Blvd. She was absolutely right. They were thorough, honest and saved me over $700 and got me back on the road in no time. Very pleased!

I had an amazing experience here. I went in after hitting a curb, thinking I had just knocked my wheels out of alignment. It turned out I'd chipped a rim and bent the crontrol arm as well and needed parts ordered. They took me out to show me the issues they were talking about so that I could understand what they were saying. They didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I know very little about cars; they didn't try to talk me into more work than I needed or charge me extra. The quote they gave me was very close to what it ended up costing in the end, and my car was even ready three days earlier than expected. When I got there, they walked me through the bill and broke down the prices for everything so that I could see what I was being charged for. They were very transparent about everything and the mechanic I spoke to when I brought my car in (Stephen) was very friendly and helpful. This has been my friend's go-to mechanic for the last three cars she's had, and it's definitely going to be mine from now on. They have good prices, great service, and awesome people.

Spent over a 1000 here in last year alone. Wanted a flat repair of tire I bought there. I was willing to schedule an appointment many hours later to avoid waiting for 2 hours. Was told by Stephen nothing available. Not a good way to treat customers at all. I managed tire stores for a decade and know how easy it is to squeeze in a flat repair, at least within an hour. I will need rear brakes soon but will be doing that elsewhere.

Most helpful crew at an autoshop. Genuine advice and not looking to rip you off unlike most shops. Plus great service.
