Professional, service provided as advertised within the time allocations provided. Identified item that needed to be serviced that I had not been aware of or noticed - price to make that repair very reasonable. Making the appointment was extremely easy. Staff were very courteous, knew what they were doing, and did not waste my time. This Firestone location has earned my follow-up business on this and prior visits.

I've been taking my car there for at least 10 years and I'm always happy with the results. Robert and the rest of the guys are fantastic they do a very good job of keeping my car on the road . I would recommend Firestone to anyone

Byron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure, upsell salesman type with him. He tells you like it is, gives you options and you make your choice. We will definitely be return customers because of this and the great work of the mechanics. I say give them all a raise to hold onto them.

I have called 5 TIMES before closing and no one took my call. I left voicemails with no call backs needing new break pads and a battery replacement. They do not do towing. They just lost almost $600 in my cash I ll take my business elsewhere !

We were getting pressure warnings on our dually Ford Transit and I was unprepared. I was not able to get air into the rear inside tires.These guys spent at least 20 minutes fooling with it, got the tires up to pressure and wouldn't charge me.I would do business here. Thanks, guys.

They were very professional and was able to get me in the same day and figure out what the problem was with my truck. I called around everywhere and nobody wanted to help me get my truck diagnosed on Friday and able to get it back to me the same day cause I had work on Saturday and needed my truck for work.

I wouldn't recommend to get your auto repair here. We will never come back here, although drive pass all the time, we entrust this Firestone location to do a better job but there's other place with same price or even better service and quality. The quality isn't the best here specially with the technician fix our car at least have some responsibility and empathy for customer car. Going in details we need our car A/C repair. They did the first time it work a little bit and it didn't work out at all, Second time come charges us over $2,000. Leave our side window open park it outside. On raining day, of course the interior wet and manager there doesn't even apologize for carelessness behavior. The A/C part didn't work and all after repairs. Just unacceptable. Lastly the manager has curse a bad word to us to leave the store for whatever reason, that kind of behavior are not what good customer service standards is at allService: Air conditioning

I needed all around brake and rotor replacement before I drove up north to move. Front of house was very rude, and once I got my car back, I immediately knew something was off. I paid half a grand for all of that just for them to not do their job effectively. Once I moved back I paid a couple hundred bucks to fix what they should ve done.If you want quality service, I don t recommend this place.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

The guys at the counter were super friendly and helpful however, their tire replacement personnel need better training. Took two wheels to get the tires changed, when returned the tires and wheels were full of lube. Upon cleaning them I saw extensive damage on one of the wheels. Customer service said I was out of luck since I discovered the damage at home. First and last time here.

Poor customer service at this location. Consistent with being inconsistent with availability. Discriminatory practices. I instead went Pep Boys' work was completed a little over 2 hours.

Went to pick up my car and was stuck in traffic so called to let them know we were on the way. It was 5:58pm when I called. Google says they close at 7pm and the hours on the door says mon through Friday 7 to 7 sat 7 to 6 and Sunday 8 to 5. Today is Friday but the guy said it's been wrong for a year. Well sir should have told the client yall close at 6pm when you called to let us know the car was ready. Especially if you knew the times on Google and the door was wrong. Not good business

Brought my truck in today because my brakes started to squeal so i figured it was time for new pads/rotors seeing how my truck has 80K miles on it. Could have costed up to $500 but instead cost me $11 just to find out my brakes were fine. They sprayed some lubricant on my rotors and i was on my way. As well all know there are some shady shops out there that will get every penny they can from you!! Kudos to Mr. Robert and his crew! Honest and trust worthy which is hard to find these days. Thank you sir!

Excelente servicio al cliente, buen servicio y a un precio justo.I went to another place and they just wanted me to leave my car and pay a bunch just for the diagnostic. So grateful I didn t and I decided to take my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care.

My experience with this place goes back longer than I remembered until today. The first time I ever dealt with them was early one morning several years ago. I got a flat tire and it just so happened that it was really close to their parking lot. I was really struggling with a super tight lug nut and was very frustrated. A young man had come to open the shop and noticed my struggle and came over and changed the tire for me. I never shopped there until about a month or 2 ago because I thought they would be too expensive. I was so wrong. I replaced 2 tires before a road trip and it turned out they were less expensive than other places. I had a tire emergency today and everywhere else was too busy or too expensive. My situation happened across town so I tried other places in order to not do more damage but I had to make my way over to firestone not even knowing if they could fit me in. I almost didn't make it. They were so awesome. I had no choice but to use fix a flat and they had to replace my sensor because of it. They were kind and professional and got it done promptly for me. This is the only place I will buy tires from now on!Service: Tires

I had a nail in my back right tire. I was from out of town and I needed to get it fixed before I headed back home which was about 500 miles away. I pulled in there about 3:30 in the afternoon. And I wasn't sure if they closed at 5:00 or when. I let Robert calloway know about my situation of the nail in the tire. And that it was close to the sidewall and I would probably need to just get a new tire. Explain to me they were a little busy but if I didn't mind hanging out that they would get to me as quick as they could. How about 30 minutes had passed and he had told me that they brought my Jeep in and was getting ready to start on the tire. About 10 minutes later the service technician walked in that was working on my Jeep. And said sir are you the one that owns the Jeep out here. I said yes sir it is. He said what did you bring in for?. I said there was a nail in the tire that looks pretty big almost like a roofing nail. And he proceeded to pull out this very small screw that was very very small that look like it could not do any damage. And he said well apparently this was the only thing that I found and that on top of the screw may have been a very large washer. He said I searched the whole tire over I did the bubble test and your tire still holding air. There's no need to replace it. I was shocked and happy. Because with the washer being on top and made it look like a nail had been ran through on my tire. And apparently the washer fell out as I was driving to this location. Anyways I want to thank these guys for their honesty and integrity. Because they could have said nope you need a new tire and charge me the $300 rate for the tire for my Jeep. But they came out on top and was honest with their work honest with their service and I would highly highly recommend this place again. Thank you guys for everything that you do.Service: Tires

Was pretty sure I blew a freeze plug so took it to be checked out. Dropped it off 12/29/2022 got a call to confirm 2 freeze plugs had been blown out and was assured it would be fixed by late afternoon 12/30/2022. After not hearing anything by 6pm I tried calling before closing at 7pm and couldn't get ahold of anyone. So I tried again 12/31/2022 and was told my van was ready, the price and what was replaced just to get there about an hour later and they couldn't even find my keys or work order paperwork. Finally it's found and I get told they haven't even started my order and it would be Monday before it will be started. So I called today to be sure it was being worked on and was informed it was and they would call when finished. When I get a call im informed now my heater core hose is busted and it would take another week at least for it to be replaced plus another $700. I declined and told them I would be on my way to pick it up and am told with an attitude if I drive my van from there it will overheat (which it didn't by the way) but when arriving to pick it up it wouldn't start because apparently they forgot to reconnect the starter after having to remove it to get to a plug. I should have read the reviews before trusting them with my vehicle that was my mistake. I will never use another Firestone and can't believe the unprofessionalism and incompetence I have dealt with the last few days.

Website & Google said they opened at 8am on Sunday. We blew a tire on the interstate and thought perfect location right off the road. Nope. They were not open! No hours for Sunday listed on their door. They really need to update their online info!

I needed a set of allterrain tires for my F250 the set I had was only about a year and a half old and one of them had gotten a knot on it after about 6 months these tires started riding hard and become really noisy so I just decided to replace them. I got a new set and I can't believe how quite they are and how much better fuel miles per gallon I get from the new tires I'm very pleased they've added about 4 mpg at the price of diesel they'll pay for themselves. Thank you for suggesting these tires and the look nice.

Just wanted to drop a quick (ish) review here as a show of gratitude. Bought a used car with CarMax two days ago, yesterday the tire pressure light came on and I figured I d just need to get it filled at some point soon. Come up on the car after my class and the front left tire looks flat. So I drive it to the nearest Firestone since CarMax has a direct billing system with them for their 90-day repair warranty. I catch someone walking back to the office and they tell me they re actually closing up for the night but they take a look at the tire anyway and confirm my worry that it is not in fact safe to drive home on. Tells me if they have the correct replacement tire that he doesn t mind staying after hours to get it switched out for me. Long story made short, huge thank you to the two lovely gentleman working the Firestone on Davis Hwy for staying a little later than normal to take care of me so that I could drive home.Service: Tires

Very happy with Roberts and Tiffany. They didn't charge me for things I thought I needed, after free alignment check said I didn't need one. Always been very pleased with their service. Robert and Joe are wonderful to deal with. Always make an effort to get me the product knowledge I need to make a good decision. And explain Firestone rebates.4 new tires.Plus I love hanging out by the huge live oak.

They don t have a good system for appointments. I made an appointment online for a Sunday afternoon to fix a tire leak. Two and a half hours after I made the appointment, I got a call that they did not have any more appointments that day and could not accommodate my appointment time. This was about an hour before it was scheduled. He said that the system was through a third party and it only updated per day and not per second. I had to have it completed that day since I work on Monday, so I would ve loved to be able to use the two and a half hours that I waited when I thought I had an appointment being able to call another shop who could accommodate me. I cannot speak to the work they do, so this review is about communication and scheduling only.

This location is my favorite, customer service is great! I came in a couple of days ago and the young man checking the air in my tire ( Blake ) had to be the most well mannered and genuinely polite individual I have met in ages. Apart from his delightful manner, he actually explained to me ( so that I understood ) the problem! Keep up the great work guys!!
