Pricy, but isn't everything else these days, and you generally get what you pay for.They took care of the front of my Tahoe, and it looks great. They did a fantastic job and so far I am very pleased.They gave me a quote, a date to bring my vehicle and started and finished as planned.

Very polite. Listened patiently to all I thought was damaged. Vehicle is older than 10 years.The vehicle is out of OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) time frame.He is going to find all the parts needed before having me turn the vehicle in. Not waiting for parts to come in. Saves me money ($$$) on Rental Vehicles.I am very impressed. Can't wait until my Vehicle is back to new like condition.

I have never had my car hit before and going through insurances was a first for me. Cook s Paint and Body made this process very easy. The staff and the owner are so very kind, selfless, and genuine. They are extremely organized as well! I got my car back in a week and my entire car was cleaned! I noticed a light was out in the rear so I called and asked about it and they immediately suggested they fix it for me. Although, it was not their fault the staff went out of their way to the store to buy a new bulb and fixed my light free of charge to save me the time. This business truly cares about their customers and I will 100% be back if I ever need anything done to my vehicle. Mrs. Rhonda, the receptionist, she lights up the room and can truly brighten your day! Wonderful staff , wonderful company, I am very thankful!

Their work looked good. But they didn't even touch a small dent below the tail gate that can be seen from the back. Also they used a used tailgate that had bed liner on it. And the rest of the bed does not have it. So it looks stupid. And then they left trash like sanding disc's in the bed if my truck and they didnt even put the bed cover back on right. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Can't brag enough on the friendly service here! Dawn, Rhonda and everyone else are so helpful and easy to work with. It's usually the unexpected circumstances that bring us here, like an accident but they always make things smooth with the most reduced stress possible and the repairs are always top notch. My boyfriend and I were traveling from Indiana to Gulf Shores, AL and on our way down, our moonroof exploded all over the inside of the car while driving down the interstate. We stopped at 2 other auto glass/mechanic shops in Pensacola and they were rude and unwilling to help. We went to Cooks and they went through great lengths to help us. Although it was going to take a bit to order the glass replacement while we were on vacation, they used collision wrap and sealed the hole for us so it wouldn t rain in our car anymore. They did this free of charge. Great people, and great service! Without them, we wouldn t have made it home dry!

This is the only paint and body shop I'll use! They've always done quality work for me. I tried another shop, at the insistence of the driver at fault, and I was not happy at all. Never again! It's Cook's and no one else!

I've thought long and hard about posting this but I think the public needs to know. I recently was involved in an auto accident and took my truck to Cooks in Pensacola because they have an outstanding reputation. Needless to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!I must start by saying their mistakes have been corrected but in my opinion they should have never happened. The front bumper needed to be replaced on my new truck. When my parents picked up my truck (because I was working nights) the bumper that they had placed on my truck was obviously NOT the correct bumper for my vehicle. The gaps on it were so large I could place my entire hand into. (The bumper should sit flush with the fender) the bumper they put on my truck was WAY TOO SMALL! When I called and questioned them about it they played suprised and blamed it on the technician. You can not honestly tell me that their techs are this dumb! The clips didn't even line up and they had left everything undone. Although the problem has be rectified, I would never use them again and advise others to think twice. I honestly think they were hoping I would be like a dumbass blond and not notice their complete incompetence.
