Coastal body works is the Perfect place to get vehicle fixed. Tracey was person took care of everything. After fixing my truck they detailed my truck for free of charge. This place will be always my future recommendation for people need their vehicle fixed.

Coastal Body Works did a great job with our 23 year old Volvo that was in mint condition before the fender bender. During the process I was impressed with the Friday updates with photos. When the car was finished I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that they had also detailed it inside and out. They do quality work with a quality work ethic.

Excellent customer service. They dropped me off and picked me up after completing service on my car. My battery died and I needed a jump start. They went above and beyond to contact my dealer to arrange battery replacement while the car was under their care - which was so appreciated. Ronnie was fantastic in taking care of me and my car! Will definitely use them in the future if needed. Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic to work with. My car needed bumper work done after a fender bender, the staff was clear and explained everything. They gave us a realistic timeline and no nonsense. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any body work/collision repair needs.

Just wanted to make sure I leave a review of this body shop because they did such an amazing job. I hit a deer and was supposed to put my car in another shop a week earlier but after reading reviews on both places I decided to wait a little bit longer and bring it to Coastal Body Shop and it was a right decision. They communicate well and update you on the process, did an excellent job! Highly recommended

Had right rear work done on Honda Odyssey Elite. Shop did amazing work, cleaned vehicle, cool staff, kept me informed. Hope I do not need to use them again but if I had to I would. Calibrated the sensors. Great Job by all.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

So I had a minor accident just after the first of the year. My insurance, Progressive, asked if I wanted to use their preferred shop and I agreed. (I was from out of town and taking a military class so I didnt have time to run around and find one myself) I was very glad that my truck was sent to Coastal Body Works. Ronnie was a great individual to deal with and answered all of my questions. They have a website so you can monitor the progress of your vehicles repairs, super cool, plus they text you when there are updates too. They may have had my truck for a while but the repairs are spot on. The front end looks like it did 14 years ago, perfect. They took their time and made sure they used quality parts that fit perfectly. All of the gaps are spot on and so is the blending of the paint. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing paint and bodywork done.

They didnt have to detail my car but they did. Other than that the job they did was A+ work highly recommend for body work damage.

I have used Coastal for many years, both insurance type work and self pay restoration jobs. They always treat me with respect and the quality of their work is top notch. Waaayy better than a place in Gulf Breeze my insurance company forced me to use 4 years ago. I really appreciate these people in a world where customer service and quality work seem to be on the decline.

FANTASTIC people there and some of the very best quality craftsmanship I have ever seen! VERY fair price for body work on my 2018 Corvette Z06! I just picked up my car from them today. They worked well with my insurance and the entire process was smooth. Everyone I talked to at this shop was extremely polite and professional. The repair job itself is flawless and I'm very happy to see that the paint job is spot on, especially for such an uncommon car color.

I had my concerns with the shop when reading some reviews, but to each is their own. My experience at this shop was really good they provided me with up to date photos through text messages which I didn't expect. It was much appreciated since you don't have to call up asking every other day what's going on like other shops. If anything else were to happen to any of my vehicle I would not hesitate to go to the company again.

This company is not only the best collision center in this area, but in my opinion, they are one of the best businesses in general. Nobody enjoys having to pay for car repairs, but they made the experience as easy as possible. I accidentally ran too far over a parking barrier and when I reversed my front bumper popped off. Coastal Bodyworks had recently repaired my car for me, and put the bumper back on with no charge. This was a total lifesaver for my pocketbook and my marriage 10 out of 10 recommend this place of business!Service: Body & Trim

The coastal Body works team did a great job. They are a preferred State Farm repair facility, which made the transaction easy. They had the car ready as predicted and the repairs were of the highest quality. Enjoyed pick up my shinny clear car. I would recommend them to repair your vehicle.

I have used or recommended Coastal to Family and friends several times and have always been very happy with the results. By my bad luck I had to use their services again this week and could not be happier. The car was put back to brand new standards and I got it back earlier than promised. The Boyd's who own Coastal are great people and take great care of their customers. There are several choices in town to get body work done but none are better than Coastal!!

From the initial call to driving away from a collision repair, this was an exceptional experience! Cosmetically, they matched the off white pearl color on my Acura spot on! The lady at the front desk, in particular, could not have been any more friendly and professional.... Her customer service was impeccable (and that's not a compliment I am able to give very often). I will definitely be returning for any future needs and highly recommend others to do so as well! - Car accidents are so stressful. Thanks to all of you, I was able to drive my car away with a smile!!

My wife had to have quite a bit of repair work done after an accident. Our insurance company said Coastal worked with them well and had great feedback from customers. Sure enough the entire process was easy, quick and painless!!!

I can not begin to describe how great they treat you. I have used them for any body and paint work for the last 6 years and every time I tell myself "No way it will look as good as it did before." Every time I am wrong. The little details they pay attention in amazing. They treat your vehicle like it's theirs and everything is always perfect. If you're looking for a body shop that's clean, secure, and has knowledgeable people that will treat you like a person not an ATM then look no further. Thanks for all you guys do and keep up the amazing work and 5 star customer service.

I am a Navy retiree whose son recently joined the USAF. He has a truck which I am trying to get some minor items corrected before he comes home from his technician school. One of these items was that both his doors were out of alignment and not shutting properly. I spoke with their office receptionist who said to bring the truck over. I did the next day and while there I had a chance to speak with Ronnie and told him what I was doing for my son. The repair was done early and now both doors shut just like they did when it came out of the Ford plant back in 1991! This place acknowledges military service and I highly recommend them to any Veteran out there. Thank you!

Everyone at Coastal Body Works takes the time to listen and give informative responses to some of the outrageous questions about auto repair. They stay current with the times and technology and I am always more than just satisfied with their work. I have been impressed by the quality of their service.

I wasn t going to post this, but after discovering so many things they had missed, or flat out did not fix/actually broke, I had to share. This place screwed up my car (2011 Scion tC).After a delivery truck backed into it while it was parked downtown, we took it here going off all of the wonderful reviews we had read. Our experience was not so wonderful.Main issues:1. They charged for parts they did not replace (I.e. a brand new rim that they never actually purchased, only painted the old rim. You can tell by the paint hue difference and markings I had on it before).2. They replaced the driver side quarter panel, and in turn, for some odd reason, did not install the driver side front inner fender. It s completely missing! I noticed when I heard a rattling noise because my front bumper now moves due to it not being completely missing.3. When they hooked the fuses back up in the car, they put some in backward, which caused my rear window defroster to short out and ruin my window tint.4. When we came to pick up the car after being notified that it was ready, I drove off and noticed my tail lights or signals weren t working. Went back, and they said oops, we must ve rushed and forgot to hook them up. The man I spoke to was also rude about me pointing that out. Mind you, I was professional about it.Summary:If this place is the best in town, shouldn t there be a quality check after finishing the job? Maybe all of the other items above would have been remedied as well. Who knows, but I was and still am deeply dissatisfied and angry at myself for trusting them with my vehicle.

Update: These guys know how to make a car look good. Make them your only body shop place to go.Thanks to Ronnie and the staff for being able to fix the bad body work done by another shop. It's good to see a body shop that has the skills and talent that other shops claim to have but don't.

I brought my car in on a Monday and it was repaired perfectly, cleaned and ready to go the following week on Tuesday- 3 days earlier than originally anticipated! The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
