Shop was excellent ! Came by for an estimate and they only go by appointments and I did not realize it, however the manager stopped what he was doing and assisted me right away! Will definitely bring my car here in the future!

Caliber Collision in Ensley is a friendly, respectful, and professional business. Answered all my questions and even called me back within the timeframe given. I walked in the front lobby and Amber immediately greeted me with a smile. She was very professional in assisting me. I was then directed to Megan who really knows a lot about her trade. Jake and Caliber Collision should be very proud of these two and they re work ethic. Great job Caliber I ll definitely be recommending everyone I know.

Too much time to complete repairs. Someone s vacation further delayed communication. I felt like they saw me as the problem, but it was taking an unreasonable amount of time. Check engine light came on within 24hrs of picking it up. They said it s not their problem or what they worked on, except, it is part of it! They tried to claim there s a recall. The recall was fixed three years ago. Caliber Collision shirked its responsibility to give me my car back in pre-accident condition when everything was working well and there were no problems. Now, after they returned the car, so much time went by that I have no where to get the problem addressed before I have to take the car on a 9 hour trip home and move out of my dorm.

Very professional establishment prices are very fair as well one thing I would like to see is Promo's geared towards Uber and Lyft Drivers keeping are rides clean are a most in the ride share marketplace

Spoke with Megan. She was very helpful. Receptionist very helpful as well. Was planning a vacation prior to my vehicle being hit. Hood would not open but wanted to take vehicle on vacation. They took vehicle back to shop and fixed hood enough where it would open so we could take on our trip. Have repair appt on Oct 4th. Hopefully more great service to come. So far very impressed with ease of making appt. and impressive looking facility. Think I made a good choice with Caliber on 9 mile.

If your looking for a nice, organized, and quality body shop that will take care of your vehicle I would highly recommend Caliber Collison. Amazing experience from drop off to pick up. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands, which took a lot of the hassle out of the repair process. I was kept informed on the completion of my car and am 100 percent satisfied with my repairs thus far. They also handled everything with the at fault insurance company as well as the rental company when a slight extension needed to be made, completely freeing me from any worry and time sitting on hold trying to make changes or get information. I would also like to take note of how fast my repair was handled. I am simply amazed. Very nice and professional office as well. If you have an insurance claim, look no further. Caliber is definitely the best in my books. Great job on restoring me back to the rhythm of my life!
