I was looking for a motor and transmission for my 68 GTO. I m doing a LS swap. Jon knew exactly what I was looking for, found one and had it shipped. He knew all the parts I needed and also gave me tips. He had all the answers to my questions and never tired of all the times I called. Jon is very knowledgeable, does his job in a very timely manner, very personal and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Butler s Recycling.

Got an oem replacement stereo for my girlfriends car. Looks basically brand new and works perfectly. Part was about 60$ cheaper than anything on ebay as well. Shaun was extremely friendly, helpful and got the part to me super fast! 10/10 will be doing business with Butler again.

Worked with Shaun for getting great parts for my H2. He is the man to go to and will work hard to make sure you re happy dealing with this company!! Just ask for Shaun or Extension 200, if I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks again Shaun, will be working with you on more things in the future.

Slight product issue but a quick call and Cody resolved the issue with no hassel or excuses! These guys back their product 100%. Item arrived a day early! I feel very comfortable doing business with them in the future! And the fact Cody called me by my first name instead of my last name or sir made me feel like i was dealing with a freind! Much appreciated

I ordered a driveshaft for my truck. Butlers was able to find one right away. The rep, Johnathon, was very thorough in making sure he got me the correct size. Was told I d have it in 2-3 business days but I received it the very next day. I ll continue to order any used parts through them in the future.

Johnathon with Butlers has fantastic customer service skills. Went over an above to assist. Verifying sharing pictures of a special part I needed. Agreed on a fair price. Over all a 5 star experience. If you want to call in ? Ask for what s needed. Know it s right. At a reasonable price? Call Johnathon at Butlers. Highly recommended

Bought a car part from Ebay, and it was as described. looked good. However I needed to return it, but the company informed us Ebay was having issues generating some return labels. I got discouraged and postponed the return- it was too late. I reached out and someone got back to me regarding the issue and they helped me come up with a solution. The customer service was great and appreciated. Delivery was prompt and item as described. I would recommend this place.

I purchased a AC controller for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The price was the lowest I could find. They respond very quickly with any questions you may have and it shipped right away. Definitely will purchase from them again. You can t go wrong with these folks.

Quick to respond. Very decent prices on hard to find parts. Half the continent away but, time from ordering, part removal and shipping was rather faster then one might think. Happy to have found. Will have my business in the future.

I came in looking for a passenger side mirror, which I knew was an inexpensive part. I was told it would be 60 dollars for the part and 40 dollars for removal, (which took me 5 minutes to do on my own truck). I would have liked to give them my business but the price I was given felt insulting, especially considering I just purchased the part for 34.98 including shipping and handling. Perhaps mine was an uncommon experience but it s worth noting.

I m bummed I can t give this place more stars. Jonathan went above and beyond to help me find a part for my Mazda. In the end it didn t work out for the part but the fact that he went out of his way to try and find one (which apparently is much harder now the part is discontinued) 10 stars for Jonathan

My daughter recently had to get a part for her car and I told her that Butlers would be able to help her. She spoke to Cody and he treated her just like a regular customer and went out of his way to help her find where her vin number is located and got her a great part for a great deal and told her everything upfront. So great to find a sales person like this willing to help people even when they don't know all the answers. I Recommend Cody at EXT 113 to anybody i know that needs a part. he has helped my family a bunch of times

The ebay experience and purchasing the motor was excellent, as was the delivery, within a week.Unfortunately, after installing the motor it sounded like a diesel engine and it s gas. In addition, it was blowing blue smoke out of the exhaust.Informed Butlers sales Manager Mike who got back with me within 24 hours. They did not have another motor to replace the bad one so they refunded me the full amount, which I received within a week.So why did I give only two stars. They never should of sold a bad motor. As a result, my mechanic had to yank out the engine twice costing me twice the amount in labor. Plus my mechanic has to dispose of the bad motor now.Had the engine not been bad, I would have given 5 stars. There communication is excellent as is there refund policy!Would have been standup if they covered part of the labor!Update: The sales Manager Mike got back to me and asked if there was anything that he could do. I responded, cover half the labor. His response let me ask my boss, then never heard back even after a follow uo text back to him. Wasn t holding my breath!

These guys are awesome. They have almost every car part you can think of. I had some bad experiences in the past so I approached with a lot of caution but they proved me wrong. I m honestly going to recommend my friends come here just for y all being respectful to me

Cody was awesome very personable and listened to what I needed. It s hard to find people like him. Give him a raise. I had been trying to order an engine all day from other places and Cody was the only person that took the time to help me. Thanks again Brother!

Very impressed with level of customer service and friendliness. Ordered a part that was innaccurately described and these guys not only admitted to being wrong from the get , they went outta their way to make it it right and make sure i was happy and comfortable in this transaction, def world class experience and will be back when need other items as i know these guys are in it to take care of customers and not jus for the money. Great job n kuddos to the whole team out there!!!!

I had ordered a passenger side mirror from Butler Auto Recycling for my 2013 Chevy Silverado which was a full power mirror. When I recieved and installed it I noticed that it wouldn't fold in or out like it's supposed to. I could tell that something internal was broken. I contacted Butler Auto Recycling and they asked me to email them the V.I.N. to my truck and by the following day they found another mirror in their yard, sent a picture of it to my email, asked me to verify that it was the proper mirror with the proper wire harness, which it was, and immediately shipped it out to me . It worked perfectly. Not to mention they had the best prices I had found. All in all, a great experience from a great company. And I will definitely do buisness with them again and highly recommend them to others.If I were to say anything negative about them, it would be that they're not based out of Northwest Indiana... Thanks guys for all your help.
