Got my key fob battery checked and replaced in less than five minutes! $15 out the door, but you can get a lifetime warranty for $25. The guys working were super friendly and we had a good chat while I waited

I Went in for a screen fix, my phone was bugging out and frozen etc. Couldn t personally shut it off. I spoke to a man named David who was very helpful. He fixed the issue in no time. He even gave helpful advice as to how to avoid coming again and how to fix it myself if it ever occurred again. Thankyou David!

Car batteries are trash don't buy.. mine lasted almost a year I bought 2 for 2 vehicles both burnt out within 9 - 11 months

Buyer beware! I purchased a package of 2 halogen bulbs last week for $18 and found that they didn t fit my fixture. I provided the store clerk with a picture, including the product part number when I made the purchase. I attempted to return these useless bulbs and the clerk told me I could not return them as they had been opened. He pointed out the return policy on the back of my receipt which noted their tough luck policy. Yes, the package had been opened, how else do you put a bulb in.. BTW, they do not tell you this fact when you re making the purchase. So now I am out the purchase price plus tax. I have been going to this store since it opened and as of today I will never go there again.June 30th update:After I posted my one star review the store owner responded recommending that I contact the store manager to possibly get things resolved. I did that the same day and when I called I found the manager was the same person who told me tough luck initially. He tried to once again explain the policy but understanding they gave me the incorrect product I am still not pleased with losing $20. I asked the manager to please have the owner contact me since he obviously was not going to, and left my phone number. At this point I am not holding my breath on getting a call from the owner and just wanted to note his concern about customer service is nothing more than BS. It looks good that he posted the response but otherwise they could care less about screwing over a long term customer.

I purchased a package of 2 small batteries to fix a small toy. The toy worked one day only. After a few months I took the toy back in the store and showed personnel the second unused battery. They adamantly told me their batteries were not under warranty. Needless to say I probably won t ever shop there again. Customer service sucks!

Purchased six replacement golf cart batteries from the Pensacola BPTeam - excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would recommend 5his location and the Team to anyone needing batteries or other merchandise since you get the best service at a fair price. It was nice to actually deal with a retailer that cared about the customer where I felt important to them and their business.

Very unhappy. Bought a battery from store 782 in Pensacola and I now own a 319 dollar boat anchor. Buyer beware... I see on other reviews this store has given others the run around when trying to warranty batteries. 3 year warranty looks great on paper!

horrible customer service not to mention how the worker David C. left some scratches on my phone and when i showed him he kept insisting that was there before when it wasn t. He called me a liar and that he couldn t fix that since it was there before, once again it was NOT there before. All i came over for was a change of screen and battery. I had to come back to the store twice after driving an hour to get the screen fixed since he did a pore job.there was a yellow line across the screen which was the reason why i had to go there twice after he reassured me the phone was fine ( itwasn t). I paid for a job well done if that s what they can t do i expected them to give me my money back and respect me. Once again David C. should not be working there if he can t give us customers respect and what we paid for. i didn t pay $100 for a poorly job done on the change for the screen. had to spend over 40 minutes waiting for my phone every time i went back. very disappointed with my experience. i hope i don t have to come back to get the screen fixed again. would not recommend at all. don t waste your money and time(UPDATE) my phone starts glitching from time to time and it locks me out. the man that fixed my screen messed up my phone.

Dont waste your time and money in this place. Terrible work change the phone screen on my cellphone. Had to bring back to the store 4 times. The phone doesn't work correctly since the first moment we brought it to the store. They said it was a problem with the product, maybee they need to think to change the providers. Their work is very unprofessional they told us they could give us our money back but they would change back the screen to what the phone had in the first place. So after they damaged my phone they just want to leave it like that . Completely inaceptable.

Outstanding service. Both your representatives were extremely helpful. I had ordered two batteries for my car online. I used the website to determine correct battery. Once I got there we found out it was incorrect size battery. They found the right battery and even helped me install them. Highly satisfied. Will not be my last time to visit you clean, well stocked store

Every visit has been a pleasant experience! The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and the pricing is fair. Recent visit was for a broken cell phone. After calling around, their prices were among the best for replacing a Galaxy screen. Upon arrival, the representative verified they had the part in stock. He asked me if I had a screen protector. As he inspected my phone, he determined that it was the screen protector broken and not the actual screen. I was so relieved and thankful that he checked the screen protector while I was standing there. Once again I left satisfied and happy to do business where customers are appreciated and treated well. #HappyCustomer

I was waited on immediately, the associates were courteous and helpful, and everything was explained clearly. The nice salesperson even carried my old battery in and my new battery out. (I'm 74, with an iffy back at times, so this was appreciated.) I had talked to "Randy," I believe it was, before I came in and after I had placed my online order, and he was very helpful and has enthusiasm, which makes for a good employee, right? Anyway, I will encourage others to at least visit your store.

Selection and prices are great. Not to mention customer service. It's my go to store for batteries for sure. Also I spoke with Nick on the phone to verify the battery I needed was in stock beforehand because I live 40 miles away. He held it for me and I picked it up 2 hours later. Very helpful guy. I have actually sent several finds to your store since my first purchase. And I'll continue to do business with you....

Very professional attitude among all staff. I bought 4 RV house batteries and the owner installed them for free. I could tell he was exceptionally knowledgeable in batteries and their installation. The other person working was also able to repair my RV remote. Exceptional customer service.

I needed to replace a car battery so, of course, I did a little research online to see which companies in town could provide the battery at the best price. This was my first experience with Batteries + Bulbs, and frankly, I always thought of them as a household battery and light bulb store. I didn't realize they had auto batteries! I was able to order online, save 10%, plus get a refund for turning in my old battery. I "ordered" and within minutes was notified it was ready for in store pickup. It was easy peasy and it ended up the LOWEST price, after all. They even carried my battery to the car. GREAT service. Great price. Easy access. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience at batteries plus bulbs. I took my phone in to have the battery replaced and shortly after picking it up, my phone stopped working properly. They told me to come back and they fixed the issue right away. The customer service is excellent, very friendly staff, highly recommend. Thank you so much!

The 12V battery in my Prius failed and I needed it replaced fast.I went to Battery Plus on 9th Ave in Pensacola and Dylan Stanton did a great job showing all the options available to me.I was really pleased by his manners and knowledge.Despite of getting there with less than 30 min from the closing time, Dylan tested my battery and was able to install the new one.I recommend them.

Told us online our battery was ready for pick up bit on arrival, the manager discovered it was not in stock. He couldnt help what the site promised, and gave me the option of waiting for one from another store til that afternoon, but I didn't have time. Needed the truck to go to work. I'm not giving the store a one star, but the website (corporate). The manager and employees were pleasant and offered me a refund without question.

Spent $800 on batteries in August and 1st week in December they do not want to warranty a bad battery. They gave me a used stud w/ bad threads, to add to my battery since one of the 4 they sold me has a stud that twists. Their answer to the warranty and then tell me is should not even be warrantied because the stud was cross threaded. They must be magicians. They did not even put a tool on the stud to try it. I think because I am a woman they blew me off. This womam probably has more mechanical experience than any of the men working here.

Great service each time I go. Caring employees is why I return. They are knowledgeable and chivalrous when I couldnt lift my heavy battery, walked it to my car. Also excellent selection across the board. I've always had a positive experience here.

Battery went flat in the driveway so I went on line to see what new batteries cost. Stumbled on Batteries & Bulbs and liked their prices and the fact that I could order online and get the battery installed at the store. Ordered the battery and gave them a call. 20 minutes later got a text that the battery was ready. Drove over and they installed it immediately and took the core battery. Great service, a good price and good folks. I'd use them again.

Sometimes, you walk into a store and you think you know what to expect, but then are completely proven wrong and blown away by your experience there. That's what happened to me at Batteries + Bulbs. I know what you're thinking: "It's just a battery store, what could possibly have been so great?" The answer is the outstanding quality of service offered by Nick and Robert, the two store associates I had the privilege of meeting. They took a problem I had and treated it like their own, even though it was something that they could have easily dismissed as "beyond their job description". They took time to understand the problem, and most importantly, treated my like a valued customer the entire time. Simply put, Nick and Robert prove that there is no such thing as "just a Battery store" when you give service that goes above and beyond. Well done guys, and thank you.
