Really professional people that are not going to try to make an extra buck off you by ripping you off. They were candid, told me my car did not require additional services, and very quickly changed my oil. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

Great service, polite and knowledgeable attendants. I especially enjoyed some good natured humor between the employees which in the end I was able to play off of. As a 20 year veteran the 25% veterans discount was very appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience at American Lube Fast. Michael, the manager, provided exceptional customer service and worked around my schedule to ensure that my oil was changed in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of an oil change or automotive service. We got an oil change, and cabin filter replaced. Ian and Mike were are techs, and they explained different oil prices and comps to brands that other companies have to what they offer. Very professional service.

The team was very nice and checked everything before we got started. They let me know what was good and what also was recommended to be replaced! Each of the team members and manager came and spoke to me and also helped me with an oil change and air filter quick and easy! Thank you!

I fiance and I had her vehicle serviced here in late January by a young man named Ian and another young man going by JR. they were great !!! Amazing customer service. Very diligent in their work they got straight to business didn t up sell a bunch of unnecessary crap. Attempted to fix a few thing I just inquired about but we re technically things they did ( was too lazy to install a headlight and asked if they could). They couldn t get my head light but did get my rear light done. Great prices. Great service and pretty quick too. I would recommend this location 1000x over ! And I will definitely be getting my oil changed here exclusively from now on.

Could not have been nicer or more thorough . A chore that I usually hate, was incredibly pleasant and I wasn t nickeled and dimes just because I m a woman. I recommend them for your next oil change!

I had to get an oil change and although I came in pretty close to closing time they still serviced my vehicle. They weren't upset and were actually fast and friendly. Makes me regret going to the dealership all the times before.

Went in for an oil change with a digital coupon. They took care of that + a thorough inspection and recommendations to keep my car on the road. No need to make an appointment. It was easy to drive in after work and I ll be back again.

FYI, don't go to American Lube Fast with a $20 off coupon... The guy there quoted me a price of $74 before the coupon..... So I thought I was looking at around $60. Nope, the price was $96 (!)...because of the add-ons.. (an extra quart and a 1/2 of oil, because my vehicle takes 6.5 quarts)....plus, the fine print add-ons which they do not mention in the quote.. So, if you went in without a coupon the quote of a $74 oil change would actually be $116. I realize I use synthetic oil which is more and I only have to do 2 oil changes a year, but still... false advertisement....vent over...

Great service and very polite Associate. Mr. Daniel recommended everything that I needed to have my wife's car running in great condition. The recommended items were things that actually needed to be replaced. I love that you don't feel that pushy sales vibe here so you can actually just trust them. Mr. Mike was excellent as well. I was greeted by both gentlemen and the energy here from those guys are amazing. I would give them a 10

They two general manager s were so helpful they really went abouve and beyond their pay grad was a single woman I really respect when I m not treated like I m a woman and don t know about fixing automobiles they too the time to explain everything they did for my car not like I was slow but had no problem answering any questions I had that I didn t know amazing willb using them forever !!!!!!!!!

Mr Dan is great when it comes to working on vehicles and being professional, but the other ones I have seen asleep on the bench In the office on duty will not be coming back

worst service i ever had over price on everything quoted me one price and it was higher and the waiting time was bad They were polite but did not live up to there word the bill would have been higher but they forgot my military discount and did give it to me still i will not be back and i was going to have my headlights cleaned but not now and they said my tag light was out and they wanted $14.95 for each bulb and i think they made that price up,and even spell my address wrong on invoice i would love to call the home office
