I went in to have my ac serviced. I paid 150. They said everything was fine. Three days late it went out so i took it back. Less then a week it went back so i took it back.this time they charged me 50 wow. Less then a week it went back out they yes we can fix it for 950 and we will give you a 200 credit. At this point i don't want you to work on my truck can i get some of my money back for my time and trouble you put me through. They say no sir wow

In the past year and a half I ve taken three different cars to this establishment. They have always treated me with courtesy and given me straightforward answers about my repairs and costs. They have also provided the parts they removed if I wanted them. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Great service! Took the car in. In the morning and they got it checked out and fixed before my lunch! They were very honest with me, being a woman I'm not used to car places telling me the truth, but they were very straight forward with me and had the part to show me afterwards! 10/10

Couldn't have asked for better service. Tim, the owner, took the time to show me the problems and explain what needed to be done. The service and repairs were quick and very reasonably priced. If I need AC service again I will return to Advanced Auto Air.

COMPLETE FRAUDS!!! They lie, offering you a free estimate, then inflate the price of your repair to literally TWICE the cost of ANY other shop in town! I can provide actual written quotes to anyone who asks to show just how shady and crooked they are. Tim is out to take your money and leave you with nothing fixed!

Rolled in needing some custom a/c hoses for a engine swap project (not willing to give up A/C in Florida). Rolled in at 1:30 with the factory hoses, talked with Tim to get the details together, and said he would get to it either that day or Monday. At 3:00 I was getting a phone call to come pick up my new hoses. Perfect fit and finish, looks identical to factory lines on an unconventional A/C configuration. Pricing was fair, service was fast, and exceeded my expectations by a long shot.

Horrible customer service, went in this shop with no ac in my vehicle on a hot day, two young children w me, and he wouldn't help me. Absolutely appalled at the level of blatant disconcern for customers. Also, my family member went in, was charged $100 for a small part and it broke again the next day. After the fact, a girlfirend also told me that she had a bad experience as well. I will not be going there ever again and I'm telling everyone I know!

Horrible phone customer service. Was told it would cost more than truck was worth. Truck blue books at 7000 dollars. I already had the 400 dollars in brand new parts needed for repair. How much were they going to charge for labor?? Shop else where.

Called to price replacing my compressor and vacuum/charge with their parts $1030. Called precision auto Care for same thing $750, and if I supply the compressor, $230. Shop smart folks.
