I have gotten my tires changed by a lot of places and I must say coming to sparklings was so far my best and smoothest tire changing experience. I will be sticking with them for a good while after this first experience. Nice people and time efficient work!

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! I came here for a simple tire change. They broke my tire lock and told me it was broke before I got here! I will not recommend anyone to come here

$75 for a used tire the owner gave a discount of $65 because of the tire tread is 1/5 the service was fast 5/5 and they had what I needed so yea if you're in a bind fine but if not get a used tired somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car here they acted like they had the tires and tried to put a totally different size without me knowing. When I told them that they did something wrong the lady acted like she spoke no English. She was very rude and nasty, I will never go back here. I m reporting them to the city for scamming. They kept me here for two hours hoping I d accept the small tire they tried giving me. STAY AWAY

Best tire shop in Pembroke Pines. I got help right away, no waiting what so ever. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Deff reccomend coming to this tire shop, no other one to go too.

Everyone here is super helpful, kind, and knows their job.I suggest if in the area and in need of tires , car wash, or other mechanical issues.Love them they are great.

my daughter got her tires put on both her cars here and she said they were so nice to her n gave her good price so i went and as so as i went inside i was greeted by a sweet lady named elie she gave me a great price to put my tires on and oil change . it was fast i didnt wait long . im definitely coming back they do everything here .great service and great people .

GREAT and FAST service!!! Affordable used tires and new too!!! So fortunate to have this shop open after 5pm. On my way home from work ended up with a very big nail on the sidewall of my front passenger tire. Thankfully Sparkling was open and I was able to get a new, great condition, used tire. Very inexpensive. I didn t have to take off from work in the morning. So so helpful THANK YOU Sparkling (Enilda & Normand) for having the exact tire I needed and not breaking the bank. So grateful for your service and your hours of business. Thankfully you were open so I didn t have to miss any time from work!!!!! You guys ROCK!!

Great service, great prices . For any car issues I go to sparkling tires and they take care of me and my baby every time. I would recommend talking ely she s cool and understands no matter how good her English is.

Very rude, my motorcycle broke down in front of their shop and asked to borrow a pair of pliers, but they wouldn't even give me the time of day. Very unhelpful. I needed it for 2 seconds and would've purchased it if I needed to. I hate for anyone to break down near them and need help.

I wanted to go to a place that was close to my job, and that was open late. Sparkling Tires fit the bill. I drove there around 7:15pm, they were set to close at 8:00pm. I was surprised to see how busy they were. I was acknowledged, and was ask to wait, I said no problem. I watched the staff take care of the cars that were already there, and to my surprise more people kept coming in. I was saying to myself that this place must do good work because it was so busy. Later on "Norman", the technician that originally acknowledged me came to see about my tire. Norman started plugging the tire, and he was so personable, he was smiling the whole time. I asked him about the shop being so busy, and he said,"it was always busy", I said, "that means you guys do great work". I went into the office to pay and met a nice lady who also had a great personality. When I paid with my card she arranged it so that I could give Norman a tip in cash, I thought that was very thoughtful of her to do that for him and me as well. I had a great experience at, "Sparkling Tire Auto Repair Inc". Thank you Dexter.

I didn't go here recently, but it is the last place I went for tires. I've gotten tires here before and I've been told to be careful. I didn't believe it till it happened to me. While getting tires I was offered a free car wash and vacuum. When I came back to get my car I noticed that the inside door lock trim was missing on the driver's side. I complained about it. They went to the wash area and said they didn't find it. I drove out of there not happy. I remembered that I forgot to remove some back up cash I leave in my ash tray, $10: 5 singles and a $5 bill. I checked and it was gone. I went back and complained. The owner went out and brought in the two guys who did the car cleaning. She made them give me my cash back and apologized. When I left I got dirty looks and promised myself to Not get tires here again. I try to support neighborhood businesses, but this was not a good experience. Be Careful.

Very pleasurable experiance...quick service...very welcoming and it was 20 to the top of the closing hour and they got it done happily..no complaints...thanks for the prompt service....there was a biiiiig bolt in my tire AND THEY ARE OPEN TILL 8PM....BEHIND THE BP GAS STATION...

I was here earlier today and I just want to say that the price for my used tire was very reasonable. I recommend this place if you need any new/used tires. Excellent customer service. The mechanic was even nice enough to make sure all my tires were all pressurized equally.

The service I received was phenomenal. Everyone was very helpful and they made sure I was taken care of. One of the best experiences I ve had, and at a time of crisis. They have my business for life. Price is more than fair. Efficiency, and a personal touch.
