This place is amazing. This was one of the cars there. They even let me check it out. Gonzalez motorsports thoroughly Inspected my Dodge Charger and told me exactly the problem. I love this place! I will definitely be back for my performance enhancements! Definitely a honest team! Thank you Team Gonzalez for treating me like a customer vs a dollar sign!P.S. I hope the u guys got the flashlight back you let me use, I returned it after hours.

This shop did an amazing job on my Z06! My first visit was to sort out some major issues I had. They diagnosed and fixed the problem on time as planned. Of course I had to bring it back to them for some performance upgrades! I told Robert what I wanted to do and he put together a plan and explained in detail what was involved, what made sense. Mark the mechanic was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a play by play as he worked on my build and did an amazing job! Answering any question I had and making me feel super comfortable with the direction I wanted to go. This is by far the best shop I've ever been too! The entire staff treats you like family. There is something to be said about a group of people who will take the time to talk with you and keep you smiling. 10 stars I don't ever leave a review but I felt this time it was earned! My car is amazing..over 700whp thanks to Robert, Mark and his team. I will be back for more work. This is the only shop I will take my vehicles to now.Thank you all!Service: Auto engine tuning

I took my vehicle to Gonzalez MotorSport because I would hear an intermittent grinding sound when I hit my brakes so I wanted to have my brakes checked. Upon dropping off my vehicle, Robert, the owner, recalled and mentioned that he had done my breaks within the last year. He performed a thorough inspection of all that he thought could be a cause and did not find any possible culprit. He took it for a drive and did not hear the noise. He called me and told me he had checked the brakes and everything that could potentially be causing a noise upon braking and couldn't find anything and didn't want to make any changes or unnecessary repairs. That was a perfect opportunity to charge for a "repair" that wasn't needed but he didn't! This goes to show his professionalism, honesty and integrity as a mechanic and businessman! I would strongly recommend Gonzalez Motor Sport! The BEST in town, hands down!!

Gonzalez Motorsports went above and beyond to get my truck running. This is the best hemi performance in Florida, and by far has the best customer service, and best Quality work. Kept me updated on the work, I will only come here for future repairs and modifications! They got some terrible pricing. I called in to get a quote to replace an intake manifold gasket and to replace 2 coolant elbows. Even though I had gotten all the replacement parts they quoted me that it will be around $1000 just for labor. They said it will take them 7 to 7.5 hours to complete a simple job.I have a Monte Carlo ss. I took it to another shop and paid around $275 for labor and my car is running smoothly with no leaks. It just crazy how they can think that they can take advantage of some people.

They are amazing. VERY fair prices, super nice, reassured me when I dropped the car off that they would figure out what was wrong with it (I was on the verge of crying at that point), and took EXTRA time to make sure my car was all set to go and wouldn't shut off on me while I was driving again before they called me to come get it. I recommend Gonzalez MotorSport to everyone.

My son and his family just moved to Parrish, from western PA. We flew down to visit, and he mentioned that the brakes needed repaired, on his 2013 Ford Explorer. This shop was recommended highly by a local Auto Zone. I called, and Jake asked me to bring the vehicle right up, and they would take I look. There were no guarantees, but he promised they would look at it as soon as they could. That, they did. They pulled all four wheels, and found that the rear needed both pads and rotors. Although they had ordered pads and rotors for all 4 wheels, and could have easily sold me on all 4, they just did the real wheels, saying that the front were good for another year or so. I was shown the rust on the vehicle, and exactly what they proposed to be repaired. They did the work in less than 3 hours, all w/o an appointment. My impressions? Courteous, kind, and honest. A very clean shop, and mechanics who know exactly what they are doing. A bill that could have been MUCH higher, by doing work that was not really needed at the moment. And a dealership that has earned future business from this family. I highly recommend this establishment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband just had his silverado repaired there . He said fair prices, very honest .Robert the owner and Jake could not be nicer . Cleanest and nicest shop you will ever go in. He will use them again and they gave a one year warranty on work.

Hi All. My name is Kyle, and also own a shop in Tampa. I started using Gonzalez Motorsport recently and will be networking with them in the future. I only work on GM vehicles, and often have customers call for SRT/Dodge modification. I will be sending all of those people directly to Gonzalez. They are most certainly THE SRT/Dodge performance specialist in our area. There are some very serious builds at their location. Mr. Gonzalez operates a model business and it was great taking some advising from him. Super professional and friendly

Robert was awesome to work with. They are the most flexible shop I've been to in a long time. They're honest about things like tires if their pricing can't compete at the time. They finished something I started and made good recommendations to save money and fix the things that matter. Even though this project car is old, they took the time and cared about it like I do. You will pay fair prices, good prices and the warranty with the customer service is worth every penny. Thanks guys

My experience was great at Motorsport and the people who work in the office are really helpful. Had my A/C repair done same day I dropped off my Nissan! They also charge reasonable prices for work and best of all it's guaranteed.

The most HONEST mechanics you ll find in the area. I am weary about visiting shops without my husband because I am woman, and know absolutely nothing about cars, however this shop is very transparent and honest. Robert, the owner, took the time to explain everything to me. This is a locally owned shop & I can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. Also very nice newly remodeled waiting area/office, where I waited with my baby and toddler.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I was extremely impressed by the friendly, caring attitudes of the staff. Their price was surprisingly fair. Their knowledge of the car and what the issue might be was right on. The job was done in time I was told it would take!!!!!!I will certainly recommend and go back when I have another problem

They run a first class operation! I can see why they have great reviews. I took my 1932 Ford coupe to have a new differential placed. On inspection, they found my rear bearings ( replaced one year prior at a different garage) were defective. My thinking the axles were out of true, I had them order new axles.They also performed some other tasks at my request.I thought their pricing was very fair! They are very pleasant to deal with. When I got my precious car back, I took it for a spin. Everything was in great working condition. It used to leak a little transmission fluid. Now, no leaks! Thank you Gonzalez Automotive Repair!

Visiting from out of state, we had an issue with our brakes. The guys took the time to explain everything and offer options for repair. Pricing was fair, very honest shop, highly recommended. Thanks so much guys for getting us back on the road!

The man running this place is absolutely amazing. My car broke down right by his shop lucky for me I didn't have to pay for a tow truck and was blessed with an honest professional and efficient shop. You can sense how truly genuine this man and the staff is. I will be a loyal customer even though this ship isn't located near my residence. It's worth the distance and he deserves the business.

Best automotive place I've found. So professional, friendly, reasonably priced and quick. Anthony changed out a headlight bulb for me today and I had just stopped by. He was very fast and friendly. I have had breaks done and other things and have been very happy overall. You've gotta check this place out!
