The man called Zero is the amazing helpful man. I had a battery problem with my car and he came far away from the store for me and help me to replace for a new battery. He did everything in 40 minutes, all things are checked and replaced very good and fast. He saved my day and he is very good with car knowledge and BMW cars. Thank you, Zero. Absolutely recommended for car problems to ask.

The people are polite. The prices are fairly high. They lack an eye for detail. My skid plate was not properly reinstalled, old oil from the oil change on my engine was not cleaned up. I required an additional visit to fix the things they missed. Even afterwards there was oil dripping off my engine. I will not be going there again.

Jesus serviced my car pretty quickly and showed someone who doesn't know anything about cars what was wrong efficiently and quickly. Joshua was on the topside making sure the engine was satisfactory. Sebastian and Brian worked underneath the car to ensure my vehicle is satisfactory on the road.

I always go to this Valvoline for my oil changes and car maintenance. They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Jesus, Nicolas and Andrew did a great job and got my oil changed completed in 12 minutes!!! I highly recommend this Valvoline off Aloma and E Mitchell Hammock!

My tech was amazing Jesus. He is super professional and efficient. Layla was fast and efficient and very impressive to watch as she scurried around the engine compartment and the tech under the vehicle Logan was awesome as well.

I have only had great experiences at this Valvoline. I only come to this location but especially only Valvoline! They are always so helpful and informative without pushing. They are so nice and get me in and out of there quickly.

Fast and Friendly Staff. Always professional! Takes the time to explain when I ask questions. No sales pressure. Prices are a bit high if you get premium like I do. Which I prefer it lasts 6,000 miles. Nothing professional about the workers here. A guy threw a box that hit my new car. Another worker struggled working on the engine checks. 2 other hispanics joked about a man who tipped them for filling up the tires. It was so rowdy and crazy, gave me anxiety and to this day I m worried about the work that was done by young 20yr olds.

These guys are the best in Oviedo! They've really taken care of my car. So much so that I brought back my parents cars as well within the same week to get serviced. Oil change, transmission flushed, and a fuel system cleaning. 5 stars. Charlie, Keifer, and my guys Jesus and Scott, the managers, took care of me. They deserve raises !!

This shop is the next best thing to having an oil change button in the car - you don't have to get out of the vehicle to get it done. The team was efficient and looked like they were motivated and having fun. If you're lucky and a UPS truck pulls up with their orders, you will witness the Globetrotters-like unloading process. The one thing I would definitely change is the three lanes leading to the three service bays. It's somewhat of a lottery - you may pull up first, but if a car in front of you in the bay has a lot of work done (i.e. the driver is susceptible to accepting all services offered) then you're stuck and will leave last. A better way would be to have a single queue.

The manager Connor was great, he was efficient, nice, and considerate. He explains things well and runs a good crew, very professional and personable; I highly recommend this location. Luke did my oil and did a good job too.
