Greeting ....I'm so sad to post this, but it has occurred my last 4 visits. I have been coming to tire choice since it opened. Many managers have come and gone. My favorite managers were Tim and Bo, with those two guys the shop ran flawlessly. I love the location with the ale house and golf range. But something went terribly wrong once Tim and Bo left. Would come often with 4 cars for repairs from oil changes and tire rotations. Sometimes for engine or brakes repairs. Last few times it seems they only had one mechanic. I would come with an issue and there was no mechanic on duty? Long story short... today was the last straw and I'll be looking for another shop.Today I stopped by for an engine light and synthetic oil change with tire rotation, and went by the Ale House to have lunch. The young man behind the counter did mention it would take 2 hours, and the mechanic was not on duty and he was unable to resolve the engine light,I said ok... from the Ale House you can see the shop and no activity was going on in the shop while I was having my lunch? So after one hour and 45 minutes I paid my tab and headed to the shop. To my surprise there was not one vehicle in the shop and once I walked into the front there was the "manager" on the phone and one of the workers playing cards on the counter right next to the manager who was on the phone!Needless to say I was applauded! I looked at them and stated please give me my keys and left. So sad such a great shop went down hill.

I have been to tires choice several times over a few years for my car and my husband's. We will not unfortunately be returning at this point. The first situation that wasn't done right was I had a fluid flush and immediately after my power steering was making a loud noise. I brought it back in and they said everything was fine. Then I had my brother check and the power steering fluid was basically empty and black.The second great frustration was with tires I bought in 2022. I have a van and the incorrect size was put on which does not meet safety standards. I found that out today when I went to a different shop for a nail repair. Now I need all 4 new tires.I advise anyone to go elsewhere to save money and headache long term.Edited to add: I'm not sure why corporate follows up with a comment to call the 800 number. Out of curiosity to see what the response would be, I have called three times and was transferred to another number to leave a message. Nobody ever followed up. Not very reassuring that any business changes intend to be made based on negative experiences.

Great experience recently buying a new set of 4 tires for my truck. Front desk guys spent some time with me researching available options in stock given my needs and budget. Tires arrived fast and work was done quickly. Trevor was very helpful. Good place for oil changes and maintenance too.

Something happened to a good place. Went a few months ago and they were not open. Tried again and had appointment for oil change. Was told it would be done within the hour. Over an hour later vehicle not even into a bay. I asked for my keys back. Only comment made by manager was so you re cancelling your appointment? Lost my business unless a dramatic change happens.

Great customer service. My vehicle was shaking around 80 mph on Highway. Got alignment and all 4 tires balanced. Car no longer shakes. They did a great job! She is very happy as well.

Andrew and the other guy in the front were very helpful and friendly. Walked me through all the logistics before I gave them the keys. I needed new fuel injectors and a fuel injector connector that was causing a misfire. They repaired my truck in a timely fashion and it s been running great ever since. Couldn t be happier with the service at TireChoice in Oviedo.

Bearing was bad on vehicle. Both front bearings were replaced and under warranty. The new staff is not knowledgeable and tried to blame the bearing failure on the aftermarket rims which have been on the truck since it was purchased in 2017. The new associate was determined to blame me and even wrote on the notes that the aftermarket rims were too heavy hence the failure. Instead of doing an actual investigation to see why the original factory bearings lasted 120k miles and these bearings only last a max 30k, nothing was done. I used to bring all my vehicles here but I am not happy with the new staff and service at this location.BRING BACK BO AND CREW.Never had an issue with the old management and associates

I tried to go to this location for them to install tire sensors that I ordered online. This same location charged me $64 to put them on and install them 4 months ago. I wanted them to do the same job however Andrew tried to charge me $160 to do the same job that they did 4 months ago for $64. he said he wasn t going to honor the price and he got hostil on the phone with me. Bad customer service.

Used to take all my vehicles here when Bo when the manager. Had my car there for 2 days waiting to hear what was wrong. 5 calls and no one answered. I finally drove to the shop and they told me 'We've been waiting to hear back from you". I had no missed calls and no voicemails. I told them to go ahead and do the repairs but they said the mechanic wouldn't be back until next week! Time to find a new garage.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation 9:30AM APPOINTMENT took 2and half hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! because they tried to sell me so many other things - then FINALLY drove out and the front passenger tire was LOW!!! - NEVER going back!

Came here to get new tires put on all 4 wheels, was the most affordable in the area and able to get me in the same day. Although with being the most affordable, they scratched up almost all of my rims (3/4) changing the tires, and I had an alignment done with them that got messed up and I had to go back in again for them to fix it.

This is the Tire Choice to come to. I had originally gone to a different one where they weren't able to fix the issue (turned out they did a wrong installation) I was then recommended to come to this Tire Choice and spoke to Mario who has the right expertise to deal with this. After venting to Rocky and Carlos about the other shop's inadequacy and not feeling I should double pay, Rocky and Carlos worked their magic and did right by me on the pricing! I grateful for their transparency and making this work in no time!

Thursday I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 am to get my front roters resurfaced, oil changed and tires rotated. I called 20 minutes prior to my appointment and went over the services i scheduled and asked for a ballpark time for completion which i was told 1.5 hrs. I dropped my vehicle off promptly at 9:00 am went over the services again with the front desk advisor. He verified my cell phone number and said it would take roughly 1.5 hours and he would call me when finished. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I called to check on my truck only to now find out thier roter resurfacer was broke from the day prior and the oil change was completed an 1 hour and 15 minutes earlier. If I knew thier roter resurfacer was not working I would have either waited to do both services or opted for a drive through express oil change service. Instead they wasted 2.5 hours of my time on an oil change. My issue is the no of communication internally as well as externally to the customer. I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not receive as much as an apology. Instead I was told "nobody told me the machine wasn't working " and " I am only one person." A far cry from any apology or contrition for wasting my time waiting, getting picked up and dropped off for half the service. Oh by the way they use to check tire pressure also when doing tire rotations..not anymore. See photo below. I have purchased tires from this location, serviced my Ford truck and my daughter's Camry. If I do not hear from a Tires Choice individual with some authority I will take that as Tires Choice no longer is interested in servicing my 2 vehicles.Sincerely,Oviedo Business owner.

Bo, Jake & Garrett all went above and beyond to explain the details of my unusual automotive issue and how they could correct it. I am confident sending my wife and daughter to these 3 gentlemen and trust they would have their best interests in mind while helping them with their car care. Thank you for creating a culture where customers feel they are the priority...not just focused on a sale. Thank you for offering some services on the Weekends! Great Job!

This is a great all-around service center. Years ago I had a flat tire and was across the street to my usual Pep Boys. And they could not fit me in for hours and I would ve been stranded. I literally hobbled with my car across the street to choice auto service And they fit me in within an hour because of the situation. I also had to buy some tire shortly there after, and had an issue with a bent rim. They worked on the rim until they made it work so it wouldn t be out of balance. I ve gone back twice for oil changes and they always give me the best deal because I m a returning customer. That s how customer service works. I highly recommend this place.

Super friendly and easy to work with. I specifically worked with Steve. They were great on pricing and quick in and out. I went in on a Thursday morning and they ordered the tires from their warehouse with an install scheduled for Friday. Steve called me later on Thursday to let me know the tires were in and that they had a cancellation allowing me to have the tire install and alignment performed same day. Thanks for the help Steve!

So I've been going to tires choice for a while, and have gotten multiple alignments and tire changed etc. But that's going to stop. Everytime I go there it take 2-3 hrs after appointment time to get an allignment started. How does the appointment system even work? Anyways the service gets done and it's fine the real issue is last time I went I brought my car in and waited 3 hrs, showed up to the shop it still wasn't taken in for the alignment. Once I showed up we start to bring the vehicle in but the battery died, sure whatever I don't blame anyone for that. But when the mechanic wanted to jump it they went in the hood after I told them to jump it from the trunk( battery is in the trunk). So he opens hood and rips off the fuse box cover. I wasn't sure at what I witnessed at the time but when I decided to not take it in I later checked on the fuse box and saw the damage done to the lid. The mechanic didn't push in the tab to open the box he pulled up from the side breaking a clip. After the prolonged wait times and gradually increasing prices now this. I cannot trust them with my vehicles anymore.

Very professional. I panicked because my tire pressure light came on. They told me to come by so they can top it off and they resolved my issue quickly and I was on my way. I will most definitely be coming here from now on for my tire services. Thank you guys so very much for being so helpful and kind.

I was recommended by my Boss to take my car here. When I got home I noticed that the front side of the frame of my vehicle were dented on both sides. Went to Tire Choice this morning to show the damage and the manager admits that the technician bended the front sides frame of my vehicle and they will not replace it. Worst place ever. The technicians do not know what there doing. These are my photos.

Friendly and courteous service. Short wait times. Good location, easy to get to. Service Manager Mikel very helpful. Will go back for other car service. Visited to have tire rotation and oil change. Once again this was an excellent experience. We continue to be very impressed with Tire Choice's (Oviedo) products and level of service!

Hands down best customer service. Jake and Carlos went above and beyond to help me. They both were very professional, sympathetic and helpful. They even stood in the rain trying to figure out the issue with my rims. Additionally, they got my truck in for service immediately with minimal wait time. I can t thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

Bo Barber was exceptional with his customer service skills. He didn't try to upsell me on items I didn't need, besides I'm pretty knowledgeable about cars so I knew he was very honest. His staff and himself noticed that tread separation was present from my tires since they were about 13 yrs old. I will be back since it's hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I hope his staff and himself are getting compensated accordingly since it's very hard to find great honest employees in this day and age.

I bought tires online and set an appointment. Went in on the day of the appointment and there was a very professional and helpful staff. Received a phone call with an update and picked up my truck same day. I d highly recommend them to everyone.

I cannot speak enough about this place. The guys over here are phenomenal. We bring all 4 of our vehicles here for everything from brakes, oil changes, tires, tire rotations and a truck lift. Bo and Tim are always friendly and make sure you are happy with the services they provide. Thanks again for always making sure we have excellent service.

Somebody had just driven into my lane and I had to swerve my car in the median in order to avoid a collision. My tire blew out. Tire Choice happened to be right there. Tim came to my rescue and offered to replace the tire with the one I had in the trunk for free. He was very sympathetic and helpful, and so was AJ, the technician. When my husband came, he decided to have them change all tires. We got great service and fair prices. Thank you!!!

Mere words cannot express my gratitude to Jake at Tire Choice Auto Service Center. Times have been rough for me as my son wrecked his car and I had already spent so much money trying to get it fixed I barely had enough for an alignment. Jake was my �ngel I m disguised and made it happen. I am forever grateful.
