Brought our GLC 300 to Jerry s a couple of times and have been extremely happy.Normal maintenance appointments went well and at reasonable price.Recently, they troubleshot an issue with our remotes. They suddenly stopped working and nothing was wrong in the areas I checked (e.g., car battery, remote battery, fuses, etc.). It took a couple of visits for them to find the bad module, but they worked hard to find the issue. The manual was vague on the antenna circuits, but it took less time for them to find the issue. Also, the cost was a lot less than I expected. Very happy customer.I am very happy with their service and believe we have found our Mercedes shop.

We are so grateful to have found Jerry's shop on a recent trip to the area. We realized the rear suspension on my Mercedes 450 had failed after we disembarked a cruise ship and there was no way we could have driven 7 hours home. It was lunchtime on a Friday and most repair shops and dealerships are closed over the weekend. After many calls to repair shops located close to Port Canaveral, we found Jerry's MB Service. Jerry was the ONLY repair shop who was willing to order the parts for a late afternoon delivery and fix our car by the end of day Friday. We would have been stranded in the area over the weekend if Jerry had not squeezed our car in for the repair. We wish we lived in the area and Jerry's MB Service could regularly service our Mercedes. Thank you Jerry and team for helping us on a very stressful afternoon! We will always remember your kindness.Service: Steering & suspension repair

In my last 2 visits to the local Mercedes Dealership I found myself being coerced into service on my low mile E Class which I didn't feel I needed at the time and declined. I found Jerry's MB Service and had a great experience. Jerry & Paul were professional, honest, friendly and knowledgeable but most of all they didn't recommend a service just yet that the dealership wanted to sell me over a year ago. Brought My Car Here, Very Good Work. Great Prices. The People That Work Here Are So Kind And Nice, They Answered Every Question I Had For Them. The Guy Paul That Works There Wonderful Person. Definitely Will Come Here Anytime I Need Work Done Or Parts Ordered.

If you own a Mercedes, do not give this place a second thought - call them, get your car in there and know you will be treated right and the service will be done right and on budget. They are a family owned, clean, 100% customer focused, honest business, in a business that on many levels doesn't share that same distinction. I am still in awe of how much these guys just set the right bar for others to follow. 5 stars doesn't do them justice, but they definitely both deserve and earned those stars.Service: Auto maintenance

I ve used Jerry s for several repairs over the past several years. I have a e350 bluetec. Every repair has been on key and much more affordable than the dealership. The shop is clean and organized. I've taken my cars to Jerry's for years and they have saved me so much money on maintenance and repairs. They are always friendly, helpful and honest. Most recently, they saved me thousands of dollars on a repair quoted by the Mercedes dealership. Jerry's MB Service provides first class service at the best possible prices. I purchased a gently used 2017 MB GLA 250 a few months ago. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I took the vehicle to Jerry for a post-purchase inspection while I was in my 5 day return grace period at the dealer. I did this to ensure the Orlando MB dealer didn't try to hide any mechanical or structural issues being a used car. Jerry, the owner, personally inspected my vehicle himself, which I found particularly impressive. Not too many shops have owners that believe in working hard alongside their employees. Jerry delivered the good news that my car was in good shape, but it might need a new battery soon. Fast forward two months....my battery died. This was right on point with Jerry's assessment. The Sanford MB dealer ultimately took care of this under warranty at no cost. However, if this was not covered, rest assured I would have given Jerry my business without hesitation. Even though this might seem like a little thing, details matter to me. I am grateful for Jerry's honesty and integrity as a businessman and look forward to giving him my business again in the future.I highly recommend Jerry for your MB or BMW service or repair needs. Best in town by far!

Jerry and the team gives me the confidence that she is getting quality service and honesty. They really took care of her BMW and got her back on the road at a fraction of the dealerships quote. If you have a diesel Mercedes, this is the place you need to take it. After many issues taking our vehicle to MBSO and not getting our vehicle fixed, it became obvious the dealer had no idea what they were doing. They even told us they hardly ever work on the BlueTec vehicles. Well one trip to Jerry and he took care of all of our issues and it has been problem free ever since. I would highly recommend them for service of your MB and now that we are out of warranty he is the only guy we will take the vehicle to. It takes us an hour to drive to Jerry s, and it s well worth it to know that we are getting quality work done on our vehicle by a trustworthy team.

After taking my GL550 to a mechanic who told me my entire transfer case would have to be replaced for a small leak, I found Jerry s. The experience was top notch from start to finish! Not only was the cost almost $3000 less than the first mechanic, they went the extra step to save me even more money. This will be my mechanic as long as I own a Mercedes!!Service: Transmission

Jerry and his team took care of my W210 for years. They were straightforward about any problems, offered tons of advice, completed work on time, and never had any major surprises . When I had an accident out of town, they even helped verify that my repair quote was fair. Jerry s a great guy and I appreciate how they kept my vehicle running great.

We've been using Jerry's for 6+ years and he's never let us down. He provided amazing service this past week when my car AC presented a very unusual problem. We are first time Mercedes owners. Being local to Oviedo it was great to find a top notch locally owned shop to perform maintenance on our vehicle. The service has been outstanding, pricing is very fair, and they give you their honest opinion about what is truly needed NOW based on what they see. I could not be more pleased! I am very discouraged with dealerships. They treat you like you are held hostage to them. Jerry and the entire staff are friendly, explain what needs to be done, prices are reasonable and I love the huge window from the waiting room where you have a clear view into the work area. I am more than satisfied!!!!

The fact that you can get the exact same quality service/parts as the dealer for so much less is great. I called the dealer for a service B on an 09 GL 350 and it was $479. At Jerry's it was $350. And I was able to be seen at 6:30am and get on my way by 7:30am. I get an honest mechanic with all the same expertise of the dealer for less. Made my next appt before I left this one because it was such a great experience.

Been a loyal customer of Jerry's for 12 years. He and his team of seasoned mechanics give me the straight scoop and take care of the problem and his labor rates are easier to take than what you find at the dealers. My 1998 E320 and 2012 E350 Cabriolet are in top shape thanks to them.

First Class across the board! The do a great job communicating and even better job looking out for your vehicle. I have been there twice, both times thinking it was going to be a major deal. They studied the problem and found solutions that were much more effective and less costly!!! Amazing Experience. Brought my 335i BMW here for a new inner door handle and they told me exactly how much it would be and they ordered the part which arrived the very next day and they called told me it came in and they installed it in under 2 hours! Incredibly nice and informative staff and very quality work I ll definitely return if I need anymore work done!

Very honest and professional. I took my car for an estimate and they did not find anything wrong with my car and did not charge for the estimate! Love the fact that there is Christian literature in the waiting room. Nice atmosphere! Will definitely recommend and be back for service.

I returned for a service issue after repair work done about 4 months ago. It is difficult for me to drop off this work vehicle and they were able to accommodate me and complete the repair in a single day. They are extremely professional and a better value than the dealership.
