I had an excellent experience with Caliber. I was worried because I wasn't able to get an estimate right away because they were busy. I quickly realized everyone was busy and most shops just wanted you to drop your car off and wait.This shop was amazing. The communication level was amazing. I received regular updates. Calls and text for updates. I am extremely happy I used Caliber. I see why their ratings are so high. They work hard for them. My car looks great now that it was repaired. Caliber Collision is who my insurance agent recommended and they really did any outstanding job. They communicated over text with updates which is super convenient, and my truck was ready days ahead of schedule which was great. Also, 3 different people thought it wasn't my vehicle the repairs looked so good lol, like nothing ever happened. Time to buy a 3M skin protector to prevent rock chips on this fresh front end.

Thank you so much for everything. Alex was amazing. She kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was there. I was very surprised it did not take that long for parts to come in and for them to fix it. Everything was smooth. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car there.I was really upset when someone backed into my brand new BMW in a parking lot that my husband just purchased for me. Ugh I was super nervous to drop it off. not knowing what to expect, but everything looks brand new. When I picked up my car, they detailed it.. looks so nice. I highly recommend them. These guys are the best! Thanks again for everything!!!

Caliber Collision was more than exceptional when taking care of my car. They updated me every 2-3 days providing me with updates on my car and its progress. I could not continue this review without mentioning Alex. Never once did I call or her call me with a bad attitude, every time I was greeted with her kind voice. Her customer service is flawless and I could not have been more positive that my car was in safe hands after talking to her. Alex does not just work at Caliber Collision, she cares and listens to her clients as if they were people with lives and not just clientele.

I was rear ended and chose Caliber Collision for the repairs needed on my Kia and I must say I am VERY pleased. The receptionist as well as Samantha provided such amazing customer service and were both so friendly and informative. The company also provides frequent updates on your car through text so you are aware of exactly what s going on and when it will be ready for pick up. I can tell this place takes pride in what they do and really cares about their customers. They did an outstanding job and my Kia looks as good as new. Highly recommend and thank you to all of Calibers employees for doing such an amazing job

Great place to get you car repaired.Made appointment got a estimate, and made a appointment to do the work.Put the car in on Monday and had it back Thursday. Caleb Mulcahy was great kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend Caleb and Oviedo Caliber Collision to anybody that needs a great body shop. Great job.

This place is great! I came here to get my passenger door and fender fixed after someone hit my car while parking, and they did a great job, fixed it within about a week and even cleaned the inside and outside of my car before I picked it up. Would definitely recommend coming here if you can!

It was a great experience having my vehicle repaired by Caliber Collision. Dylan was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout. They were fast and the vehicle looks like the accident never happened. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Oviedo, Fl, and Danny as one of the service advisors. I ve used them already 3 times and I haven t had any bad service. Even after 8months of one of the repairs I took the car back because something was not right, and they took care of it without any problem or saying anything or blaming anyone. They apologized for not catching it during the first repair and I had the car back in a couple of days. I will keep using them!

Considering that it is never pleasant dealing with insurance, the team at Caliber Collision did a fantastic job making the repair process easy on me. Talia and Alex were amazing as the face of the company, when I got the car back the work looked great kudos to the team behind the scene.

Caliber Collision took care of my car after an accident and did an amazing job repairing the damage. I appreciated that there was frequent communication about the progress of my vehicle. Everything was completed in a timely manner. It was really handy to be able to leave my rental car there when picking up my vehicle. Alex was awesome, she was friendly, communicated progress well and was very knowledgeable and kind.

Unfortunately, someone pulled a hit and run in a parking lot on my car. My insurance connected me with Caliber Collision to have the repairs done. The work was top notch. Alex made sure I was kept up to date on all aspects. It was completed before their estimated goal. Along with the insurance company and rental, it made a major annoyance far less stressful. Could only have been happier if my car wasn't damaged in the first place.

TJ was excellent he went above and beyond! Over and beyond! The attention to detail was nothing short of superb! In addition, the car was ready, much earlier than was estimated even though there was much work to be done. I cannot sing his praises, or your teams praises enough.

Customer service is all right but when they mess up, they don t choose to help fix the problem. I ve been waiting for years now. No one has called me to make sure I have a rental car on arrival to drop my car off I consider that very bad customer service and very bad business they paid my car left a bunch of orange peel, overspray and paint dripping off of the side like that I painted my passenger mirror and it fell apart while driving down the road, they did replace the mirror, but it needs to be repainted again horrible company to bring your vehicle

Dylan Crimmins is amazing, and an asset to the Caliber organization! He was so kind and helpful, and was super transparent with me with the entire process, and kept me updated all throughout everything. If I ever have any other issues with my car (hopefully not!), I will 100% come back to Dylan, and highly recommend him to anyone else who needs help!

Caliber Collision is awesome! I have nothing but great things to say about them. I will send my people to them. They are outstanding. My tires & rims were stolen from my vehicle at my apt complex...Caliber Collision came for my vehicle & the day the guy came it was raining horribly outside & they still came to get my car. I stood outside for a bit...& watched as the tow guy actually had to put dummy tires on my tireless car in order to place it on the flat bed tow truck...i cried. But in the end after the Insurance & Caliber they made a difference & for that I am thankful. I am now one of happiest customers. KUDO'S to Caliber Collision!!!

I found multiple small chips in my paint (some all the way down to the steel!) following one of our lovely Florida hail storms. My insurance company sent me to Caliber as one of their approved repair shops. Alex W. took care to look over every inch of my vehicle and listened to my concerns. She also tried really hard to work with my insurance to get the repairs completed. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't exist to help the insured and they refused to approve the claim. Luckily, this is NOT a review for my insurance agent, but rather Caliber Collision. Alex sealed all the areas of major concern with a paint as closely matching as possible and assured me that it will protect my vehicle from rusting in those spots. All that and wouldn't take a dime for it! Is it the complete repaint that my insurance owes me? No. But it looks much better and I can rest easy knowing that my car is in good hands if I ever need additional repairs. They've earned my loyalty, for sure.

Keep getting run around. My ex went in to get an estimate. I then call insurance company. After speaking with insurance company, I call caliber back to check on scheduling to drop off for repair. They tell me that my ex never went for her estimate appt. The girl was very rude. I said why am I getting the run around, I said she was there this morning and got an estimate from Samantha. I said do I need to go to another shop. The girl says do what you want. It's your choice. Stay away seems very incompetent.

From the estimate to the completed repair, my experience was excellent. The vehicle was completed on time and under the estimated cost. I also had some additional work done that is perfect!
