Took my Mercedes in needing to get repaired from a collision on my driver door. They got everything ordered before I dropped off the car and was repaired within 2 weeks on top of needing additional parts and a supplement from the other person s insurance. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a reliable, fast and certified shop. Shoutout to Victor too for always communicating to me whenever something came up.

This shop did a remarkable job on my vehicle. Not only was their work amazing; but they were all very professional and congenial in dealing with me. The office personnel were just as kind. It is a very reliable place to take your vehicle. You can be assured that the clientele are professional and dependable in their care of your car.I was very impressed. My car was in an accident where the quarter panel passenger side was seriously damaged. I did not have collision on my insurance so it would be totally out of pocket which i told both repair centers.I went to this collision center for a second estimate. Wow Wow their estimate was double the cost of my first estimate from another collision center here in Sanford Martin's. So I went with my first choice Martin's they got the repairs done in a week and a half and it turned out awesome. I will never recommend autonation collision center to anyone. Never

I had damage to my Porsche Cayenne door and Geico company wanted to repair the door rather than replace. With the help of John and David I was able to get the door to scheduled replaced. Geico then sent 2 damaged, used doors but John returned them because they weren t up to par. Then they got the insurance company to pay for a brand new door. Insurance is always trying to pay for the cheapest thing possible, luckily I felt that this collision center truly had my best interest in mind.Geico and other insurance companies come to this shop 3x a week so any changes to the repair plan or supplement claims that they need to file goes over pretty smoothly and quickly. This is a Porsche authorized repair shop so the workmanship was top notch. Very happy with the work that was done and the whole process.

Don t trust these people. They had my car for almost 3 months. When they finally called for me to come get it, I lifted the hood to do a quick look over and the radiator was very obviously still damaged. They apologized and said they must ve damaged it by accident and they would order a new part. When I picked the car up two days after that, David told me that they actually never replaced it. So if I didn t inspect the car, they would ve collected the money and let me walk away without fixing the car. I don t trust them at all and will never use them again. On top of that, my car NEVER had ants, now I m finding ants. When calling them back they were extremely rude. Definitely dont recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional start to finish. The team accommodated my walk-in request for an appraisal. They scheduled my arrival for repairs and met their forecast for the work, actually finishing 1-2 days early. My wife got into a fender bender with someone. The other party went to get an estimate and received one of the most predatory and dishonest estimates I had ever seen for a scuffed bumper: $1,600. For an at most $300 spot detailing job, as quoted by another shop.I don't do business with predatory salespeople.

This place is hot garbage! They ve had my car for over a year and still have not been able to fix it. They have had three managers since I initially brought my car there. The communication is horrible, they have lied multiple times, they have misrepresented the situation, and long story short I still do not have my car back. I wouldn t trust these people to fix a bicycle.

My wife was rear ended and Auto Nation is a USAA preferred shop, so we took our vehicle there. Fred, our point of contact was AMAZING! He kept us updated on the progress throughout the process. My mom took her car there and they are taking full advantage of her. Not only have held her car for almost 6 months because of "back order" parts. Funny how each time they have to repair something the part is back ordered. Lets not stop there what should have been maybe a 2000 dollar job suddenly is turning into over a 15,000 dollar job. Very unprofessional.

My wife s vehicle needed some minor body work done and we took the car to this establishment. After speaking with the rep, he stated that someone would be in touch about the repairs once we sent over the appropriate information (sent over, same day as visit). After two emails, three voicemails and a month later, we have yet to receive a response from anyone. We will be taking our business elsewhere as it s incredibly unprofessional to not even receive a phone call about the situation. Customers should not have to chase a business and I don t think a courtesy phone call is a hard expectation to follow up with.

AutoNation in Oviedo did a very good job of repairing the damage done to the front end of my Highlander after an accident. They worked to find OEM parts when they could and kept with the timeline they gave me. Jafette B was thorough in his walk-through afterwards and made himself available to answer a question I had after the repairs were completed. Would recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this place! I was working with Fred and he is the best!He made this whole process so easy and they repaired my car in 3 days. My car came out perfect and I am 100% satisfy with their service. They send you updates everyday and there is status online for you to check. Plus the rental car are right next door so it's good to have everything taking care of at the same stop.

I have used this facility a few occasions. I explained before any estimate was done that I would like to communicated with on status of repairs and to please return any emails, calls, or voicemails with good or bad updates. That was never done. Voicemails are not returned, if you can get someone to answer the phone and they offer a call back it more than likely won t happen. I decided to asked to speak with the manager (What a mistake that was). I m shocked at his demeanor and tone as I explained in a very calm manner my frustration and the ball being dropped multiple times. The only thing the body shop manager took from the info I explained is that I pronounced his employees name wrong which he made sure to sternly correct and go as far as telling me which letter was wrong. Obviously he was bothered to have to come speak with me and I used the word hostage ( while my car was hostage here ) and that was pretty much the end of our conversation. He told me hostage was not the correct word and was not appropriate. I realized that speaking to management did not make anything better so I decided to just walk away. The manager does not care about customer service and seems to be an unhappy employee who just shows up for a paycheck. My insurance company was billed for almost 8,000 and the work is subpar, parts that were supposed to be replaced weren t, parts were scratched when they buff the car after paint and was returned to me with the worst swirl marks in fresh paint I have ever seen. These are the type of employees that you keep out back in an office that will never have to speak face to face with or on the phone with a customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

During the 7 weeks AutoNation had my car, the only updates I received were when I called them myself. It wasn't until the final week that my repair representative started initiating contact with me. Several times I felt like I was being given the run-around as to what was taking so long and why so many supplemental estimates were needed. I realize the damage was extensive but I feel that a more thorough inspection could have been conducted in the beginning, which may have also allowed me to negotiate a total loss with my insurance as the final repair bill was almost at their threshold. I also am not fully satisfied with the outcome of the repairs. While they did attempt to fix it, my front bumper is still misaligned and in their own words "it'll never be the same after all those repairs".

My experience with AutoNation was satisfying and worthwhile from the beginning after my son referred me to get an estimate from them after 2 other estimates. My estimator Derrick was attentive to my needs, no waiting, prompt return phone calls. He followed through with the Insurance Company paperwork to get the work done within the timeline promised. The outcome was excellent repair work to my 2019 vehicle like it was brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly professional outstanding workmanship it's just that if you want a good job they're going to take their time because there is delay on parts throughout the if you want to rush job this is not the place to but as you should know you pay for what you get I would consider them top 10% in workmanship and paperwork.

Fred was very helpful and kept us informed on the status of the body damage and repair to my daughters car. With supply chain issues and lead times on parts, it did take a while, but Fred and Autonation kept us in the loop so we could plan properly. Auto nations collision company has estimated and repaired two of my vehicles over the last few years. They have been prompt, professional and courteous at all times. Three work has been very well done. Any painting, or other type of body work has always looked like a factory job or better. When there was an issue with one repair. They quickly fixed the related issue. They stand behind their work without question. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic work. My car looks good as new. I was devastated when I was rear ended as my car was the first major purchase I made so it meant a lot more to me than just being a vehicle. Looking at it, I can't even tell that I was hit, she's beautiful. The service was very professional and very fast and I appreciated that they kept me up to date on the process. It was also very convenient that there is an Enterprise rental property right on site.

Collision appraiser Bobbi very professional. My car was hit by someone while parked in a parking garage. I chosen Nations auto Collision because my parents had used then in the past and received outstanding service from appraisal department. My one and only problem was dealing with the unprofessional receptionist. She was quite rude and I felt as if my presents there was bothering her. I didn't ask to be there. But at no time what so ever in dealing with her did I ever feel welcomed. But I was treated with professionalism from service writer appraiser Bobbi she was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would if given a full 5 stars but your receptionist made doing business with you horrible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
