Audio Excellence has always been a fabulous company with a stellar work ethic and has consistently taken good care of their customers. I discovered this long ago when I referred many people to them for window tinting, audio systems, and specialty lighting. When our backup camera on our F-150 needed replaced, we knew who to call. We were not disappointed by Phil, Bill, or Naser's attention to detail. We had so many other services taken care of while there and I will continue to go back for our automotive needs and refer others to this awesome group of people. We were able to have a whole list of items taken care of for $400.00 less than their competitors charged. Excellence is the ideal name for this company but they are far more than just about audio systems.Thank you Audio Excellence!

I finally had my new stereo installed Monday at Audio Excellence in Oviedo and wow. Nasa the owner made sure he came up with a price I could afford and because after market some fabrications had to be done but I am very pleased. Thank you to everyone there for your help kindness and profession.

Owner spends all his time bragging about how great he is and how amazing his company is. They ask me to wait to get the car so they can clean it and I show up and the wheels are filthy. I waited two weeks for the work to be done and I Uber over to pickup the car on my work day and it s not done after they said it was. They never tested the under carriage lights. They didn t put the switch in for it. Waited an hour and a half at the shop for them to sort of finish. First of all, I m a business owner. Show how great you are by giving quality service. Don t start off boasting and then not back it up with quality work. They forgot to install the seatbelts I gave them to install and discussed with them. They didn t put a foam piece back under the passenger foot area that was taken off to do the work. Sloppy. The front camera works sometimes and doesn t work other times. The backup part of the dash cam was swapped with the backup camera image. Everything was wrong!

Really nice set up. I found this place asking for a suggestion on Facebook and Chris reached out to me to help. Without him I would be completely stuck and out hundreds of dollars. The store part was really clean and set up well. I pass by this place 2 times a day and they are always packed. They must be doing something right. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs anything done in their cars.

Phenomenal job. They treat you like a family and their service is incredibly professional, the craftsmanship is second to none. Truly amazed and thankful for their job on my 84 truck.

Very happy with our overall experience. They did a full tint and a great radio upgrade on my 2012 Cruze. The staff is hospitable and super easy to work with, great with communication, and the prices are reasonable. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks for everything.

Nasa, Phil and the Team are committed to outstanding customer service and have a bias for action and integrity when scheduling installations or repairs. They are my go-to specialists for over 7 years for their range of services. They only use high quality products with great warranties. One time I had a issue on an LED headlamp that occurred a day before a trip and Nasa said we cannot let you drive without a headlight. He squeezed me into their already booked day and had me quickly back on the road; typical caring response for their customers safety I have experienced at Audio Excellence.Robert Ives

Window Tint! I was referred to Nasa & I live very far away, but this was worth the drive. Nasa & Everyone that works with Nasa that assisted me did a Phonemal & Amazing job! I am well pleased & humbly thankful & grateful for their outstanding work. Their professional, kind, patient & understanding. Thank you Kindly Nasa & Team for such a Wonderful job on my Window Tint on my Cadillac Today! God bless February 7,2024

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Audio Excellence is by far the best place for any custom audio install. I m fact they were the ones who would take on the job I had in mind. Throughout the installation Phil communicated with me to make sure the finished product would be exactly like I wanted it to be. By far the nicest people as well!

If I could give this place 10 stars...I would!!!Got a new stereo system put in my car...very happy with it. They had my car ready in no time. There was an issue that occurred after the stereo system was installed, however, it was immediately resolved by the owner Nassar with no hesitation or questions...I appreciated his willingness to help me and his kindness....customer service was FANTASTIC!Phil, and the other support staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to help me, and I appreciated that...I would recommend this place to all my family and friends...I will be back to do more business with them...

Audio Excellence did a great job installing my Unavi Apple Car Play wireless unit. I don't need to buy a new car to get modern features! It works seamlessly - I get in and my phone connects fast wirelessly. I can take calls easily on it, have Siri read messages, etc. I'm ready to cancel XM now and appreciate having modern maps on my unit. Touch screen and everything works great.I also took it back to get some middle USB ports squared away that finally broke from the dealer half a decade ago. They were reasonable on the cost and got me upgrade to USB-C's and also a set of old school USB - exactly what I asked for. These guys are top notch and do quality work. BTW, there's more than one Audio Excellence in the area - you want THIS Oviedo location!

Let me start by saying that I am very appreciative of the services Audio Excellence completed on my car. I do not just let anyone work on my car as I am very particular about the work completed and usually do all work and maintenance myself. With that being said, the customer service, experience, and product & craftsmanship given was nothing but amazing. I was blown away by the quality of work that was completed.I had a full audio upgrade including tweeters, and all speakers in my car as well as two 10 subs fabricated into my trunk. Audio Excellence also redid my trunk setup since I am running on air suspension and made it look show car ready. The audio heard from the inside of the car sounds incredible and has little to no distortion.Highly recommend them to you, and would to any of my friends as well. 10/10

I got underglow installed on my 350z about 3 months ago and I love them. Enjoy using them at every chance I get and it brings so much road presence, its a real head turner. They were installed very neatly with no loose or exposed wires.The employees at the store were very professional and got the job done in a short period of time. Definitely will come back if I need something again.

Got a 12 inch sub installed here and it was an amazing experience! I came in not knowing a lot and they had no problem explaining and showing me everything that I needed to know or had questions about, they built a custom box because I had some issues getting a prebuilt one in. I would do it all again. The finished product fully surpassed what I thought!

I have never posted a review, but I felt this is a perfect reason to do so for Nasar and his crew at Audio Excellence in Oviedo.To start, I had Nassar and Phil put together a killer stereo system for my F150 back in March of 2023, which sounded great! I was happy with Phil and Nasa guiding me through the process of matching a quality system with the type of vehicle, they really made it an easy process.Recently I was interested in upgrading what I had, and taking it to the next level of sound quality. I wanted to add a DSP and an amplifier with more channels to run my component speakers active, I knew that would be a great step from talking with the guys.So here s where I made a bad decision. Out of convenience I went to a shop in Longwood off 427 right around the corner from my house and ended up having this shop install the equipment, well this was a huge mistake!!! It s a long story, but here is part of it, basically these guys ruined the system that Audio Excellence installed for me prior.I won t go into too much detail, but the shop managed to take a perfectly operating system, and used only 1 channel to run all 8 of my speakers which blew my high end tweeters, and that s not a 1/16th of what I went through with that shop, It was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. From leaving my truck locked up in their shop all Labor Day weekend without calling me, to telling me my head unit is bad, which I found out was not true.Anyways luckily Audio Excellence took me back with open arms, the owner Nassar and the whole crew really felt terrible for me and couldn t believe a shop could mess up that bad and treat a customer so badly.They immediately booked me an appointment and talked in detail what needed to be done, and quickly figured out a game plan to get me and the truck straightened out.I show up on my appointment and they began to go through the mess the other shop created. Soon that morning, I get a call from Phil informing me that my head unit was not the problem as the other shop claimed, it was the wiring job, from other shop. So, the guys took pictures of the mess and documented what they found to help me.Nassar and his crew worked hard and got my stereo back in order with hard work and the professionalism you would expect from a reputable business.Well that s my bitter sweet story, I m very happy I can count on my friends at Audio Excellence to provide me with honesty, quality, knowledge, integrity and respect. I will never take my business elsewhere again. Thanks Guys!!

I just had these guys do the final upgrades to my 2019 Challenger RT. I've had the windows tinted, Katskins leather seats installed, and now the new sound system that they put in sounds incredible! There was an issue with a defective speaker the evening that they installed the new speakers, sub, and amp. but, they resolved it the very next morning. I'm very happy with the quality, the products, and the service that these guys provided. Two thumbs up!

Called their Semoran location on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for that upcoming Monday. They finished the installation in under 2hrs. Their prices for kits, converters, installation, etc. are REALLY good!! And the service was A+. Sammie took care of everything and provided exceptional service. Their work/craftsmanship is A+ as well. Not that sloppy work you'll get from taking your car to that guy that your friend's friend knows. Tuned my amp the right way and even offered to tuned it again for me once the subs have broken in. Would definitely recommend AE to anyone looking for work done on their ride. They've got a customer for life here!

Just had an audio upgrade to my tundra and I am very Impressed and pleased by the install, sound and look of it all. Headunit looks great and sound clarity is phenomenal. Bass is exactly what I was Looking for. The concealed amps, no visual cables and all components such as steering wheel controls and cameras all function As they should. These guys knocked the install out of the park. I will be back for more work on other personal and business vehicles. Great job guys thanks.@Oviedo location

I went in a couple weeks ago to have a LED grille installed on my truck. Nas was so friendly and professional. They had me in and out in no time. Definitely priced fair for what I had done. Definitely coming back to get those tires yall helped me pick out. Thanks again.

I had a complete sound system setup for my Ram 1500 back in Dec 2021. The quality of the sound system is very clean, but I have had problems with the Boss dash console that was sold and installed there since day 1. I called the store owner, Nasa, about the issue and he corrected the initial problem very promptly. A couple of months later, the dash begun malfunctioning again (screen would blackout, constantly disconnects the Bluetooth feature, phone echos while talking through Bluetooth). While the customer service is great, I am disappointed that the dash that was sold to me was either poorly made or defective; ether way, I will most likely never do business with them again. Mistakes happen, but when you pay the amount of money that I paid, I expect for for the job to be done right the first time.

Great place for car upgrade/audio. I came in for a car sub and the whole team was fantastic to work with - especially the owner Nasa.They one thing is they are EXPENSIVE, but they sell great quality products and seem to do good installation work. They were able to work with me when I expressed a lower budget and quality threshold.

They make it right.This professional staff worked on my truck to make my new install work correctly (it had problems from the manufacturer). They made sure it was 100% right when other shops would have given up and probably told me to call the stereo manufacturer myself.

I couldn't have asked for better service or a better job done! Called to ask if they could just take a quick look at my sub system to see what might be wrong, they said they were busy but they could do it. Once I got there, the owner greeted me and said he could take a look at my system, once we figured out my subs were what was broken, he offered me an amazing deal after realizing my sub box couldn't fit new subs. So I got a new sub box, subs and provided an amazing service for me. I highly recommend this shop for any audio needs. I will absolutely be coming back when I can get a new amp.

Had a great experience at Audio Excellence in Oviedo today. Called in the morning to ask about getting window tint on my new truck, owner answered was super cool and helpful and told me to bring it on in. So I took the Expedition there at 3:30 pm and by 6:00 pm the owner called and said come get it. The tint looks great, they did a great job!! Customer service was phenomenal, everyone there was super nice and friendly! Thanks, I'll definitely be back.

When I called audio excellence the owner picked up and I told him I needed a sub woofer and amplifier and I had scooped up just enough money for the install. he treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. The owner and the employees did not push me to spend more money but instead worked around with what I had this is the best service I have ever gotten by far I 100% recommend getting work done to your car because they do a fantastic job and treat you like a friend.

The owner and installer went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with a full overhaul of my stereo/speakers. They promised me a price several months before and when I came back he honored that quote. They got me on the schedule relatively quick and finished the install in the time they promised. The stereo sounds even better than I was expecting and I look forward to having them help me with other mods on my Jeep.
