They always have the supplies that I need and a large selection of new products at great sale prices that I buy to try. The buy one get one half off is awesome to keep a good supply of cleaning and detailing products.

Was replacing the CV boot on my wife's Mercedes and Rock Auto sent me the wrong part. Called 5 auto parts places including Mercedes and no one had a boot except Advance Auto Parts. David got me a universal SUV boot that fit perfectly. If David had not helped me out I would not have a car for another week . Thanks

The manager Joesph helped me today with getting my battery exchanged under warranty. He looked out for me and helped get everything taken care of. I really appreciated his help saving me when my battery died. Awesome service

I came in because one of my headlights blew and I didn't know which bulb I needed or how to install it. Ryan was very friendly and helpful in figuring out which bulb I needed and then helped me figure out how to install it! Thank you Ryan! :)

I need ed fuel treatment for my diesel tractor. I'm buying ahead in case I need some later and it's totally out available. The staff was friendly very helpful I'll be back. I think you'll like it too!

They were helpful in checking my battery and a check engine light code...all for free. Felicia was very knowledgeable and offered the best customer service to help resolve our car issues. I'd highly recommend this Advanced Auto Parts location for all of your car equipment needs.Update 8/18/22: My wife had an issue with her battery so we stopped by the Mitchell Hammock location to have them do a check on the battery. They provide this service for free. Both Stephanie and David helped verify the issue was related to the battery and installed a new battery that gave us piece of mind that this would resolve our problem. I continue to highly recommend this location for all your auto equipment needs.

We went to get our battery changed. The employees were very friendly. We had our 3yr old 2yr old and newborn.We made funny jokes about how changing the battery in my car was like c-section. Funny employees who are relaxed and friendly. My husband though the guy was really kind and cool to talk to.Thank youWe appreciate the help we received from here.

I wanna say that the people here and the management here are awesome. There was some confusion on a return and the company and management went out of their way and probably incurred a loss to reimburse us on the product we purchased. Definitely great people highly recommend coming here.

Extremely helpful, kind, and respectful staff. They operate in the perfect balance of outgoing helpfulness, and giving you the space to look around when you need to. Not only that, but a lot of them actually know about cars, which is surprisingly uncommon at a lot of auto parts stores. Highly recommended.

On Wednesday 4/07/2021 I decided to come to this location due to my car not able to turn on, but since it's close to my home I decided to conduct business within this location. I purchased a carry battery charger for my car which it seemed like someone else purchased because the box seemed roughed up. Long story short Mr. Robert the store manager scanned our merchandise and I noticed that Mr Robert didn't seem to have a nice day, I tried to look pass through that because nobody knows what happens with people and their personal life. Mr Robert customer service skills was very dry, unwelcoming, and dismissive close enough to making you feel unwelcomed within the store. 04/11/2021 I return the battery charger because I can't use in an apartment complex so I returned the merchandise again Mr Robert used the same customer service and using passive aggressive approach to rush us out. To be honest I don't understand how Mr Robert is an asset to the company using this approach towards customers but I tell everyone please try to use somewhere else besides this location I don't know if it's because of me being a woman or because I'm Hispanic but this is not a professional approach to customers that are spending money. And I also notice that others have issues with the same person on a separate occasion, and I also noticed that Mr Roberts have been with your company and he still using the same unprofessional tactics to deal with clients and the sad part is also that he represents your company it shows that you guys are allowing him to treat customers in this form without repercussions. And my question to you is how many times you guys have to apologize for a person doing the same thing to other people?

Couldn't find the right heater hose for a Ford truck. Luckily the woman working was very nice and found the hose in the back and was very knowledgeable. Awesome job. I only wish I caught her name. My rating would have been a 2, however with her stepping in I rate this vist a 5!

It's an auto parts store so nothing too fancy here. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have saved my butt twice now. Three years ago when I moved here, my car battery died and had a bad cell. They tested and fixed it on a stormy Florida day. Nearly three years later I had another battery issue and they checked their records and replaced my warrantied battery with no issues or excuses why they couldn't. They honored their warranty and replaced my battery free of charge!

Advance Auto Parts is great and a rarity in today's commerce. They are smart and helpful. They keep great computer records of my past purchases so Im not going thru files at home looking for receipts.They have great battery warranties. You bring in your car and they will replace battery free of any charges w a new one and put it in your car hooked up for you. No problems no charges.

The staff is extremely helpful. Had biating needs, they provided 'thinking outside the box' answer. Issue resolved. And they are honest. Did not have hub I needed in stock. They told me where I likely could find one then with the offer of if they do not that AAP would be able to get it in a few days.

We shopped here (and only here) since moving to Oviedo in 1998. Had my (Sidney's) car there on Saturday, August 14th to get wiper blades and a replacement mount for my IPhone. Mena was super helpful! Really, all the employees in this store are super helpful month after month, year after year. We love our Advanced Auto Parts in Oviedo. We will continue to only and always go to this local Oviedo store to get auto related supplies and parts.

This is the second time I have been to this store and have been met with horrible Customer service.The first time I was returning a defective part In which they refuse to take back. Mechanics and another advance Auto parts both agreed that this part was defective, but yet the store refuses to give me a refund.This time I did an online order, and upon arrival, there was a sign on the side of the building with instructions for curbside pick up I called the number on the sign and when an employee brought out my items he rudely informed me that he not supposed to bring items to me and that I m supposed to come in the store. I ask him what does curbside pick means he says people come in and walks away.

I called just a couple minutes earlier asking about a car radio. If there is anyway they can help me know what I should be looking for and and what would suit me best. I got the rudest response from one employee. Literally no help, all attitude for such a simple question. I called auto zone 2 minutes later and they were more eager to help

Not too eager to help and not customer friendly. The manager, Robert, comes across as my presence as a customer was inconviencing him. AAP will not be my first choice for buying parts in the future. There are too many other competitors within a 1 mile radius to choose from.The online ordering process is ridiculous. For an in-store pickup they put a hold on my order for more than three hours to verify my payment was not fraudulent. It was sent to a third party verification company. I AM COMING IN THE STORE TO PICKUP! Check my ID and verify the legitimacy of my card there!The whole ordering and store visit was just an annoying and overall bad experience for me.

Take your business somewhere else. Outside premises look abandoned. One employee working on everything and manager and parts guy stayed inside the store. Employee working outside tries to be efficient but prolongs the customer's wait time. Took my business elsewhere.

Robert the manager needs to be removed, ive had a corporate account with AAP for over 10 years. Every other AAP i goto i get a discount for my corporate account. I recently move shops to oviedo and he tries charging me retail. Ive bought the same part online through the AAP website cheaper then robert was going to sell me the part. Im not the only local shop having same issues with robert. So pretty much hes is robbing corporate shop accounts holders. Next step now is to file a complaint with corporate about robert.

My car was going through some serious issues lol and Robert went above and beyond to help me with my car! Seriously never been helped so much or informed in my life. He really cares about your service and works hard. I'd reccomend this place and their staff to anyone!

This Advance Auto Parts location has the best staff in the area. The employees took the time to make sure I got the right parts for my car and did extra research to help me find everything I needed. I came in very upset because another location was not helpful and rude but this location turned my bad experience into a great one!!

Awesome service, my car battery died, which is sort of a rare one, they were the only ones to have it. While installing it, started to rain, they kept going. Highly recommend this location.
