I received really good service for my first time experience. The check in employee was very professional and kind. The turnaround time was quicker than estimated which was nice that I didn t have too wait long. I will definitely return when the time comes. I hope they read this. Thank you.

I waited for 2hrs and nothing. After I was checked in for my 11am appointment, it was 2pm and I couldn t wait any longer. They told me they checked me in as a walk-in and didn t even tell me anything, again, my pre-scheduled appointment was at 11am, and at 2pm they hadn t even started to replace my 1 rear tire. Had to request the keys to my car and leave. Very bad service from the service manager Emmanuel who checked me in.

This place is unorganized . I asked them to change my front tires which were balding and they changed the back . Thanks god I noticed after waiting an hour and a half because they were backed up. They then switched them to the back and told me get them changed right away they are balding. I know! That's why I was getting them changed! And you guys changed the wrong tires. Do not come here. Two hours later I left with now balding tires in the back that need to be changed asap. Smh

I called at 4:45 pm on a Sunday and asked if they were still fixing punctures. The person answering the phone had no bi-lingual skills and hung up on me when I could not understand Spanish after three attempts. I drove to this location only to be told by the manager at 5:05pm they were no longer accepting cars as they had all they could finish before 6pm. Wal-mart loses points for not having a bilingual person to answer the phone and explain the service cutoff time and further points for operating with the waste of a bureaucracy. I ve never detected a sense of urgency or efficiency in a Wal-mart Auto Service Center. I bought a kit and fixed the puncture myself because I don t have time to take the manager s suggestion to come back tomorrow in spite of having purchased their road hazard warranty.

I had an excellent experience at Walmart Auto Care, all thanks to Cheri and Jonathan. Cheri and Jonathan were very kind and made my visit outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was well taken care of. I highly recommend their exceptional service to anyone in need of auto care. We waited three hours to have a tire plugged and finally left and went elsewhere. The shop manager did absolutely nothing the whole time we were there but walk around trying to look important and the other guys in the shop mostly chatted and picked their butts. A "cute" girl showed up and they took her car straight into a bay. That's when we left. Horrible shop, horrible employees because of horrible management.

One of the worst customer experiences in my life.There is an appointment system but the associate stated, we serve customers on a first come first serve basis. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM but I was told to get in the line. Why is there an appointment system then? The customer s expectation is that they won t need to take so much time from work because there is an appointment and man hours have been scheduled to handle the load based on the appointment made one week prior.Over three hours to get tires changed. This was simply an experience that will deter me from ever returning to this location.Eric, the manager, called me bud many times throughout our conversation. I wanted to snap so many times but didn t want to create a scene or be disrespectful.I called Walmart and requested to speak with the store manager to explain my experience and request the store provide some form of recompense for my time lost. I am still waiting to be contacted.

Never again! I waited 4 hours for a tire. I was the third person in line to get my tire replaced. I was told that it wouldn't be more than an hour before I could be seen. No problem had some shopping to do anyway. I figured that I would be done within an hour and a half. Perfect timing right. Instead, 3 hours later my husband and I walk back to check on our car and it hasn't been in for repair. We asked the lady behind the counter (who was sweet as could be) if she knew about how much longer it might be and explained that we've been there for 3 hours waiting. She told us that she was told to tell everyone that it was going to be a 2-hour wait because they were backed up. I would like to know how when there were no other cars in the parking lot. My husband and I waited for another hour for our car to be done which we had no choice do to our flat tire. Needless to say I will never go back.

One of the worst customer service experiences with purchasing tires by far. Made an appointment for my tire installation on Tuesday, June 20 at 6pm, but come to find out they don t see anybody after 6pm. Not sure why that timeslot is an option if it s not even a possibility. Very misleading.I was told to come back early morning on the weekend and I would be helped, so I did just that today, but when I arrived my tires were not there. Them being unclaimed at my Tuesday appointment caused them to get shipped back .Got a refund and am taking my business to Discount Tire. I will pay more money there unfortunately, but at least I will have a much better experience.

I made an appointment and was running late. I called no one answered the phone and I had open and paid for my one tire. It took over 4 hours to have one tire replaced. I will never order or by tires from here again. I paid for an installation fee online and they also charged me to take the tire off the I'm again total rip off. My friends car battery died, so I had to wait till I got off work at 4 to jump her and bring her car over to get a new battery. We get there around 5, go pick out the battery, we already knew which one since we did the research prior, anyways we re waiting.. waiting .. no one s taking care of us at the service center, finally a line forms for the service center. A worker comes over and is helping another person, okay, he s taking forever as he s a older man, they get done we re next. It s now 5:30 and I tell him we need this battery and someone to change it as I don t know how. He goes to back where the maintenance workers are and he s talking to them for quite some time and he comes out shaking his head. No they can t do that. EXCUSE ME? They are too backed up, I don t care you offer free battery changing when purchasing a battery from them and IT DOESNT SAY we need to be here before a certain time. Thank god our car started back up bc guess what we went and took our service to advance auto parts and they did it without a hesitation.Service: Battery

Best customer service ever! There was more than 5 cars before me and I thought it was going to be a while but I was less than 1hr which is awesome timing! Good job guys! definitely coming back!

The operation hous should be 7 am to 2 pm. I lost one hour just to tell me that they don't receive more cars. That's unprofessional. It is less expensive but it isn't worth it.

Got a brand new set of tires for my work van the line was long to get in the shop I thought it was going to take hours but it moved really quick they got me on and out replaced my tire pressure sensor Great service!!!

I was there on 7/19 to change the battery and the customer service was terrible, they told me that they couldn't do it because they closed at 6 or 7 and since it was 4 I wasn't going to be able to do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was very rude to speak to and told me that there was no supervisor I asked to speak to the manager and he said that there was no manager I asked for his name or employee number because he was not identified he told me that they shouldn't have to for that to be necessary have more prepared and professional staff to serve the customerService: Battery

My car was dropped off in the morning at 6504 S Goldenrod Rd.in perfect paint condition with no paint damage but upon pick up it was returned scratched with several marks with the shop personnel being responsible. If I give 0 stars I would. This is my LAST TIME coming to this location; Walmart period! It s always something with this location. The workers spend most of their time talking to each other than fixing cars so be prepared 3+ hours long. The work is sloppy and it s like pulling teeth and nail to fix your car. The managers refuse to take responsibility for the errors that their employees do to your car and don t know what they are talking about. The first time I bought my car here, i had to fight for them to look at my tire that keep going flat. There response was it was the weather only later to find out that I needed an entire new tire. This time around they replaced another my tire. Hours later my tire light came out. One manager said they have the sensors and could replace it if needed but would look into it. Hours later another manager claims that my tire didn t come with a sensor and his employee assumed that it was like that. When I first got serviced, the same manager told me that he couldn t help me because he was on his lunch break which was during the time my car was getting serviced. I was never notified the first time my tire had no sensor (which it did. I didn t have this problem until I left Walmart). Now the manger starts they don t have the sensors and they cost around $130 or or more. I have filed a complaint with corporate and filed a BBB report. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The Guy who checked me in this morning was very nice a friendly I was surprised to be honest but they did a great job and it was hassle free dropped of my truck at 8am picked it up at noon they were real busy but I m happy with the job and price $71 dollars for a F150

Had a spare tire that needed to be replaced on my front car tire. Normally it take 10 minutes to do it myself, but since I didn t have a tire to replace it with I decided to use Walmart s auto services. Got there early in the morning around 9 am ish. The auto center had no more than three or four cars there.They had me waiting in the lobby for an hour for someone to come only to tell me that it would take 3 HOURS to change a single flat tired. I was furious. They spend their entire day talking and taking they re leisurely time on cars so they can charge you by the hour and had the audacity to say it would take more than 30 minutes to change my flat tire. Ridiculous, management needs to be fired.Service: Tires

So I tried calling to ask about getting the right kind of battery for my car, if it was available, how much it would be and what the service charge would be to have it installed. I was told to hold for a moment. After a minute, she came back and told me "right now, auto care is so busy, you can call back later".Great, but that didn't answer my question. And as I was about to respond, she said "hellloooo, can you hear me?" So I just hung up. There was no help here.

I got here at 8.am for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balanced. They told me 1 hour and a half. It's been 3 hours. I like to be told in advance if it's going to take longer that's fine let me make a decision but don't let me wait double time. Not happy!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I made an appointment for 10am. I waited 2 hours, and they still have not started on my car. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to do the oil change. I asked to speak to a manager and the man behind the counter said the managers are off today. horrible horrible horrible, What s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait several hours to have it done. Need better management and more people on staff.

I showed up this morning for an oil change around 8am. As soon as I pull up I am greeted by one of the guys and I tell him what I needed. He tells me that they were booked for the day and walk ins was not an option due to how booked they were. I proceeded to explain how I had called the day before 2 times trying to get an appointment as I wasn't able to do it online and on both occasions I was advised no appointment was needed. This gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks to him I was able to get my oil changed. I received nothing but good and respectful customer service. As customers we need to keep our cool and be patient as we can't always ger want we want when we want it. I've been coming here for years and have never had any issues. I really appreciate what you guys did for me today. Thank you!!

OMG! They were great. I had a screw in my tire. Went to Firestone first because it was closest to my place. They looked at the screw and said because of the position of the screw (to the outside of the tire) I need to replace it. That would cost at least close to $200... drove to Walmart where I bought the tires. The guy checked the screw, took it out and the screw was tiny. No new tire or fixing needed. Nothing. I am so happy I came here!!!

Bought tires with the road hazzard maybe a year ago. Got a screw in my tire and wanted it fix. I have gone to 3 different Walmarts and no one has time or the staff. It s always a 4 hour wait. Will never buy tires from any Walmart ever again. The Auto Service with road hazzard is useless. I guess you get what you pay for when you buy it at Walmart. Disgusted and disappointed.Service: Tires

I understand worker shortages but if your hours change, you should update that. It's especially frustrating when you have to get towed here or have a flat tire and the place is closed when it says otherwise and you could have gone somewhere else.

I went in simply to exchange my old battery that stopped working but was still within warranty. The guy at the counter wouldn t help me and was going to have me buy a new battery at full price and come back to exchange the next day (??).I asked one more associate just to see if there was ANYTHING that could be done because I needed to get a new battery so I can get to work. Luckily the second associate I asked, Luther, was very helpful. Although it seemed like he was nearing the end of his shift (boy do I know how that feels), he QUICKLY helped me exchange the battery and I could not be more thankful. I would have rated 0 stars if I hadn t run into him, thank you again LUTHER! He deserves a bonus or a raise if you ask me.

I've trying to call the auto center several times to ask them a quick question, and they never answer the phone. If someone picked the call they put you immediately on hold, then hung up on you. Oh my God! that is the worst feeling.
