Absolutely terrible car care center. Went in for a simple oil change and they gave me the keys back with the check engine light and the red oil light on and said they couldn t see what the problem was with their tools and the person who performed the oil change was no where to be found as well as the manager. Not to mention the awful customer server. Told me to take it somewhere else, I ll gladly take it to someone more competent.Never go here if you value your car or being treated like a customer.

Bad service, I don t have a newer car and I made an appointment to get my oil changed around 10, I was waiting a text from them which never came 2 hours later I call and find out they didn t have a filter to do my oil change that I needed to go buy one and bring it to them. Biggest waste of my time, they don t communicate at all. I should have been informed during my work up instead of wasting their time and mine.

2.5 hours for an oil change. lady at desk tried to tell me i didn t have an appointment even until i pulled it up on my phone and showed it to her, then proceeded to talk to my boyfriend about the oil change the entire time even though the appointment was for my car. waste of time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Superb work, thank you! Nidhi, the service writer, kept me updated all the way. Elix, the service technician, got my work done right the first time. Both Nidhi and Elix were good human beings; they were extremely professional and pleasant to work with and they were very calm under pressure (they were crazy busy). This was simply an incredibly positive experience all the way. Thank you!

I made an appointment on the usual Walmart- Metro west, to get my tyre fixed. It was good until the manager notified me by msg that their compressor wasn t working. Then I try to call Walmart Ocoee auto center to make an appointment. No one answered. I drove there to found out that they didn t have the tyre to replace. Then I asked if they could check if they have the same tyre over the stock. The attendant said they do not have access to the central stock. So I drove to Walmart Turkey Lake where there was an indication that there was my tyre to be purchase on the internet. I try to call again to confirm and to set an appointment no one answer. On arrival she confirm they had the tyre and set the waiting time for 2 hours. I explained that the tyre had hazard road insurance. After 2 hours waiting the app showed the started to work on my car. 1 hour after the mechanic called me to say the tyre was ruined and they couldn t fixed. I said that was the reason to take there once I was insured. After that they spend another hour with my car. I asked if they set the calibration and they said yes. The tyre they changed was marking 42 while all other 3 were marking 35. Bad service!. The lady who is in charge of setting appointments is very rude.

Went for an oil change. They messed up my car. Had to get her oil change and now need an OIL PUMP. DO NOT USE the Walmart at Turkey Lake.They did not put the oil in.

Made an appointment for 11am for my tires when I arrived there was only one person in line in front of me. Guy at the front desk was very ethnocentric proceeded to assist people that walked in afterwards because they were Spanish speaking. Once he finally got to us he told us that they weren t taking any tire appointments today when we already made one. Terrible customer service skills, I was able to make an appointment at another Walmart nearby for the same day with no issues. Don t come to this place i unless you want to be discriminated against for not being Hispanic.

Cancelled appointment without telling me. Laughed at me when he told me shipment delayed. Took 45 minutes to come back and tell me we don't have them.

Seriously insane haha been here 1 hour waiting for a guy to come back to let me pay for my battery. Never seen such slow service. I m watching everybody working here. Taking their sweet time. The woman behind me said she came here last two days waited over 30 min for a worker to goCheck on her car status. Can t figure out if they are just incompetent or purposely trying to hold everybody up. Horace finally helped us. Lesson learned! Skip this place unless u for the day to waste

Extremely slow! Just shy of 2hrs for an oil change. I was the first customer in, another customer came in about 5-8mins after me for an oil change as well. She was able to pay and leave before me. Another customer came in roughly 40ish mins after me (not sure what he got done), and he was able to pay and leave before me. My truck wasn't done for any 30ish minutes after the second customer who came in after me. According to my receipt I was there at 7:09am and paid at 8:59am!

What a disaster. I showed up at 5:30 (they close at 7) to ask some questions about potentially scheduling a future tire installation. The team leader was obviously checked out for the day and was willing to tell me whatever he could to get me to leave. He quoted me outrageous prices that were twice what was listed on the giant sign behind him. When I asked about specific tires he kept telling me he couldn't answer questions about them because he wasn't sure if they'd fit my car, despite me TELLING him what size I needed (I've owned this car for 14 years, trust me, I know what size tires I need), and even showing him on THEIR OWN APP that the tires we were speaking about matched my make and model.When I walked out, I called the Walmart over on John Young, where magically all of the prices they quoted me for the services in question were EXACTLY what was posted at the first store, and they were super willing and helpful to get everything set up and booked in minutes. If you have the time, visit that one instead. This one is a joke.

This location is the worst we have ever used. They never tell us when a car is finished and when we ask, they tell us to wait for the text. Well it has NEVER happened lol. We always end up staying at least an hour longer than we should have waited. Today they didn't have the tool needed to open my partner's oil tank for an oil change, which we would have known if the clerk just checked on the vehicles progress and instead he had to wait and extra 45 minutes before asking about it again to learn they didn't even work on it. We have tried a few times here and each time they are actually open, they are unhelpful and extremely inefficient. Idk what is happening here with staffing or management, but it's not worth paying for. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We tried to give benefit of doubt, but we were wrong to do so and won't be returning to this location.Service: Oil change

I came to this location to have my front tires replaced with new ones. Everything went well, I checked in, was provided with a ticket number and was told it will be a while so I decided to walk around Walmart. After 1 hr I receive a text message that the service started on my car. After another 1 1/2 I receive a second text message notifying me that my car was ready for pick up. I head over to the counter just to be told that my car was picked up by another gentleman who already left. Now I'm panicking (as I should) asking where is my car and if they can double check the information. They do - it's not my car, but I am assured my car is in service. I walk out to get a breath of fresh air and I see my beautiful reliable car sitting lonely in the parking lot with same tires on. I walk inside and ask the lady to please double check the information provided. She is looking in the computer to then let me know that one of the mechanics declined the service and my car, so at this point my car is not even on the list of cars to be serviced today.So, we start the process all over again- what model car, what color, what service do you need... and " it will be a long wait" again.No one apologized, no one recognized that there was a mistake, no one took ownership of the mishap. I didn't say anything and went to the waiting room.There is no point in being upset. I know I'll never come back here again.Service: Tires

Wow, it s sad to say nowadays how employees don t care in providing good service. Not only they opened the shop late, Im waiting in the line in front of the shop and watching the guy open the doors for almost 25mins. Decided to walk to him and mentioned my reason to be there which he replied saying the shop is close bcos there was no mechanic and if I needed to do any work I had to got to the register. So I mentioned to him that I ve been waiting in the wrong place while he sees me and didn t care to say anything. It was my first time here. Many other Walmarts the customer stay in the car lane to be taken care of. He replied he didn t saw me which was unbelievable! Nobody at the counter anyways to take care of my car need. Don t waste your time going in here!

Got there at 7:20 am for oil change and there were nobody there. Waited til 8am and gave up. Someone came in around 8 and said he was supposed to start later but got called in but is not allowed work alone.

Not enough mechanics. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I will NEVER take my car to another WalMart Auto Center. They took 2 hours and 15 minutes to tell me they didn't have the correct oil filter. The next day, I wait over 4 more hours after bringing them the oil filter. Then, they CHARGER ME for the oil filter I brought them. This is just the tip of the iceberg really. It was that bad.

I just wanted to know how much an oil change was. They hung up on me without saying anything and now nobody will even pick up the phone. My light is on so I cant waste time and miles to go and check :/.

Price is good and that is why I usually come here for oil change but a few days ago I showed up at 7 am and they have no staff. Manager came did not say anything clear about taking the orders and after 40 minutes we all had to go, jus assuming that they would not take the orders for our cars.

Today I came in to replace my battery cause I have a 3 yr warranty but before I went to Walmart auto care I had a car diagnostic done and it said my battery was low so I gave my car key to the associate and waiting 1 hr or so when I went into the lobby the technician didn't tell me they didn't replace my battery they didn't tell me nothing I had to find out from my paperwork they said my old battery was good and declined my replacement worst experience ever and the receipt they had that Said my battery wad good they got mad and yanked the paper and threw it away very rude and unprofessionalService: Auto battery replacement

It was alot if people to ask and then get my answer of...sorry we can't find you ..the person who rung you up for the warranty included must nit have done it right oops..and after that..Stull nothing..they did not offer a partial refund ir anything...Make sure to take pics if allll receipts if you get a battery from Walmart and the date and name if cashier and store number...if you get one there.

Replaced 2 tires, rotation, oil change. They had my SUV in and out in under 3 hours the expected wait time. I see alot of negative comments, here is some feedback. This a service that requires time and patience, if you don't have that go elsewhere.wait timeServices: Tires, Oil change

The mechanic didn t put the o-ring cause oil leaks and after 1 month my car broke down. Had a tow car on Sunday night in the middle of the street. Luckily no damage just had to spent $300 to the dealer workshop to get clean and put new oil. And the just getaway from their responsibility. They told me that they didn't have the parts after waiting for 30min.Walmart, why don't you check if you can do the job when we arrive.And, according to their attitude, it was a normal thing to do when I pointed out the issue.
