Awesome experience, under 30 min friendly service guys. But the cashier was rude when she checked me out didn't speak after I spoke to her just told me the price was talking to another Walmart worker about someone else right in front of me while me and another guy was waiting. She had a bad attitude..

Please don t give them your business.A simple tire change turned into 3 hour struggle. Everyone at this place puts zero effort into their work and it looks like this is on purpose.The guy who were doing my tires was working in some sort of slow-motion, every operation took him forever. He was taking breaks every 10 minutes, chatting with others, talking with somebody over the phone and having a good time overall. It wasn t even hot outside.When I asked why it s taking so long, they said that it s because I was late, although I made my appointment 4 days in advance and was there on time. The very guy who checked me in lied to my face.There is no redeeming qualities. I had to miss a couple appointments and pay them $198 for labor. Ridiculous place. Avoid at all costs.

The service I received was very warm and care for even though they took it upon themselves to change my oil and put synthetic, which was never asked to me. I understand it s a better product, but the prices change, and I wasn t aware of how much I was going to pay at the time, he was never mentioned to me but I also appreciate the time they took to help me with my car. I was satisfying that they went to give me the best that they had to offer because my car is already six years old and I don t want to start making sounds on me I wish we had more auto cares like this one at lake Nona that took out the time to give you better service and quality of oil that your car is needed. The service was excellent and I would definitely return back. I just wish I can receive some coupons for future reference because they have never ever gave me any coupons to save on my oil change?

Came in first in line at 6pm, closing hour is 7pm. I waited 20 minutes just to see this guy walking around and then finally walked by me. I asked for an oil change and he replied they're closed! At 6:22pm!Needs better training and management to stop wasting people's time.

As a person who used to work for Walmart tire lube and express in Miami, this is the worst Walmart auto shop I have been too. No service writers out there to take care of customers. Having customers wait in their cars for damn near 30 min before even getting their information. They know you're waiting and just continue with their day. There's a role just for the position of writing everyone's information down and streamlining the operation. Something this Walmart clearly doesn't do. Do better.

The service manager denied me service for an oil change because I had an oil separator. I kindly told him if it was possible for him to empty it out and he said no. He refused to give me service even though I told him it was just a question, it was not necessary I was just asking. He did not want to talk to me and told me leave that he was not going to give me any service. I waited in line for 2 hours and he did not want to listen to me. If this is a retail store, I at least expect them the manager to treat me with respect and he did the opposite and did not want to listen to me by any means. Terrible service and I will never go to this Walmart again.

Very disappointed, Service Manager was very rude. I don t understand how Walmart s Metrowest store has this kind of person as manager, talking and yelling to clients in a bad way. If you want poor service, then go to the service center inside of this Walmart located on the intersection Metrowest Blvd and Kirkman. Here s the address for the worst service center, solely due to the manager.WORST EXPERIENCE (Manager).

They do not answer their phones AT ALL. Canceled my appointment because my tow truck was running behind schedule and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to see if it would be okay. Now I'm unable to reschedule my appointment by phone or in the app for a tire I had already purchased there.

I wish I could leave this place a better review because all the employees I encountered were nice but I honestly can t.From the time I arrived to the time I FIRST spoke with someone it took about 40 minutes. Then another 10 to get me checked in and I think the only reason the was so quick was because I told them I m 7 months pregnant and my ac isn t that cold and I was starting to get sick from waiting so long in the heat.There was an issue with my account (turns out I have 2, shout out to Ash for figuring it out!) but Jeff was great and they were able to verify that I should have free rotation and balance on my tires with the warranty I purchased.Another reason I can t give them a better review is I was told 1. The wait would be about 1 hour and 2. I would get a text when they were done. Based on my receipt it took closer to 2 hours. I never got a text. I tried calling in 10x. It rang non stop, never got an answer. When I came to pick it up because I figured it had to be done and not because I actually knew the phone was just ringing without anyone looking at it at all or any care about answering it.They did a really great job vacuuming it for me which I super appreciate. I just wish they would get their service together a little bit and operate with a sense of urgency.

Kirkman Walmart attendant (I had difficult time understanding him):"We no longer perform (maintenance) rotate and balance. You need to drive to Ocoee or Sand Lake for that." Plus "5 hour wait" for other services.Later I called the auto center. No answer. Then "where can I direct your call". I said "auto manager". Hung up on me.

Had my oil change and headlights restored. It's a pretty busy center so I suggest to get in line by 6:45am. So by the time they open at 7, you're first in line. Very straightforward, no hassle for us women who need to get in and out quick. They text with updates and easy check-out.

Came in for a tire patch, made me wait like 15 minutes parked just to tell me that they weren t taking walk ins, just appointments so I ask the team lead jimmy ( not nice at all) how to make an appointment and he just looked at me dead in the eye and walked away. I kept calling for him to ask how to make an appointment and he just complete ignored me. Didn t want to give him the pleasure of me just driving away but after 30 minutes of saying excuse me and waving at him got tiring. Just don t loose ur time in this place

Day 1: I replaced all 4 tires at this location. Tech was a new guy in store and seems like he wasn t so expert! He was on his phone several time and it took him over an hour to replace 4 tires. Total wait time 3:30!Day 2: the next day my pressure sensor on one of tires stopped working. It was obvious the new guy messed it up! I went back and after long conversations and inspecting tire, they were convinced that it s their fault and they replaced it for free. Total waiting time again 2:30 (you have to go back to line again even if they messed up your car yesterday!)Day 3: the next day, as I was driving on highway, I realized when they replaced the sensor, they didn t balanced the tire again! I went back and good that I bought Walmart warrantee so I didn t need to explain anything too much, they had to balance it anyway for free. Total waiting time 2:30! Technicians here convert to reception role when a girl arrives in line and they all give free consulting while all other peoples car is waiting to be fixed. For sure something they don t care at all is customers time. I had to wait in crazy long line again for the 3rd time to finally get them fix my tire issues that they caused themselves.At least Carlos was the only tech helpful and car full enough to check my sensor and get out of his way to make his client satisfied. The rest nope!Long story short, if you think you may get a good deal at Walmart, at least try a more professional store than here! This store is a nightmare during day light :)

I had an absolutely disappointing experience with this tire replacement service. The queues were incredibly long, and the staff seemed uninterested in working efficiently. They didn't provide the service at the scheduled time.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyoneService: TiresService: Tires

Absolutely incompetent service, workers and management. Appointments here are pointless... I had an appointment at 7:00am to change tires and by 9:30am they hadn't even started on my car, even though I was the 2nd person in line when they opened the place.After they finally started working on my car, every few minutes the guy took a "break" to chitchat with other workers. Whole process took over 3 and a half hours to change 2 tires, management and workers just shrugged and said "it is what it is."Services: Tires, Tire rotations

Posted hours CLEARLY state that they are open until 7 PM. I arrived at 5:45 to get an oil change. They had cones up blocking the entrance but people were clearly visible. I parked and walked over and everyone working actively ignored me. Would not look in my direction. I went inside and asked a sales associate in the auto department. She informed me that they probably weren t taking any more appointments. I said But they are open til 7. And she snapped at me They are short staffed! You need to talk to the manager, he s outside. So I went back outside and was, again, ignored. Terrible service. Being short staffed doesn t change your hours of operation. Nor does it give you an excuse to ignore people.

Called 2 times and asked are you able to change the oil for my car naming year and model. Two times got confirmation. Left work to drop the car. Asked my worker to come pick me up. Waited in line to find out they don't have oil filter.Bunch of time wasted and time is money!!! That's ridiculous.

Very disappointed. Usually, Walmart is the place I have my oil changedThis time, there were 4 cars in front of me and later and unusually long line behind me. Well, after waiting for over a hour, when I was in front, the attendant approached me stating that they don't have oil for my Hyundai.... Well why? I'm asking WHY, no one went along the line of us waiting in the cars to check what services were we requiring and advise that they were out of any of the needed supplies????? Not even an apology.... Such a waste of time

I took my car here to have the oil changed. Price was good, time was reasonable. Can't complaint. Staff was friendly, even when working on this weather. If people wrote good reviews when they are satisfied with a service and not just taking the time to write negative reviews when frustarted, this place will be at least a solid 4 stars.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

One of my daughters had battery issues and went over to the auto center to get her battery replaced turns out she was still under warranty. Frank and John went above and beyond to not only get her the battery but to walk her through the procedure for removal and replacement. By the time I had got to her she was waiting for me just to show off her new skills.Thanks guys!

This is my local Walmart and it s been nothing but disappointing. Showed up to get an oil change right before 6pm and they told me their were closed. I figured because very few mechanics work past 5pm but then change the schedule and don t put 7pm. (So I showed up the next day) bright and early at 9am to get an oil change and the manager Mr. Lee looked at my car and said he can t work on it because my grille is not on the car. When Walmarts from Miami, Tampa, and Orlando have worked on my car without the hood with no problem. When I tried to nicely explain that there s no issues with the car and it s just an oil change that has nothing to do with my grille and that other Walmarts have worked on my car previously with no issues he said in a rude manner to go to that Walmart then - Mr. Lee from Car Center

I have shown up for an oil change 3 days in a row 3 hours before closing and have been turned away everytime. Didn't even walk over to my car, just shouted and waved me off.
