I took my vehicle for an oil change paid $53 only to find out 3 months later that they never change my filter. Because the one that was removed was the factory filter which they don t sell they use Fram. Not only that but the cover was missing a lot of the clips that hold it in place. I would never come back for service.

Horrible customer service. Pedro the lead whatever he is and the other worker at the counter made my wife carry in her own tires while they stood and watched. Left my wife waiting an hour 1/5 before deciding to tell her she had the wrong size tires and then went to take care of other customers while she politely stood there waiting. Management needs to get ahold of this department and find people that want to work because these imbeciles acted like everything was a bother.

They change your tires, and do the job and it's not a long wait but don't expect they will be nice while doing it. Also make SURE you make an appointment and are time to that appointment because they will NOT see you if not. This is my second time interacting with them (with different people each time) and both were not friendly or helpful. They seem maybe overworked and busy but also to be yelling at customers is inappropriate. I was very kind and tried to give information and be helpful and they don't have an ounce of customer service. I've been to other Walmarts for tire service and was not treated like this so I know it's just here. Just know you will be treated bad, but they will do what you need if you have an appointment.

This is the most I ve waited for a simple oil change. They are very slow and they talk more than how they work. I ve been here since 7 am and the 6 cars that are before me haven t moved an inch. Don t waste your time and come here. This is by far the worst service in America.

Edited as I am STILL waiting at 12:40pm..I arrived at 8:33am, was advised it was a 2 hour wait (this is typical here). Well it is 12:01pm, almost 3.5 hours and yet I am still sitting here waiting. Normally I am a very patient person, but this is ridiculous. I just asked the young lady at the counter where I am in queue and she said next (it seemed like I was bothering her). There are 2 cars in the 8 bay shop at this momentAnother person walked into the location at 11:54am and was informed they are not taking anymore cars on the day, they are all booked up..They are drastically shortstaffed with only 1 person working in the bays.Sadly this is not my first terrible experience here, so I blame myself.Service: Oil change

BEWARE OF KUMHO TIRES... see pic. This tire is 6 months and about 6000 miles old, with big balloon on the side wall. Walmart doesn't want to replace the tire, they said it has to go through KUMHO tires for replacement, however no one can be found in kumhos phone number. As for the shop it's very slow, hours and hours waiting. One set of tires were installed incorrectly the outside wall was mounted on the inside. BETTER SPEND LITTLE EXTRA AND GO TO A REPUTABLE SHOP. TIRES ARE HIT OR MISS FROM WALMART. BUY A BETTER QUALITY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

2 new tires took 3 hours. Didn t have time for the oil change. Will NEVER come back. Worse place ever.

Auto care opens 7AM. It's now 7.45 and they have no one at the register to check in guests needing auto care.Auto care associates just pacing around with nothing to do because they have no cars to service while there are more than five customers who have been here since before 7am.What a mess this place is!!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS REVIEW. Please save your money and go somewhere where they will actually do the services you pay for and not lie to you i promise it will save you the headache. I understand Walmart isnt the best place to work at and i don t expect the employees to go above and beyond but i do expect to atleast get the services i have paid for, i came here for a tire replacement and a valve replacement, first of all the tire kept being delayed by a whole week, when it finally arrived i went to get it installed and a new valve installed and it took them 2 hours to install the tire and despite me telling 2 workers two times the services that i needed they never replaced the valve and lied about doing so, now a few hours later i again have a flat tire.. with the new wheel this time. Your sketchy obt bootleg mechanic is more honest than Walmart.

Hector and Will deserve to be recognized. Today it was just Mr Hector working at the Auto center giving the best of himself and Will didn't hesitate to jump and help him to get the day going. Both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable took care of my requests without any problem. Also Shay was very professional keeping everyone informed of the waiting time with a smile. I'm always thankful to find people like them ready to help. Way to go!! Thank you for everything!!

Went to this location to get a new battery. Door was locked when we got there. Called since it was 1pm and they were open till 7. Kept being put on hold and getting kicked back to the main line where they insisted there were people in auto care. Finally went inside and found a woman at the auto care register who told me they closed early because they were short on techs. I get not having the staffing, but closing auto care early without posting a sign or notifying whoever answers the phones and then watching the associate in the department ignore the phone. The lack of communication here is really something; probably not coming back.

The maintenance service in this place was abysmal. They wasted hours even though I had an appointment for oil change and tire issue they were unable to fixt the tire issue instead they diagnose the problem to be the tire sensors and charged me for it then they didn't know how to reset the oil life indicator on the dashboard screen. They had from What I could see only 2'repair guys working that day in particular.

I bought 4 new copper tires with a 60k mile warranty. I went to this location and they refused to honor the warranty for a tire that was splitting. A clear manufacturers defect. I ended up going and getting a used tire from a local shop. What can you really expect from Walmart.

Drove here at 4pm because my car battery was dead on its last leg. I drove by tire center. They said they wouldn't take any more cars. Offered me a jump as my car was turned off and wasn't going to turn on but wouldn't just replace the battery for me. So had to try and find another Walmart to buy/ install battery. Terrible experience. Manager was not helpful and rude (don't know the ladies name) will be complaining to corporate.Drove all the way to Ocoee Walmart after and they were very polite, professional and actually cared. They said no problem they're always busy but happy to help me. They weren't turning cars away and there was a line of them. Took all of 8 min to do the battery.

Reps are rude and don t pick up the phone for quick questions. Instead they walk around ignoring it purposely. Went there to get a oil change after calling 25x and to find out appointments are no longer taken and they stopped doing oil changes when I arrived.

I arrived to change the oil in my car at 11:40 am and was informed that I could not receive my car for an oil change. I didn't understand why. Horrible service, totally uneducated people.

Apparently your appointment times don't matter here. I was here Sunday and the wait was five hours and the cashier advised me to make an appointment for another day so I can be seen then. Well I show up at my appointment time and this cashier today says appointment times don't matter, my car is still in rotation with other people who didn't have an appointment. What the heck is the point of an appointment? This is a disservice, inconvenience, and disrespect of my time.

Got a great price on tires, but the service was horrible. They weren't expecting me, ordered 4 tires and set an appointment for 9am this morning. I guess you Wal-Mart will never learn good service is important. The guys that work there are the worst. The lady who finally helped us was better. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Nothing good to say, AT ALL, about this place. I have refused to shop inside this particular Walmart a LONG time ago, but decided to give the Car Center a try. NOPE, never again!!! Was told to park my car on the other side of the building and someone would help me... but that took 25 minutes and 3 trips to ask when would somebody come to help!?! After finally getting help and someone taking my keys and figuring out YES, I needed a new battery, we were told we had 3 people in front of us. That is normal for a Saturday afternoon, and I expected this. I finally received a call 2 1/2 hours later to only be told they couldn't figure out how to remove my battery to replace it!!! Yes, that's EXACTLY what they said. They tried to give me an excuse in "technical" terms, but basically that was what it summed up to be. Now, just so you know, I have an American made car, nothing fancy, nothing complicated, so that wasn't the issue. And, the last time I had my battery changed it was by a AAA associate, at my house, in my driveway, without any fancy equipment or in the bay of a shop! So, explain why he was able to replace my battery and not the mechanics at the Sand Lake Walmart. So, after leaving this place I drove to the Walmart Car Center on Turkey Lake Road. I needed a new battery, and I wanted to see if they had the same issue and it WAS actually my car or if it was the mechanics at the Sand Lake Walmart. So, I'm happy to report NO issues at ALL at the Turkey Lake location!!! They replaced my battery within 1 1/2 hours and I was told there were 5 customers ahead of me. So, I had more customers in front of me at this location, but it took them 1 hour less, and my battery was actually replaced! I point blank asked the mechanic at the Turkey Lake location if he had ANY ISSUES removing my battery and he looked at me, with a confused face, and said no. I never give bad reviews, as I'm just not that type of person, but felt VERY compelled to do so today.

Hours say they open at 7am, but it really didn t open until 8:20am... After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I got an oil change that only took them 20 minutes since I was first in line.

I've been trying to get through to automotive since 9:00 for a price on a set of tires.The operator is super. She transfers me to Automotive. Donna in automotive picks and immediately puts me on hold.I've been on hold now since 9:25. It's now 9:50 am.I called on another line. The operator transferred me to another line seeing I was still on hold. No one cared enough to answer the other line.Donna, I take it you have a problem with phone calls and setting things up.I love this store. The automotive section has a big problem taking calls.

Wish I had seen the ranking first. Just needed a new battery for my car. Was asked to hang tight while another car was moved from where they wanted me to park. While sitting in my running car in the parking lot, noticed that four mechanics were wandering around not dealing with any cars, but the one where they wanted me had not yet been moved. 23 minutes later went to Firestone and paid $50 more. Walmart had the cheapest price but the worst service.
