Update: So it turns out the issue with having low oil due to their error messed up my turbo in my vehicle. I have been waiting for the area manager Joel to contact me and he still has not called. The manager Brandon has been the only one I ve been speaking with about this problem. They are making excuses instead of accepting responsibility for what they did to my vehicle. I went for a simple oil change and ended up with my car having issues turning on and it slows down when I try to give it gas while driving that I almost got into multiple accidents on the road. I would never ever recommend anyone to this location or any Vavoline. I am beyond upset and ready to sue because I recorded each visit and have documentation showing they messed up.Right after I had my oil change the very same day my car starting driving differently. It gave me issues with starting up and while driving it kept making a racing noise. It felt like it was losing pressure slowing down at times. My check engine light came so I came back the next day manager on duty said it was fine. Still had issues here two days later because now my check engine oil light is on. Told them I seen oil on the ground the same night. Spoke with another manager this morning made it back to the shop he said they forgot to clear the code. I asked him to check to confirm I had oil still because something wasn t right. Guess what? They are adding more oil in my car as I type so obviously something was definitely wrong if it s empty. Thank you to the manager Brandon for actually taking the time to check everything and correcting the situation today unlike the other assistant manager last week. If my car continues to loses oil I will be back and this time I m contacting a lawyer because my car was perfectly fine before I came to this Valvoline for an oil change.

These guys are the absolute best. I always come here for my oil changes and always receive exceptional customer service. Today I also had a headlight and taillight that needed changing as well and was taken care of. I will continue to come to this location specially. Thank you Adrian and the manager Brandon for being so helpful. From a woman that is not so car savvy you are appreciated.

One of the worst experience I ve ever had after having my oil change done they did not put the screws back in for the under piece of my car. I started driving, and I started to hear a scream, scraping noise, and realized what it happened. They are too busy, joking around and acting stupid in the bay, versus paying attention to the vehicle, I do not recommend going here if you want your car to be probably cared for

Went to get an oil change and was told that I needed a new battery. Rafael kept insisting we buy a new battery and when we said not today he kept pushing for us to get one and then proceeded to talk to all other staff about us not wanting a new battery and that our car will mess up in a few. He was extremely pushy and very unprofessional by going to other staff and speaking about the choice we made about our car. I will never go to this valvoline again.

Employees were polite. They told me I was all done, but hadn't checked my air filter, which I knew needed to be replaced. They wanted 35 dollars for the filter, which I had priced at auto zone for 17. I replaced it myself. They also never checked my tire pressure. Both were supposed to be part of the oil change. In and out quickly, but would rather it take a little longer and know my vehicle was checked the way it was supposed to be checked.

Oil change and air filter change went okay the girl in bay 2 was very helpful and attentive to her job but the POS who was working the computer stole $100 cash out of the driver door, didnt get his name but in the 2 minutes it took to use the bathroom inside and come back the cash out of my door was taken. Hope his job was worth it.

Terrible service. They were all KIDS working at this location, My truck had NO ISSUES or LEAKS before I took it to get an oil change & Transmission flush at this location, which I never go to, I usually go to a different branch I regret going to this one, the kid that was working on my truck apologized for taking so long because he told me " I am not going to lie, we have never done a transmission fluid change on a truck like this and we had to GOOGLE how to do it and find the dipstick" his exact words..NOW my truck is leaking everywhere and check engine light went on, and a wrench came on in the alerts on my truck. They did not screw in the oil pan enough and it is leaking on the screws, why would they unscrew the oil pan to do an oil change anyway? And you can tell the fluid was never changed on my transmission because my husband got under my truck and took pictures where the screws to the trans had never been touched, nor the silicone sealing they have told hold the seal has been scraped or removed. They did NOT know how to do it and charged me for it and it was never done. Transmission fluid hardly ever has to be changed anyway. My truck cannot be driven and I am waiting 1-3 days now for a claim to be approved and I have NO TRUCK.! I will never go back to this location again. I should have driven the extra 5 miles and go to the location I always use. I DO NOT recommend this kindergarten to anyone.

On April 2nd 2024, my vehicle received a simple oil change. There were zero leaks on the car before taking it to this location. After parking at my drive way, I noticed a fresh oil spot on the ground and the oil drain plug was leaking. It was very loose as I could easily turn the plug with no effort with my finger. Not only that but the splash guard was ripped apart and left hanging. If you need an oil change, I will recommend not going here and just plan ahead to schedule with a trusted certified mechanic or dealership. Anyone not mechanically inclined can oversee the issue at hand and possibly spend more unnecessary money to fix a leak. Hope this can help anyone from experience the same problem.

Staff is pleasant and friendly. Very fast service. The air guns are down for my tires and they didn't have my size air filter replacement. But other than that great oil change service.

Always a solid streamlined process when I have to come get my oil changed. Workers are friendly and make sure they go through all the options you should be taking care of with the visit and the reason behind it. 10/10

Update: I want to congratulate the manager Brandon for his great professional service.I was giving up on this location after several problems and mistreatment from staff, poor service, long waiting time, disorganization etc. But, Brendan a Adrian, gave an excellet service, very polite and on top of all details.Still needs work on ORDER OF ARRIVAL...I was sitting on waiting for 1:30h and two cars that arrived after me, got in front of me for the service. Very frustrating and upsetting!Great team there today!

Craig and Assistant Manager Brandon was spectacular today when I went in for an oil change! They made sure my car was all good for the road. This place really cares and explains why I have been coming to Valviline for almost two year now... and will continue to come back. My car got hot after doing the oil change there. When I got home, when I checked it, I noticed that they put a lot more oil than my car needs. Now I had to drain it and fix it myself.Bad place

I'm so disappointed of this place, my family and I been a costumer for more than 10 years, I never go to this location .but I move and is the closest to my house, the people there are kids and they act like they are on a playground, the credit car pad is not working so they take my card to the back to swipe, the didn't Check the pressure on my tires so I ask them to check them and they told me that the air hose wasn't working, so he told me to go to wawa and get air for my tires, so I didn't get the service that I pay for, if we as costumers go there and pay as much as we pay we should get full service, I wil never going to go back to that place or my family and friends... I rate them a one but they don't even deserve that!!!!

A terrible experience pulled up at 12 15 1 car ahead of us was told that it would take 15 minutes and we would be right in we were sitting there for 2 hours and 15 minutes before we finally got up to get an oil change they did not move us to a different lane and they said that the car in front of us was doing a transmission flush that's what was taking so long but they did not move us over to a different lane and we literally sat there until 2:30 almost 2 And a half hours I am very upset they did not give us a discount off the oil changei asked multiple times to speak to a manager and Sebastian told me that he was getting the manager and he would be right here And then after 45 minutes to an hour the manager finally came out and said there was nothing he could do it was actually the assistant manager because the manager was not there at the store I am very unhappy and I'm very p***** off that they did not say sorry or anything but I've never had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours behind one car at Valvoline oil change to get a oil change period If it was gonna be for an extended period weight a responsible purpose and would have moved us to a different lane there were 2 other lanes that all changes were being done and almost 10 cars went through each lane ahead of us I am very upset

Very rude staff and poor customer care, the guy threatened to call the police on me because he couldn t redeem the coupon, until his manager showed up after a while and showed him how to do it. Although i asked him to check the coupon first before he even do the service but he refused. Bad attitude, no patience, horrible experience! Customer service was little careless on the phone. I don t think there s a chance to go back!

They had a turnaround rate of about 45 minutes per car, wasting everybody's time. They're all literally just walking around, checking their phones, then standing around and checking their phones some more. Looked like a bunch of teenagers on their last day of school before summer vacation. The dudes were nice, but there's clearly no one there over the age of 35 making sure they actually get to work.

Workers are friendly but they might have done nothing with the car. They changed the oil but not the filter. Then they tried to charged me extra with a new battery that's way too much and my battery works just fine. It still says that I have to change the oil.

Waited for over an hour outside (1 car in front) and the. Close to an hour in the bay. I would not go if you expect instant oil change.
