Without question the best expressoil change place I ve been to. These guys take their time and do a great job. Very professional and explain everything. I am super meticulous with my cars, and they are very careful with each and every car that comes through. I take all my cars here. if you live in Orlando area, this is the place to come to for oil change!

Adri gave great customer service. Found the Oil and Filter change more expensive then taking it to the dealership back in Miami. This was my daughter s car who is attending college here in Orlando so found this Valvoline Instant Oil Change close to where we were staying.

This is the worst location I ve ever been to they have a lot of greedy , liars men working in this location. I went to get an oil change in February 15 the other location that I usually go to always used a $15 discount/ coupon. I asked the manipulator guy that was serving on this day about the discount , and he said yes then changed his words when it s time to pay saying everything went up bla bla bla .. Saying he can t a bunch of things and twisted my words be aware when going to this location. They are greedy and they are not honest. I ll upload pictures of the other location and this location

This place is not a good place to get an oil change at this spot. Since I've got my new car I've been coming here to this only spot .tell me how now I'm paying Toyota $900 to replace an oil pan and a new cap because this place here Valvoline mest up my new car oil pan because they had stripped my caps underneath the car and I was driving my car with a slow leak that they did, now my car oil pan was damaged and I have almost gotten into an accident because of it. These people here are kids playing like they know what they doing and they never told me about what's wrong had me driving my car like everything was alright when it wasn't and that's what's scary because I could've been in a bad place right now even though I have to pay out my pocket 900 dollars out the blue because I thought I just needed an oil changed instead it ended up being more than that when I took it to my dealership and now they are starting an investigation into how Valvoline touched it last and didn't even say one thing about it and let me leave the spot knowing what they did and kept the mouth shut. Please this happened to not only me someone else also said they had the same problem These people here are not professional and will damage your car without you knowing and say nothing be careful at this spot

I went to this location due to a different location making an error while performing oil change and engine oil filter replacement.Luis the manager at the hunters Creek store was quick to find the root problem and jumped right in to correct this other stores error. You're in good hands at Hunter Creek Valvoline with Luis and his team!

The only place I trust for my oil change. Dexter, the manager always takes great care of me. He discovered I had a burnt out brake light and fixed it for me. Mason did a great job of servicing my car and replaced my air and cabin filters which were very dirty. I had a coupon for $10 off an oil change but they gave me a coupon for 15% off which saved me $20. These guys give great customer service. I highly recommend them.

The service at this place is terrible, I went twice and was deceived, I kept offering to exchange different things and the bill only increased, the first time I was there my bill was a fortune, the second time I preferred just change the oil, they insisted on saying that my car had a heating problem, but I never had any problems like that, and I didn't buy the recommended product, and they simply left the water tank open, when I left my car a few blocks away. It boiled, when I went to check the lid it was just in place, irresponsible, doing this to your own customers. I'm never going back.

This is by far the slowest Valvoline I ve ever been to. What makes it so slow is how absolutely unaware the employees are. They were more focused on playing around with each other by hitting each other with towels or chatting amongst themselves then they were an actual getting any work done. I was here for nearly an hour, and have nothing to show for it, I m now sitting in line at a different Valvoline, hopefully to get better service. The assistant manager, Adri is also useless, and was not helpful at all on this situation. Just stay away from here.

Just left this location where I got an oil change, new wipers and a fuel cleaning thing lol. This team was amazing!! They were all so kind, so professional && went above and beyond making sure my car was taken care of. They immediately came out as soon as I pulled up and was so prompt with the service! Quickest oil change in a long time. I am so thankful for them! Will absolutely be returning to this location for my next service.

It s actually zero star. My day s experience with only 1 errand to run, change my oil, was horrible. I initially started at the Valvoline down the street. I spent 45 behind a car that was in the bay. I finally get in the bay and no one addresses me for 15 more minutes. I got so angry l just left. So l went to this one. The manager assured me l would only have a 15 minute wait, 20 tops. So l wait. I finally get in with 30 minutes of waiting. The sign (as pictured) clearly states $109.99 for full synthetic for Euro cars (l have a VW Jetta). I always use full synthetic. But the manager (as pictured) wants to charges me $149.99 (as pictured). I ask him why the difference in price, but he can t give me an answer. He goes around and around about how l don t understand. He was rude and ignorant. But at this point l just want to get my oil changed. I have 1 day off, the next 3 are 12 hour shifts at the hospital. My total time at this adventure was about 2 hours! It s safe to say l do not foresee me using them again, and there is no way l could recommend them to anyone. Pathetic experience all the way around.

Courteous staff were very respectful, didn t try to keep offering unnecessary services more than once. They made me feel welcome, and didn t pass that old and stereotypical you re a guy, why are you paying to get your oil changed vibe. Also, most importantly for me, they didn t tell me my car could take synthetic oil as I feel that s a disreputable way to try to upsell. 10/10 for this location. Had me in and out quick,Oil Change and Tire Rotation for $75.

Tooooo slow. They were taking average 20 something minutes each car just for an oil change.I change the oil myself in less than 10 min. We choose this type of place so they can do it faster for you in a busy day but it feels the opposite. You need a lot of patience and free time for an oil change here. Dont recommend this one!

These guys can t count. How do you give out numbers but don t know how to use them. They are not an honest bunch either because when they don t know what to say they lie. 2.5 hours in a line because they did not have what they need. They can t count using their own number system and whoever is ordering stock is not on their job

Sat and waited for 10 mins before a space opened, then was pulled in the bay and waited an additional 20 mins without service. Watched 4 techs walk around, be on the phone, and talk amongst each other. I ended up leaving because it took so long.

So I ve been to Toyota for the longest time for my maintenance. I wasted so much money and time there. They lied multiple times to me and I ve moved to over here now for certain services. The manager Dexter is a great guy! My mom and dad have always gone here so I see why they take their vehicles over. When you feel like you can talk to the staff without feeling like you re being taken advantage it s really nice. My car is about 10 years old and still run thanks to these gentleman and Dexter. This is the best crew!

The oil change does not take 10 minutes as they promise!!!!! It is a farce!!!We arrived at 5pm to change the oil, it's 7pm and they never changed our oil. They put us in a line, then moved us to the line next to them and moved us back in line. We watched as more cars arrived after us and were served first. Then the person we talked to, told us that it was our fault for moving, we told him it was not our fault and that one of the workers asked us to moved. He never solved the problem, he did not understand his bad service.We were never able to change the oil and had to leave because we couldn't wait any longer.Disgusting and lousy service from everyone!!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
