Return to location twice after alignment was completed. To be sent to another location which damaged one of the tire cover lid and lost a screw. To return a 3rd after taking the vehicle to install 4 new tires. ALIGNMENT wasn't the issue to begin with was the need of new tires.Horrible Customer Service!

I absolutely loved these guys!!! Great service and prices. Went the first day for tires and ended up back 24hrs later for a truck lift because the guys were so great!! Even got my truck detailed while it was there :D

It was ok at first until the mechanic, took me to my van and showed me the real reason I was out of alignment, a simple bushing. I appreciate the honesty. Its hard to find an honest mechanic, and I believe this place was honest. I would go there again and oil change was cheaper than most for an extend cargo van full synthetic

Great place good people been going there for years and good price on big tires 33s for my truck I go there 22" tires bit my BMW I go there 24"tires for the charger every thing they have for my vehicles

Called seeking information on tires. Whoever answered the phone: (1) Could barely be heard; (2) was abrupt in the manner of their communication; (3) transitioned to being confrontational; and, (4) kept asking me for the tire size multiple times.He needs to close his business and seek employment where he has no customer interaction.

This shop is amazing! They have everything you need and if you don t see it they can order it. I got my super duty lifted with 37 s with 20 s and boy did they do an amazing job. Also I might add I went to three different places to get an estimate and they were the cheapest. Thanks again USA Tire Outlet, I will definitely be back and will definitely refer you guys to all my friends and family.

We took our sons car to get rim and tire package, after we've visited over 16 shops in 3 day's we we're a bit hesitant on going in to this place only because everyone around had the same looking rims and not very good customer service, which that to me is treasure, so we did and met Robin he was so understanding, patient,and great sense of humor. .we'll and the end I must say they did give us a great deal on a package under our budget, his brothers were very sweet guys,the service installer was amazing as well..all in all I would recommend this place. .we drove from poinciana. .

I can honestly say that this is the best place to come buy/finance your car. All of the employees treat you like family. Any problems I had with my car they always fixed it within 5 minutes. Keep up the great work USA TIRE OUTLETS <3

I wanted a lift kit on my F150 but had lots of questions. Of course I did my own research but talking through my questions with a couple of the guys at the shop was extremely helpful. And most importantly they did a great job installing it. It feels like I m driving a new truck!

These guys are a joke! They billed my card for $1900 and tried to give me some cheap no name tires, when I have a $50,000 sports car that requires a high speed rating. I told them that I didn't want what they brought the owner got so mad that he threatened me with violence and told me to get off his property and good luck with trying to get my money back. But thankfully I am protected and my card company will get my money back....

Don t go here!!!!! I paid $1300 for a complete brake system upgrade with shocks! I drove my truck for 30 days and it started making a horrible sound coming from the brakes! I return the to them and was told the parts was under warranty and they would repair it! That! Didn t happen! I toke my truck back to them 4 times to repair and they would just call me and say it s done! And I would still have the same problem! I was told last week that they would call me when the new parts come in! I received NO CALL! It s been a full month that I haven t been able to drive my truck!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a Hidden gem!Diamond in the ruff!Complete extensive Rims,Horns,Struts,Tires,etc...Lowest prices and vey low labor rates!!!Best place in Orlando!!!*Ask for Mike the Manager...Very professional and knowledgeable!!!Very fair negotiations and Deals!!!Will definitely be back on my next Fj cruiser upgrades!!! After I was given a price quote for my 2016 Infiniti QX 70 from the dealership for 4 new tires. I decided to shop for some competitive pricing. With much research I found USA Tires Outlet to be the best option. I was very satisfied to be able to get 4 brand new tires and my brakes done for far less than what the dealership was going to charge. The people and customer service was excellent. They were quick to assure me that my brand new tires was covered with warranty and other services included to help upkeep my tires. I was even more delighted to find that they offer full service mechanic services. Robin s honesty was greatly appreciated after I showed them a list of what the dealership required needed maintenance and was told which items could wait to be serviced for later. I highly recommend USA Tire Outlet and commend them for restoring the trust and integrity in the mechanic and automotive industry. Excellence ;)

My experience and tire service with USA Tire Outlet is truly a great experience! Chad the Shop Manager and General Manager Danny are very experienced and knowledge people about the tire industry. The prices on tires new or used are really great prices. They truly will beat all prices for miles around.

Do not buy no tires or wheels from these guys do not have your truck lifted because they're not going to do it right ... the owner Danny is the worst person I have ever meet... please Community do your research before you buy anything from these guys... I have been living in this community for over 27 years this is the worst place I have ever dealt with in my life.... customer service sucks.... I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on these guys...

Very experienced and great service helped me pick out a nissan mini van for me and my kids . Its been with me for 5 years now its still running strong. They changed the tires for me also great string tires and affordable. Wonderful sales people I would reccomend U.S.A auto to all my feiends and family..

Went there today, drove all the way from Clermont it was the only used tire shop with the size I needed. I don't know if it was the manager or the owner but he had great customer service and I will recommend to all my friends/family

Robin was an excellent person to deal with, gave us a good deal on some 24"rims and tires. Will refer freinds and family there for sure. Good job!
