The team at Universal Service Center was great. I purchased a used car on Saturday and had 5 days to assess if the car was in good enough shape to keep. Hector was able to get my car in the next morning and had the inspection completed before 11 am. He let me know what was a recommended fix and what else I should just keep my eyes on, and overall made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase. I had my front brakes resurfaced and the pads replaced and was out the door again by 4 pm. I highly recommend coming here for honest and efficient service!

I recently visited Universal Service Center for new tires and brake service and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the service process and costs. The technicians delivered high-quality work efficiently, making my car feel brand new. Fair pricing and a commitment to customer satisfaction stood out. Hector and Josh were both so great and helpful when I was having car issues yesterday. They were able to get my car in right away and even gave me a ride to work! They kept my dad and I informed the entire time about what was going on with my car. They were able to fix my car in less than two days and even dropped it off at my work when it was done! 10/10 would recommend this place !!

This guy's were great to deal with. Nothing like going on a family vacation, driving over 2000 kilometers and have your vehicle throw engine codes and misfiring in the last stretch of the drive.They worked away on the vehicle while I continued to enjoy my vacation with the family.They kept me updated along the way and gave me options on the fix.Couldn't have been happier.From a fellow auto repair center operator hats off gentlemen.

Universal Service Center is a local auto garage with excellent mechanics and will give your vehicle the service and you the respect you expect! There is a reason they have been in business for 35 YEARS! I had a multitude of problems with my Vehicle from a shot radiator, a bad alternator, a blown driveshaft bearing and finally the EMU (the computer) all failed within a couple weeks!! The owner Rubin and the Mgr Marco got me the parts,installed them all at a fair labor rate and I can't tell you how they saved me from a true disaster, a great bunch of people in this shop! They have earned myloyalty for the life of any car I have now and in the future! Thank you Rubin, Marco and the excellent mechanics at Universal Service Center!!! All the best!!!

Just good people! We have been taking our cars here for years. They are quick, thoughtful, thorough, and honestly care about their work. When i move away, i would still figure out how to bring my cars to them. Highly recommend.

We were starting our 24 hour drive home from a vacation when a brake line went on our truck (which we were pulling a large camper with) Universal Service Center made room right away in their busy schedule to get us in. They met us when we arrived and helped us get our camper in place to unhook and work on our truck. The charge for repair was very reasonable. We can t thank them enough for getting us right in! Everyone there was very pleasant and professional. A top notch family owned business!Service: Brakes

Took my car here said here is my problem please fix it. 2 weeks and $900 later get the car back. Problem persist take it back said you did not fix this. Leave car over the weekend got it back Wednesday. Got it home and work OK. When I left work. Problem comes back up. So I got something that was a problem fixed. Seems this is the place to go to okydoke a trade in.

I ve been bringing my vehicles here for over 20 years, they re always fair with the estimate, charge what was estimated and finish the work quickly and well. There s a reason they ve maintained their location for so long, consistent, fair and quality work.

We were in from out of town and needed a tire patched for a slow leak. Universal service center was very prompt and provided excellent service! Would recommend them over any of the other tire centers around in the area!!! Affordable and got us in and out within 30 mins while other tire shops were saying it would take 2-3 hours!! Do yourself a favor and go see the guys at Universal Service Center!!

They open earlier than most other shops in the area, so I ended up showing up at 7:15am to get a tire patch. They jumped right on it and had me out in 20 minutes and charged a fair price. I was back at my hotel and heading to Universal in plenty of time for early admission. It was the perfect experience for me to avoid taking a day out of my vacation.

I have taken my autos here for over 8 years. They have always been honest, forthright, and scrupulously candid as to my needs, availability of parts and their work, time necessary to do everything. They have never failed me. My autos have been older Jags, Suburban, and Honda. I also need to add that Universal Service Center stands by their work - if for any reason there is a continued problem - they are there to fix it. Their mechanics as well as staff/admin are always courteous, informative, and helpful. Universal Service Center is ideal for my needs as well as my Son's family and, from what I hear, his in-laws too. They referred me to Universal after I moved to Florida in 2018.This would be six vehicles total. But, I will just rate my experience and it is clearly 5 of 5 stars and I have three vehicles in my household. Universal can handle all makes and they are very skilled at a reasonable price. They offer prompt service and they warranty their work. In the rare event something is not right, for me, they quickly took care of it. It gives me comfort to have found this honest and very capable automotive repair facility. five years now as a customer. still great.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Battery, Oil change

My car had already been through a lot when I brought it to them. Rueben got on it and did his thing! He put up with my warranty company who was being a pain in the butt and got me what I needed. Minor problem after but I called and they fixed it in less than 24hrs. The staff is nice the work is clean and efficient. I have no complaints. 10/10 highly recommended. Special shout out to Josh who answered all of my questions when rueben was unavailable.

They didn't fix my issue. They don't answer the phone. They charge 3 percent for Credit/debit cards with out telling people. Do NOT GO HERE

In town for a convention, our Catalytic converter was stolen off of our car overnight in a hotel parking lot. I found this repair shop online and we called them on a Saturday. Reuben and Marco were AWESOME! Reuben was able to order an after market part that arrived Tuesday. He had an employee give us a ride to a grocery store as we had to stay overnight longer than expected. The car was ready Tuesday as promised. Reuben helped us with photos for our insurance company. We could not have been happier with their customer service!Service: Oil change

My car overheated one night and the team at Universal Service were able to take a look the next day. My car needed a new part for an older model. We worked together to find the part for WAY cheaper than the Parts Department at a local dealer was charging. Flavio got the part and finished the work the next day.
