Universal Upholstery is the best company in town for all your leather and vinyl repairs. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. The team at Universal Auto Interior truly stands out as exceptional. Recently, I purchased a seat cover for my F-350 pickup and decided to get it installed there on a walk-in basis. Initially, I was informed that the wait would be around two hours, largely due to my arrival just 50 minutes before their lunch break. However, the owner had a technician start the installation immediately.Despite the scorching heat at 1:00 PM, the work was completed expertly outside taking just over an hour. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the installation and the advice I received about handling the minor wrinkles in the leather. Following their recommendation, I left the car in the sun, which effectively smoothed out the wrinkles.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and results at Universal Auto Interior. Their combination of prompt, professional service, and insightful advice left a lasting impression. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality upholstery work.

Amazing work from the staff at Universal Auto Interior. This was my first time dealing with them and I am now a forever customer! My black leather seats were all torn up on my S2000 and I couldn't believe those were the same seats after they were done with the color change. 100% recommend for all your auto interior, seats and other projects.

I loved working Universal! I needed my jet ski seat recovered and wanted to do something that looked better than the original grey cover that came with it. Jen was amazing at putting a design together for me the gives my ski that citation look I was hoping for! Great prices. Great quality. And great people!!!

I was very impressed with Universal Auto Interior & Upholstery Repair. I purchased limited edition factory OEM seat covers to replace the base level cloth seats in my 2021 Ram 1500. Universal Auto Interior & Upholstery Repair handled the removal of the stock seat covers and then installed the new seat covers. Eric and team did an amazing job at an amazing price. I dropped the vehicle off at their shop at 09:00 am and they had it completed and ready to go by 4:00pm the same day. I was super impressed with their work and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!Service: Upholstery installation

Had the headliner, A,B,C, & D pillars changed from grey to black in my 2022 Explorer. Fabian and his crew did an excellent job at an fantastic price. The workmanship is first rate. Just like factory. They are very friendly and I am completely satisfied.Thank you Universal.

My husband and I took our Dodge Grand Caravan to Universal Auto Interior & Upholstery Repair to have the seats done. The foams were completely worn down and the fabric had seen better days. Betty (the owner) is awesome! She is extremely accommodating, friendly and has great customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Betty s response time was quick and so was the turnaround. It is more than obvious that both, Betty and her team, are not only experienced, but they take great pride in the work they do. The care and detail with which they do their job shows in the final results. We are super happy with how the seats turned out, they look amazing!!! Their prices are also unbeatable! I bought a used Lexus that had a ruined drivers seat and some other tears in the upholstery. I bought a new seat cover from eBay and brought to Universal. Great customer service and communication, and they finished the work at a great price within a day. They may not always turn it around that quick, but their workmanship makes my car look new again! They did a great job replacing cracked upholstery on my Avalanche drivers side seat. I came to the shop and they started on it right away, 45 minutes later and they were done! Very fair price too. Super nice, even let me borrow their shop vac to clean out all the crud that was there after they removed the seat.

Just wanted to take time and do this for this amazing company . My driver seat caught on fire and was destroyed. I was loosing my mind on how I was going to be able to fix this . Luckily I came to the right place. The owner was very friendly and professional even told me where to get spare parts for cheap! And within a day her lovely crew put together my driver seat and I couldn t be more thankful . I m just happy I came here first.

If you have anything other than a simple need this is NOT the place to go. They will mess up your sunroof. They will scratch you car, they will leave scratches and dents on you car interior, they will mess up your cooled seats. Had them replace a headliner and repair a torn seat and when I went to pick up the vehicle the headliner pan was drooping from the ceiling, clips not properly re-installed, the cooled seat that they repaired the tear in no longer worked, after they made a big stink about how the perforated leather was a special item, and the air bag lights were on. They agreed to fix it all. I had at time noticed the scratches on the hood, looked like they placed their supplies in the hood, and a gouge in the metal door sill plate but did not want to get even more heated with them. Came back to pick up the fixed car and went through it completely....so the sunroof did not function properly and there were scratches and gouges on the interior.If you want a cheap, poor install with extra damage to your vehicle, this is the place for you!

Picking up now and my car seat looks fantastic and so does the seats for some bar stools I have.It is perfect, beautiful and I m very impressed with the quality of service, how fast it was and at a fair price.Will use them again anytime I need it.

Owner and staff are very nice. I needed my drivers seat repaired, and they were able to fix the rip perfectly. It did take a few tries to match the seat color with the rest of the interior, but in the end they were able to do it. I took my vehicle to repair my driver's seat which was screaming for some serious upholstery repair. I took it yesterday morning 10/14/21 at 8:30am and today 10/15/21 at 10:26am they were calling me to pick up my vehicle letting me know the job was completed. And oh my god, I could not believe how the work turned out, they did an amazing job!!! Now the inside of my Caddy looks evenly beautiful with that driver's seat refurbished!!!! Took my daughter's volvo to replace headliner and I was amazed. Turned out better than the factory. Amazing work and customer service. I am not sure how they did it, but it was immaculately clean and amazingly neat. Awesome will definitely recommend. Won't ever go anywhere else.

I am very satisfied with the service of Ms. Betty's team. I requested upholstery covers for the seats of my Ford Transit Connect, in light yellow. They did a good job, and now the new covers give some contrast to the interior of the minivan, and even my driver's seat feels more comfortable. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me in a very professional and friendly manner, i told them the damage i had on my vehicle upholstery, they gave me a reasonable price and I accepted it. After i paid, they started working on my vehicle upholstery right away, when they finished the upholstery looked brand new, like there was never any damage on it and i was out in minutes... i highly recommended.

Great service! And not only that amazing work done! I went to get my door leather panels that were coming off to get repaired and they were able to fix it perfectly and also match the color of my tan interior just right! I highly recommend:)
