BEST of the BEST! Best shop in the entire country for all your vehicle needs. The entire team is phenomenal. Extremely professional and knowledgeable! They take care of your vehicle with white glove service and ensure all your needs are met. Their shop is immaculate and extremely clean. Comfortable lounge for a waiting area. Ultimate auto gives your car that VIP look.. when you see a car done there it stands out clean elegant look I've yet to see another shop to make a car are truck stand apart like Ultimate auto keep up the great job it starts with a great leader as in Joe thanks for all he has done not only as a customer as a friend I could count on..much respect sir

I have been working with UA for over 10 years. They consistently do excellent work. Recently I had UA build the Jeep of my dreams. Imran oversaw the whole project from start to finish and they did not disappoint. This Jeep is amazing. Thank you for your attention to detail and making the whole experience smooth.I highly recommend! If you are looking for the best shop out there, this is it! Wish we had professional before and after pics of this 2007 jeep wrangler. In addition to the paint, new upholstery we got backup camera and new audio system. Looks and runs great- plus Imran took care of us like it was his own vehicle. These guys are truly generous people. Ultimate Auto hired me to transport a vehicle to them. On the way I had a blowout. Told Ultimate Auto I would be late because I had to find a very expensive and hard to find 16 ply trailer tire. Mr. Gambin said they could help when I got to their dealership. When I showed up 3 guys lifted my trailer and changed the tire with a brand new one before I could get THEIR vehicle off my truck. Mr. Gambin said 'no charge and thank you for your work.' These guys treated me with great respect and dignity. I can only imagine how well they treat their customers. THANK YOU.

I don t leave a lot of reviews, but when I come across superb service I can t help but to compliment the person and the business. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carlos Ruiz at Ultimate Auto. He really cares, he is professional and pays attention to what the customers wants and needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes well, that all your concerns are dealt with and offers that best package that is tailored to your needs. We are very thankful to have found this company online when trying to solve an issue with one of our custom wheels. We had been looking for months to identify the manufacturer of our wheels and finally stumbled upon a pic they had posted online of a Mercedes with OUR wheels. After emailing a pic of our car and asking for help to identify what we had, they took time out of their day to call us back the same day. Not only did they give the info we needed, they also talked us through how to solve our particular issue, offered services on their end in what they could provide from over 1000 miles away and gave us advice on how to make sure a local wheel specialist could assist us further. It was true customer service and professionalism that goes above and beyond. Again, thank you for your help!

Took my Silverado Trail Boss in for new wheels, tires, and a little bit of custom paint. While clearly a simple and small job compared to their usual, they treated me like mine was the most important vehicle on which they ve ever worked. This shop is unbelievably spotless, and in walking with Imran, you can see the care and pride everyone is taking in their work. I was not over-sold, but given guidance on what would make my truck unique and just enough . I ll definitely be back... Hubby has opened Pandora s box!!!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Carlos at ultimate auto really went above and beyond taking care of me with my 1967 Mustang Eleanor.They did an incredible job and I received an awesome experience through the entire process. Great custom Sound-system installation!

I rarely leave reviews, but when you do business with great people you want to spread the word. I had the privilege to work with Joe Labon on a boat deal and he was super friendly, professional, informative and very ethical. I highly recommend Joe and Ultimate Auto.

I was introduced to Joe through text by an associate. I went there to get by windows tinted and get a quote on repainting my front bumper and hood. They tinted my windows and did a fantastic job, same day, but never gave me a quote on the other work. I asked 4 times and was told each time "let me check on that, I'll call you back." . They had my car for 5 days and I've still not been quoted!

I pass this place every day on my way into my personal small business nearby. My Goal is to walk in here with a great idea of what I want and drop the cash on the table like let's goo. So look out for this motivated buyer in the near future. I like Maseratis. On October 16 2017 I seen this team working on a grey truck with huge tires. I think it was a Toyota and man this thing was mean. Serious custom work. Great job. See you guys soon. I promise.. when I walk in I will mention this post.

If you want to customize your ride. These guys are the real deal. A 60.000, square ft state of the art facility. Shop charges are reasonable. They treat you like family. If you can dream it. They can build it.

I called to see about getting some work done that had already been started by a different stereo place. The job is pretty much complete and I completely understood why Ultimate Auto didn t want to start where the other place left off. That could have been a 5 second conversation and I would have just moved on. Why I am giving them 5 stars and writing this review- Charles, who answered my call, called me back immediately, explained what the concerns were, tried to help me find someone close to me to help, and spent about 15 minutes listening and giving advice. I have never spent a dime at this place and never met anyone that works there. I have only looked and dreamed about buying a car or having work done by them. With customer service like that, I will absolutely spend the money to drive or have my truck shipped there from now on.

How could anyone truly hate this place? I'm always treated like a king when I go visit. Fantastic staff, and maybe one of the cleanest shops I've ever stepped foot into for its large size.You need work done by people you can trust? This is the place hands down, no questions asked. UA is the best!

One stop shop for all aspects of customizations. Joe and his staff are outstanding professionals. They have customized 4 cars for me in the last 18 months. Joe even went to the Aston Martin dealership with me to configure a 2020 DBS Superleggera Volante. When it arrived 6 months later, they flat bedded to his shop for additional customizations. They did a great job.

Poor customer service, takes weeks just to return call. To all nba players, dont go here. Just want your money don't care about the customers. If your voice is too deep, you will not get called back.no place for us. I expected a classy place . No class whatsoever

This place is awesome from the first time I stepped foot in the door Imran has taken such good care of me. The first time I showed up I was driving my shop truck and 02 Silverado with 250,000 miles and Imran treated me like any other customer he did not look down on me from what I was driving that went a long ways with me. They have a customer for life.They have lifted my 2015 Silverado 2500 hd and also has done my 2015 Chevy suburban. They really take the time to go the extra mile and do things right.

I have been going to Ultimate Auto for several years now and have always had great customer service. I usually am helped by Imran, who is a great professional and always helpful. The staff is always friendly and they genuinely care about the quality of service provided. Would definitely recommend.

Although the first salesman we encountered didn t even acknowledge our presence , Imran made up for that and even gave us a tour of the facility. Will definitely come by the new place next time in Orlando.

I went in out of curiosity and also because im a car fanatic i wanted to know what they charge for painting my car the sales associate dont know his name white tall male bald hair i belive he was wearing glasses instantly judged me based on what i was wearing i asked him how much for a paint job and he instsntly asked me basically why i went to the shop because there not cheap like if i dont have money little do they know i build cars my self and could have afforded whatever job they had to offer the owner i belive in upstairs room treated me with respect and spoke with me and gave me a quote i was gonna get my work done there because my friend did his evo 8 there but as disrespected as i felt from the sales man i think i might try a different shop. Sorry for the bad review but regardless of what a person wears , drives and looks like race or age they should be treated equally its unfortunate because i wanted to buy my next vehicle there but i did not like how he spoke to me at all please find a more customer friendly sales man thank you

Terrible...I am very easy to work with. I took my car here for a service, and it was terrible. They would not answer the phone, and when I called from a different number to see if it was a knock on me or was just them. They didnt answer, I concluded that they are one of those Small business's that makes the rest of them look bad. Below avg service here.

Audio part of this business is Useless, i called to have my show Truck audio equipment installed and boxes made, they do not install anything unless they sell it! So if i had audio equipment installed already and wanted them to fix it or upgrade it, that would be in the same category, right? Well they wont install anything, i have all new JLAudio equipment! Im not expecting it to be warrantied, just install it! Nope what kind of audio shop is that, i have dealt with several audio companies before and never heard them say this, i have heard them say they wont warranty it, but not install it. Just completely turned me off and i wouldnt buy anything from them ever if they cant handle audio equipment installs!
