Terrible customer service! When you call to schedule a service, whoever answers the phone seems like he hates his job. I took my car here to get fixed and they made it worst!!! I ended up having to take my car to another shop to correct their problem.

As usual this Tuffy location did a great job. They are always honest. They never try to sell you unneeded repairs or maintenance and they have always repaired my vehicles on the first try. Having a mechanic shop you can trust is something I don't take for granted. I've been going here for over 15 years. Den is a great member of our community. A++Service: Oil change

What a rip off this place is, I ll start off by saying the staff is nice.The quote they gave me was insane! They quoted me 352 for an aftermarket part I went to Toyota and got the oem one for 150. Went home and job took me 20 min to do myself.Also be wary they charge a 150 diagnostic fee even though I told them what was broken when I walked in the door. And they don t display that diagnostic fee anywhere or tell you about it.

Have always done honest and quality work for us. They have never charged extra for taking a second look if needed, and always worked with us making sure we get fair prices. Veteran friendly and given discount for that as well.They let you drop vehicles off overnight and work on them first thing ensuring shorter wait times.Been going here 5 years now.Have a Wendy s directly next door if you want to eat while you wait.

Loved this place on Curry Ford. Consisting Customer Service and employee are very Generous for last 10 years. Brian was incredible from start to finished. He provided a service with a welcoming smile and when he came across an issue, he went over it with me before doing the work. Not only did Brian take of me, but he provided the same above and beyond service to every person that walked in. Honestly, I was impressed. If you want excellent service and a caring staff, Go to Tuffy and ask for Brian!

Thanks Tuffy Curry Ford for taking care of my auto needs. They make sure that I m always safe while driving my old Nissan 2008 Rouge. I defended too much in my car to do my daily routines and so far no major repair problems had occurred on me yet. I make sure to follow their recommendations to maintain my car s driving capabilities. I commend the professionalism of the Tuffy crew from admin to mechanics. Takes too long for an oil change because they inspect my NEW car for things that need to be fixed. Also was lectured on how great Trump is and DeSantis. Politics and Religion should not be discussed with customers. I explained our views are very different. Won't be going back there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took my car in for a wheel alignment with nothing wrong with it. When they brought my car back there was a bunch of lights on in my dashboard and they said it was coincidental . Then tried telling me I needed a new alternator belt. Another mechanic popped the hood, tightened something up, gave my car a jump and everything was good.And while I was sitting in the lobby another guy came and had them check the work they did on his car and found out it was wrong also. My husband and I have used Tuffys for awhile, but I probably won t be going back.Update: Dan (the manager) called me and let me know he reviewed the video footage during the time of my car being at the shop and my hood wasn t popped during the alignment. I appreciate him calling - we still don t know what happened with my car during the time it was in their care.Service: Wheel alignment

I ve been going to Tuffy for years. When the mechanics moved from the Narcoossee location I obviously followed them. They are very nice, knowledgeable and fair in price. I highly recommend this shop for all your car services and repairs.They guys at the shop I go to are great. Top notch customer service. Thorough and quality workmanship. Anthony and Macho go above and beyond the call of duty. You can not ask for a better honest and trustworthy company then this facility. They do excellent car service . I stopped here in an emergency because the plastic piece underneath my car that protects my undercarriage had bent backwards a few minutes prior to me stopping into this Tuffys. I had a three hour drive home ahead of me and I just desperately needed some help getting my car up on a jack so I could cut it off myself. Literally all I asked for was a pair of scissors and help raising up my car, and they offered to lift it and remove the plastic piece for me. I could not be more grateful for the generosity of the sweet employees that work here who were willing to help me when I was in a bind. Gino fixed it for me free of charge, and I happily left him a tip for his time. They solved such a big problem for me in a matter of moments, and didn t try to charge me an arm and a leg. So sweet, I d recommend them to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The manager of this store, Mr Anthony Santos must be commended for being an exceptional human being. I had a flat tire on the my way to work and was in panic mode but this tire shop was close by. He told me that he would not leave me stranded He was calm and assured me that he would fix my tire to get me to work safely. He even ordered new tires on the spot . Mr Santos was respectful ,and did everything to assure me my car was safe to drive.I highly recommend this tire and auto center to anyone who needs emergency help.The staff was also respectful . Friendly staff! They heard me out on my tire issue. They took me as a walk-in and explain what was going to be done to my vehicle/tire and gave me an estimate. It was great in the sense to feel comfortable & that there will be a solution done the same day I totally recommend this place!

Great for college students! My son @UCF had a car issue that needed immediate attention and Den fit him in right away at a more affordable cost that a local dealership. This place, especially if you schedule an appointment is awesome. They have been taking car of my automobiles for the last decade. The reason why I go there is when I go to the dealer all he'll brakes loose and they have always double charged me for stuff that was not even bad. This place is honest, courteous, great customer service and great prices. Very pleased.

I m beyond impressed with the level of service and professionalism here at Tuffy on Curry Ford. It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics now days especially being a woman. Anthony and his team made me feel comfortable immediately and took care of all my auto needs and were trustworthy and caring. I will definitely not go anywhere else for all my auto needs. Do yourself a favor and come visit Anthony and his team if you want fast, friendly, trustworthy and good service. Thank you to Tony and the guys at Tuffy Tire and Service center. I went there today to get my tire replaced as I had a screw in the tire. I had excellent service there. They were all very friendly, very efficient, and were honest. As soon as I walked in someone greeted me with a smile, listened to my concern, talked to me about what was involved, and took care of my car. Their waiting room is very comfortable and clean with nice tropical wicker furniture and a flat screen TV to watch. The mechanic that was in charge of my car brought me outside for me to show him my concern and then he took time to teach me a little about the issue and what I could see in the future. He was very friendly and I was thankful for him taking time to teach me about my car. I went back inside and within no time, the gentleman told me my car was ready and I was very thankful for the cost efficient price that it took to complete the job. With the experience I had today, I feel like I can trust these guys to take care of my car in the future with good work, an honest opinion, and a cost efficient quote to complete the job. Thank you again to Tony and gentleman who worked on my car for a great experience at Tuffy Tire and Service! : )

I'll tell you what, its really rare these days to find a trustworthy mechanic, I've been having issues with incorrect diagnostics and overcharges from many other Auto service companies and even personal at home mechanics that really made me question the integrity of the auto service industry. But today it all changed when i went to Tuffy for the first time in my life, from the moment I called Mr. Anthony I was given 100% assurance that my problem would be taken care of and in the slight chance that it wasn't diagnosable for them, they will inform you and tell you the truth (which many fail to do) and suggest you take it to the actual manufacturer while they still promise to match or beat the prices of said car manufacturer once the problem has been identified. But fortunately for me this wasn't my case. Honesty and integrity is what i got from today at this Tuffy location they really mean it when they say money back guarantee. Mr. Anthony and the employees that we're there at the time are professional and they deserve as much business as they can get. Went in for a brake inspection, and they called saying that my brakes were in near perfect condition. After which they specified that, due to the mileage, it needed a tune up.I really appreciate the honesty they bring to the table, and I think they did an awesome job.

The first time I went they performed the a/c. They said there s a leak and I need to do a different procedure. Which would cost 189 to do. I couldn t pay that at time I said I would come back. Then I bring it back to do the next steps and now it s almost $300 to do it. Never upfront about their cost. Always oh you need them that. This place has gone downhill over the pat couple of years. Now because you have a jerk in there trying to nickel and dime everything and not be honest and upfront.
