These guys are fantastic, upfront and honest about everything they do. I drive a half hour away from my house just to go to them even though there s a Ford dealership five minutes down the road from me.

Horrible place. Salesman wouldnt let me test drive the vehicle and told me every Mach E had a $5,000 mark up when it was more like $10,000. No wonder why the dealership was empty and Ford is not doing so well. The price you can get it at ford.com is $43,995 including destination charges and the dealer wants $54,295 for the exact same car before tax , tag , title and the additional documentation fee. What a ripoff. Will report this greedy dealership to Ford. I was already pre-qualified through Ford Credit when I walked in but didn't bother telling the salesman cause he treated me like I couldn't afford the vehicle and disagreed with their greedy practices.

Horrible Experience. took my new 3month old 2023 Expedition Max as it had a recall and already a noise in the suspension that they were able to confirm.Car has been sitting for 3 weeks waiting for the only tech was able to diagnose the issue. At first they said if I took my car over I would lose my spot, so I had no other option than leave it. 3 weeks passed by and now came to my attention that the tech will be leaving for a week and if I want to take the car having them to hold my spot.Manager Elsie has not return any of my calls. It is incredible the lack of empathy and urgency in this place. We don t even know if this issue is a safety concern.I would think it twice to bring the car here unless, like me, it is the only place I can take it to.

Felix- while customer service of old is gone, this dude keeps it alive.In short, my kid goes to college at UCF. We live 8hrs away. My kids car broke down, a 2018 ecosport. Had it towed to Felix. Dude is legit. Cares about customers and just quality service. Looked after my college kid and resulted in her only being without her car for a day (radiator hose).Felix kept me informed every step of the way and DID NOT try to oversell me. He realized I was in need, had a kid not under my watchful eye, and got her car squared away quick.Great dude, will def have all my kids maintenance on her car done here.
