Great honest service. Desk agents I spoke with on phone were great, Jason took good care of me. Had felt that previous estimates other places seemed excessive for the simple fix I was looking for. He even had some paint transfer buffed out for me. No one made me feel like I was being unreasonable by not wanting to paint the whole bumper like at other shops. Thanks Jason.

Simply the worst choice for fixing my car. Replacing a door and a small dent in a part of the cabin. They don't care about meeting deadlines, they gave me 3 different dates and they have to redo the painting that didn't look good. I really hope they review how they treat customers, deadlines are made to be met, my car has been in the workshop for 1 month for a 40-hour job. All my cars are Toyota (I have already bought 5 new cars) I have never needed a collision service and now that I did I chose them because they are Toyota, but I was bitterly disappointed. I hope that one day (who knows when) my car will be ready without any problems!

Keila Rivera was great. She constantly updated me on the status of my vehicle which was involved in a crash. The work was done great. There was a small issue where the rear wiper did not work upon return. There was no issue in rescheduling. In fact when I pulled up, they immediately took my car into the facility and worked on the issue. Definitely would recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience bringing my car to Toyota of Orlando Body Shop for a repair through insurance claim, my car looks brand new again! The staff was so kind and helpful and addressed all of my concerns and questions. I was always updated on the progress and they got it done quick. Loved working with Maria, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and reassured me the job would be done right (and it was)! Would recommend to anyone to come here, great quality work and pleasant staff.

I took my vehicle to get looked at and I must say the quality of customer service I received was great. A young lady named Alyssa was very patient with me and my 100 questions. She made me feel at ease knowing the staff knew what they were doing. Great communication and customer service a 10 out of 10.

Today 11/24/2023 at about 7:30-7:45 I Michael just left the Toyota body shop at Millennia. I was treated by to wonderful ladies at the front office. I liked the friendly experience. I was introduced to one of their mechanical engineers his name was Jose, everyone listen to my needs and when I was finished, the team nodded and Jose went to work. In 10 minutes the repair was complete. AWESOME JOB EVERYONE. This is why I am a TOYOTA customer for life. Happy Holidays to the three of you.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Toyota of Orlando s body shop after a vehicle accident involving a semi tire, the damage to the vehicle was the valance on the front bumper was completely ripped off the splash guard under the front bumper was completely ripped off. The valance on the rear bumper was completely ripped off, the rear bumper had come unclipped from the mounting brackets on the frame, I went to this location because my insurance company said that they were a quality dealership to do the repairs and a preferred provider. What a huge mistake. I never received an update on the vehicle as to how the repairs were going until the day before. The vehicle was ready. I received a text message that said your vehicle is ready . The rear valance was not even attached on the left-hand side of the bumper. There are two retaining brackets that hold the Vlance to the frame. Both of those were broken and not repaired. There are two clips on either end of the Vlance that attach it to the frame, those clips were not even installed when I approached the Estimator regarding the damage I was advised that that was the closest they could get the front end and she wasn t sure the backend was really damaged. I asked to speak to the Director of the body shop and received an extremely rude Scott O Connor coming up and threatening to call my employer because I was upset that they had not repaired my vehicle and were trying to charge me and my insurance company for repairs that they didn t even make , I asked to speak to their fixed operations manager, Dan Phelps, who then comes over and encourage me to never do Business with them again guess what I will never do business with Toyota of Orlando or any other dealership owned by this group based on my experience with Scott O Connor and Dan Phelps. Their only redeeming quality was Jason, who at least kept me informed and insured when we returned to pick up the vehicle the second time that the repairs were actually made. I m still giving them one star due to the poor performance, and the threats by Scott O Connor and his unprofessionalism and poor quality of work after the vehicle sat for a day and a half in quality control. UPDATE11/12/22 detailing interior of car found ziploc bags with the bolts and clips that were missing when we went to pick it up. Also NEVER received a call as stated by responding party

Horrible job got my car back on the day they said it was gonna be ready and when I get it back it has a deep scratch on the new hood that was replace and they tried to cover it with touch up paint. They also painted my front bumper and scratched it as well and somehow it passed its final inspection. Not only that my mirror that was perfectly fine. they damaged it and they didn't bother to fix their mistake.Service: Body & Trim

I recently my car back done by Keila and I love it! The cars color blends perfectly! The customer service provided by Alyssa was excellent as I did call multiple times and she was very pleasant each time. While reviewing the car prior to leaving I made note of how I wish I could have gotten rid of a scratch on the gas tank. Sean and Lex made my wish come true within a few minutes and for that I am grateful. Overall great place to get bodywork done.Service: Body & Trim

I'm highly impressed with the service we recieved! My Prius came back to us looking better than it ever did! We were only expecting the rear end to be fixed on our car. But wow! Our car looked almost brand new! I bought my Prius used from an other Toyota dealerships 3 years ago. It went on a long 2 year road trip, with me, followed by a year of Central Florida commuting. My Prius & I have been through a lot together. The staff at your Collision Center did not know the history of my vehicle. Yet when I got my car back, it felt like they knew; I could tell they had just such a strong sense of pride in their work. There was such great care to make the inside and the outside of my car look amazing, not just repairing my vehicle from the accident that wasn't my fault, but they had such respect to preserve the things that were so important to me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for an amazing experience from start to finish. It's nice to find somewhere that provides service like the old days.

If you re looking for a body shop that cares more about customer satisfaction than profit, then you found it. Having a manager who actually communicates and doesn t brush off your questions/concerns also gives peace of mind and confidence that you and your car are in good hands!

Was happy with the job completed in my car , they have a lot a customer service problem , to be able to get my car I have to call geico and complain they not fallow the original adjustment estimate from geico , work extra hours for not reason , I have to call the adjuster and geico to be able to get my car , geico complain about the not fallow procedure to get my car back on time , and very bad aptitud from employee

Jason, the manager of the Toyota of Orlando Collision Center, is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! He walked us through the whole process, he was very detailed, very kind, listened to our concerns, answered and delivered on our concerns, and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to give us the best possible service. I couldn t have asked for better service from him and his team. I will always come back to Toyota of Orlando Collision Center as long as Jason is here. I ve had bad experience in past with other managers of other locations and Jason is the best one I ve ever had. THANK YOU JASON for making our lives so much easier, making us feel great, and going above and beyond expectation to deliver a fantastic experience.

I had an accident en route to Orlando from NJ. I didn't realize the extent of the damage because it just looked like the bumper and trunk latch were bad (I was hit from behind), but the damages amounted to over $10K.It was touch and go for two weeks as Toyota of Orlando worked on my car, trying to beat my departure date of Nov. 4. I had a reservation on the Auto Train from Sanford, so I was understandably concerned about getting my car back in time to leave.Keila Rivera and Hector Cruz worked magic and managed to get me my car yesterday. It looks great. I trust that it will be just as good as it looks while I'm driving it.Keila was amazing, so kind, sweet, concerned, professional, and knowledgeable, keeping me apprised of the work as it progressed and explaining what was being done. She was always telling me how good the mechanics were, etc., and yes, she got my car to me BEFORE Nov. 4!I am eternally grateful to Keila and Toyota of Orlando. I do not mean to leave Hector out of my praises. I know he was working feverishly behind the scenes. It's just that I had more face-to-face interactions with Keila. I spoke to Jason and Lex, concerning an issue that needed to be taken care of, and a couple issues that were above and beyond. Lex took the time to go out his way to fix the cosmetic issues at request. I offered to pay him some cash for going above and beyond the call of duty. He wouldn t except it went above and beyond. God bless him and Toyota. It s super twin since you re here once you re.

I've had to use Toyota of Orlando's Body shop a few times in the last few years on my 2006 4Runner. Whenever I have an issue, I'm used to trying my mechanic first, and then looking around to other small shops, then using the Dealer last. I should just ask them first moving forwards. They're honest, fair, and responsive. First time around the panel to my gas tank broke, and I asked around a few places for a quote and turnaround time. All of the other options were expensive and we're going to take a while, and Toyota had fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Most recently, I had a roof leak from my roof rack (that I caused). I asked around and nobody wanted to touch it, or even attempt to help me out. Jason at Toyota of Orlando Body Shop took on the challenge, took care of the issue, and charged a very reasonable price for it, and had it taken care of within a few hours of me dropping the car off. I am thankful for their help!

Was absolutely the worst experience I've delt with..I dropped my car off December 9th, was told it would be ready by the 27th. Not one time was I called during this period and given any updates. I had to call the Friday before and was told it would be good.4pm on the 27th - no calls. I call and it gets delayed until the 31st.4pm on the 31st - no call again, so I call and get told it will for sure be done Monday the 3rd.4pm on the 3rd - no one has called me, I call and get placed on hold for 30 minutes, evidently they're too busy to talk to me. So I show up in person, and bafflingly I get told it's not ready. He ASSURES me it'll be done by noon tomorrow and he will call me. Well sure enough noon goes by and it's 3pm and no one has called me. I call and get told it will be ready by 630, surprisingly I do get a call and get to pick it up.Now if the horrid customer service wasn't enough reason I get a car returned to me with dried paint dripping?? The insurance paid an obnoxious amount of money to repair this car and this is the job thats job.Service: Painting

I brought my one month old brand new car after a collision, they delivered it to me with acid wash all rusty and chipped. They didn t have any type of care for my car even though they told me my car was covered by a roof and they were taking good care of it. My car looked like a junk old car when they delivered it to me. The detailing couldn t give my car back to what it was.
