Have to take a moment to highlight my experience with Manny Salazar and the team at this location. I came into the shop with low tire pressure which was found out to be a huge nail. Common issue- no big deal, but I was immediately pulled into a bay- diagnosed- tire replaced , and out of there within 30 minutes- and they were not slow- Manny just keeps things flowing in a way that allows for unexpected walk-in situations like mine. He was friendly, helpful and made sure I was leaving a happy customer! Best experience I've had with a Tires Plus- or any customer service in a long time.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Jeff, the manager, was lovely to work with over the phone and in person. They got the work done right and quickly. Just don't use the Tire Plus website to book your appointment. Call the location directly!

Jim the manager knew exactly what I needed and what was going on with my tires. I felt so at ease and taken care of . I'm very satisfied with the service they gave me. I'm making them my mechanics from now on. I know that I'll be getting honest, fair prices, professional, and quality work done there every time.

They are just thieves,they lies at allwhen you go there to do service in your car, they steal parts, they make you pay to put in new oil but they only put in used oil.and they let you know that your car has lots of problems if you are not present, in reality they create problems themselves.Damn I've never seen this before they're just scammers.Don't go there, otherwise you will regret it

Even though I had to turn around and come back to the shop because they did not reset the oil gage and my sticker to remind me for the next oil change. I still will recommend.

The store manager Jeff is so kind!! I called inquiring about a warranty coverage claim and he patiently explained all the steps. I took my vehicle in the following week and the guys had the claim filed and my vehicle fixed all in the same day! And I didn't even have to do any paperwork or speak with the warranty people. Tire Plus did it all for me! AMAZING GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS! Thanks a bunch guys!!

I needed a decent used tire to replace a spare that got unusable. I thought this was a good place to go, despite the bad reviews it had on the internet.Getting there, while I was talking to a friendly sales person, we were interrupted by someone (manager, owner?), who took over the conversation. This guy said they didn't have any used tire on my size (which is the most popular size for sedans), so he tried to upsell new ones - at a much higher price than I would find in other places - thankfully I had done my homework before and I knew how much I could pay. I drove to the next store and saved a lot of money.If you decide to go to this place, do your own investigation first.

I brought my car in bright early to have them replace the tires and do the alignment. The person working there advised me that they would have my car ready by 7 PM. I called them at 6:30 and the person working at that time advised me that he has no clue why I was told my car would be ready by 7 PM because they were extremely backed up.I took my car back the next day. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and the person assisted me and told me that my car would be the first one in since they didn t have any other cars to work on. When they put my car up to go take a look at the alignment they came back 10 minutes later and advised me that there is a bar that is broken and then in order for me to do the alignment with them I would have to pay $1500 to replace this bar.When I go to look at the bar it s not broken it looks perfectly intact and everything looks fine. He insisted that they would not work on my car unless I agreed to pay the $1500 to have that bar replaced. I told him this makes no sense. They started talking about opening a credit card if I couldn t afford to pay it so I took my keys and I left and I went to a mechanic down the road.Within 30 minutes the mechanic down the road had done the alignment and found 0 problems with my car. Stay away from these crooks. They will steal your money by claiming something in your car is broken when it isn t. Even the mechanic who did my alignment told me people are always going to him with the same story from tires plus. So sad.

If I could give tire plus a 0 l would. Call the shop up and ask them if they could change out my the front tires with my tires and rims .they said yes. Mind you the Manager give me one price, and Benjamin give me another price. So on Sunday Benjamin took my two tires out from my trunk, put them on with no rims. They didn t do what I asked them to do, and on top of that, they stole my hubcap and the cap where you put the air in the tire. My tires were brand new. He miss match my tires. And after told me that my rims are too big for the tires. Long story short. DO NOT USED TIRE PLUS ON WEST COLONIAL Dr. They are thieves. If you do make sure you take pictures of your tires. And BENJAMIN doesn t know what he s doing. And the Manager is useless.

I have a longhorn Ram 2500. Not easy to park in right spots. Went there to see if they do tire alignment and buy 4 new tires.Parked in front of office. Went in and asked if they have my tire. The gentlemen there was so concerned about me parking in front of office than simply responding to my question :)I went back to my car and instead of parking it where he wanted me, I actually took it to another tire shop down the road. I felt more comfortable giving business to people with more common sense that to someone who s brain is washed with regulations.Happy to pay $1000 today to the ones I feel connected

You call. For availability and when you in , hoopsYou have to wait 3,5 hours !Keep Doing that !And the reason they do thatI have 3 years limitless alignment so they don t wanna honor that , which is im bring it in once a year !They don t even wanna make appointment after all !

I went to them initially for a tire years ago after shopping around and finding them to have the best price. I stayed with them because of their honesty and quality work. This was my first time here and the new manager Shawn was wonderful. I had an appointment but they were short handed on techs and more and more cars were coming in. I was very impressed on Shawn's professionalism, kindness and patience, even though the stress was overwhelming he handled each customer and tech with kindness and was polite. This alone is why I will continue to come here. Shawn's patience is why I didn't become upset at the 4 hour wait even though I had an appointment!

Stopped in a week ago on a hunt for tires and the service advisor Theresa was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment for me at my convenience and also mentioned that a special would be starting that would save me money. Appointment today, Jose installed the new tires and was very helpful. They did mention it would take a couple of hours for the service to be completed and they were spot on. I can tell a huge difference with the new tires and will 100% recommend this location to family and friends!

I always have great experiences at any Tires Plus and this time was no different. My service advisor, George, was extremely helpful and made sure I understood all that needed to be done to get me safely back on the road. He also ensured I got Every discount I could which I'm always grateful for. Every employee there was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable which was a blessing because I know NOTHING about cars .Thank you all for your help! I'll definitely be back to finish off all the repairs they suggested (also, it is PRETTY DARN CONVENIENT that they do total car care).5 stars all around!

While they weren't able to help me with my repair due to the specialized nature of it, they were quick and courteous. I was quoted a 2+ hour wait, but was done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. They also did not charge me for the cursory inspection (in this instance) since there was nothing more they could do to fix my problem.

Do not go here! THEY ARE ALWAYS UNDER staff! TY hey do not honor appointments. They do not stand behind there products. If they keep on treating there card holders bad, they will not have any business. They can use dome good customer service skills!

These rapacious mfers quoted $1200 and then charged me 2k for brakes just cause I was on vacation and had out of state plates. F'd me over financially but I had no choice since I had to drive home. Hope they go out of business soon.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I don t know what kind of trap this Tires Plus has for it s customers but immediately after signing for what their receptionist told me was permission to give an estimate I receive an email stating that I do not request a written estimate nor that they save replaced parts for inspection. She told me that they couldn t even touch my tire unless I give them written permission to give an estimate and now it seems that they have a blank check. Be careful at this location.

Come check your car tires oil change brakes fluids they will take care for you nice place to go .and check your car give him some love. I'm happy with this place
