Had an issue with the tire store down the street, Goldenrod & Univ) so decided to stop in Tires Plus. I had been there severalX' s and was always helped positively. Today Ken and Daniel both helped me, answered all my questions and prob saved me over $700. Alex, please give them both an applause and know I will be back when I need tires or help with any other tire-issues. Thank you for honest employees (very rare). Now I know what the PLUS stands for. Excellent service. And of course I will recommend this store.

Ken, the person I spoke to on the phone was excellent. Didn't push to sell, just accommodated my needs and did let me know about issues with my truck. I appreciated the way he sent a quote to me and then set up an appointment to get the tires changed. Very professional. Also Alex was very helpful when the truck was being repaired. Nice job!

My SUV has a little more than 29,000 miles on it. The tires I had were the original OEM tires. Each time when I get an oil change I get the tires rotated. On my most recent visit I was told my front two tires needed to be replaced but my back to tires were okay. That literally made no sense to me and the only conclusion I could come to is that during my past visits my tires weren't rotated although I was charged for the service. I went ahead ahead and purchased two new tires (out of convenience) but in the future my trust with Tires Plus has been greatly reduced!

Went in Saturday morning on January 6th. Had a flat tire, and needed an oil change, tires rotated, and more. Was assisted by Ken and had an overall lovely experience! I don't usually write reviews but this shop's customer service deserves one.As a girl, finding good mechanics can sometimes be difficult, especially one that doesn't overprice. Tires Plus proved far beyond my expectations.The minute I walked in, Ken was amazing. :) He broke everything down for me; my services, their prices, and useful information to help maximize my car's lifespan. I will definitely be coming back! A big thanks to Ken and all the crew who helped work on my Toyota.

The service I get at the tires plus off of university far exceeds any other auto maintenance service that I have ever gotten anywhere else Alex always gives me real feedback with options I can understand, and appreciates the cost vs value add decisions that we all have to make. They service all of my families vehicles and treat us like friends .they have my highest recommendation!

I went to Tires Plus tonight for help with a tricky situation. Upon my return to college, all four of my tires had very low pressure and needed to be filled immediately. After speaking on the phone regarding my issue with a very kind employee, I drove over and they helped me right away and fixed my issue within 4 minutes of getting there. The service was amazing and I couldn t have found any better help for this situation. Thank you !!!

This is the only place I go for tires. Kenny the shop manager is honest and fair. I trust this man's opinion and advice. Literally put the life's of my family in his hands. He recommends brakes its cause you need them.

I have been having issues with this particular tire plus location for the past couple of months. I believe they ve change their text as I see they have been changing employees at the counter. Also, they charge me $100 to correct a brake job error ever since then my brakes continue to squeak brought it in. After that they said I needed to replace my front brakes which seem Ludacris I had just done so but I did And the squeaking noise still continued after bringing it again. They told me it was hardware from the back brakes that needed to be replaced. Allegedly they did for free based on the fact they may be replaced front brakes for no reason it is now four months later in the Issue persists they are now telling me that I need new back brakes when these were replaced only a couple of months ago in this period of time I have also replaced two front tires. First time was after a collision which required a new tire about two weeks later, another new tire for the front so that they would be in unison, making my vehicle safe to operate they failed to balance, the new tire, leaving my car shaking all over the place once again, I had to take time off my schedule to leave the vehicle for them to their error. I strongly believe they have changed staff multiple times as it is not the same service they used to provide when I first started, asked Daniel for the district manager information, and all he kept saying was that is way above his pay rate that was his excuse for everything . Being in a corporate position, it s strongly makes me feel he is not suitable for any company by his own words. He has expressed how he limits himself to his job position. He would be ludicrous for him to think he would get a promotion anytime soon with that behavior, I m still looking to get a hold of a district manager to help me solve this matter Once again, Daniel said it was way above his pay rate to find out the information for me

Horrible and rude front desk service. Even after setting an appointment the day before, had to wait 5-6 hours to get a regular oil change when I came in 30 minutes early. The job was done, yet had unexplainable issues with my apple car play. Not to mention, something is now hanging from the bottom of my car after running their maintenance check . It looks as if they just left it hanging or loose when it s supposed to be connect securely. They even had the audacity after all of this, to try to sell me 2 tires for $400 plus. All they care about is profit here. Beware!

Came in to change my two front tires, came out with a bended door. Also, quoted me around $2000 to replace all spark plugs and I brought it to another mechanic, he laughed and told me he just needed to adjust one spark plug, didn t even charge me anything because it was ridiculous. They clearly lack of experience and can t even provide a good estimate. Don t go there.

I have 5 cars in my family and 8 bring every one to Alex at Tires Plus collegiate way. Alex and Kenny always make sure my service is handled with the utmost professionalism and if I ever have a problem, I can bring the car back and they take care of it.

If you're a college student with a patchable tire, I wouldn't recommend going here. They're just going to try and sell you a $200+ tire. Joel was super kind though.

I broke down on the side of the road and this team fixed my tire within 10 minutes of walking on the store. This is definitely the best service I could have received in my time of need. Thanks to the Tires Plus on Collegiate Way in Orlando!

Been going here for a few years. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently got rear ended and they did an inspection to be sure it was OK to drive until we got our rental car. They discovered some unrelated issues and we went over which were immediate and which could wait. Replaced one of my motor mounts within a couple of hours most recently.

Spoke with Ken and he explained how a low tire pressure signal can be a result from the extreme temperature change. I really appreciated his help and know I will be back when I need tires.

Alex and Ben are probably the best managers in the tire and auto service industry. I dont go anywhere else anymore. They have a great team at their location that treated my dirty ole daily driver pick up truck as if it was a pristine Italian exotic. Thank you guys for mounting and balancing my new tires, giving my old girl an oil change, and making some good future service recommendations. I will definitely keep going to this tires plus location solely because of its outstanding crew and management staff. Thank you fellas!!

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this location is wonderful. I got a flat tire and dropped my car at night in front and left my keys in the drop box. Before I had even called in the morning, they had already pulled the car in to assess the damage to the tire to see if it could be plugged or needed to be replaced. Within the hour, the tire had been plugged and was ready to be picked up at no charge since I had purchased my tires here (all with zero appointment or anything before). Great experience and highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Oil change

Came to this place for the first time to have a friends battery tested and they were great. Several months later I took my own car in to have it inspected and the technicians went over everything in detail with me and helped me prioritize which repairs should be made first to keep my vehicle running safely. During my tire change, one of my hubcaps was accidentally cracked. One of the managers, Ryan, brought it to my attention at pick up and told me he was going to order a new one. Ryan maintained communication with me through the whole process and got it replaced promptly. Accidents happen and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had a great and friendly experience. I will drive across town to go to these guys and 100% recommend them to anyone who needs basic maintenance services.

Diagnostic costs $100. Per usual as any repair shop expect long wait times. Front desk service does not have useful information also ensure that you double check your receipt and the cost at other places. Front desk service was rude and did not give accurate information. BEWARE: Do not go to this place your car will be returned to you in even worse condition. Received quotes and been overcharged ridiculously. Came in for a simple oil change and my car was smoking not even a few days later. My friend had a simple flat a couple days ago and I warned her about this place she came in and left. I didn t see her the next day at work and she told me her car smelled it was on fire. I cannot make this up it s crazy. I don t understand how you can continue to mess up college students cars. Collegiate tires plus is the best. I ve been going here for years and they always take care of me. Staff is always professional and takes time out to explain things to me. My girlfriend went yesterday to get brake pads replaced. They to her telling her that after inspection, they needed to replace the rotors as well, and they told her that it was going to be $1200 freaking dollars! I screamed for her to get outta there, do not talk to them any further and to leave immediately. They take advantage of people. Just for a simple brake job. I think they wanted to take an advantage of a single lady that wanted some help. She got another estimate at a dealership and with a coupon they quoted 500 dollars estimate. Heed my warning.
