Excellent in ever aspect.After visiting various dealerships, I can assure you this has been the very best for me. I was looking to buy a good car for a reasonable price and in good conditions. I had the opportunity to view in person their extensive catalog of cars and with the patience of various workers from this place I got the one that best suited my wishes. I am very grateful for my car and have no complaints about anything. I ve been driving it around Orlando and Tampa for 9 months already and it works perfectly.Go and ask for Alejandro.Thank you again guys!

Terrible!! On sale they are friendly but know but now my car has a problem with less than 2 months of use and no one gives me a return.You call and the only thing they know how to say is that I have to wait.you ask to speak to a manager and he just says there's nothing I can dototal disregardEveryone knows what it's like to be without a car in the usa

The Workers here treat people well to sell a Vehicle that is in good condition but the blind side you by not telling the truth. A family of mine bought a vehicle they only drive 10 miles and the truck started to give transmission problems, he went back to this place to talk to the seller called Fabrizio, and he said that he wasn t responsible for that because they weren t going to lose money. Family lost $3,200 which is really unfair. We don t recommend to buy vehicle in this place.

Luckily I found this shop and I went over to ask for a quote on a main rear seal on my Jeep. I have been looking around and most shops have been quoting overly priced and I would have to leave my jeep for a couple of days. But not them. The gave me a fair quote and told me they could give it back to me today. So I dropped it off at 10 got it back by 5. Very happy with the service

Fraud AlertThey sold me a vehicle that had different mileage than the title. Let me save you from the trouble. Do not buy or get repairs done here!! Jesus and Alejandro will swindle you out of your money.Stay away from this place. They sold me a car that had tons of structural damage and that was unsafe for any human being to drive. Not to mention in the first week the check engine light came on three times and I was stranded on the highway because of battery issues. Before I purchased I asked if the car had been fully inspected and they assured me it had been. When I went back they supposedly had no idea the car had been hit multiple times. Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership. You will pay more but you can t put a price on your own safety. These people are in the business to make every dollar they can even if it is at your expense.

they sell some vehicles saying that they don't belong in the desert that they have, when you buy them and pay in full, you drive your vehicle and you drive only 10 miles and the vehicle starts giving problems, you try to solve the problem with them and they don't take responsibility, because they will not lose money, but if they will take your money and you must solve the problem with the vehicle, a bad experience my son had, he does not recommend requesting their services

they sell vehicles that claim to be in perfect condition, they treat you well and when you leave with the vehicle after paying for it, the vehicle starts to fail and they are not responsible, because they will not lose money, that is not a serious business, be careful with these people

If you're not a regular here, (and I mean this to be the most respectful as possible...) DON'T GO! I PAID 1,318 to have the same problem I had going there two months later. I was a new customer following a recommendation, I didn't know any better. I went in for a strut assembly job, the same job I trusted them to do is the repair I need today... Terrible

Great place to go and fix the car because it offers wide range of financing options to pay the same day or within certain period of time!! Diagnostics are quick and personnel is very friendly and willing to help!! Best place in Orlando!

December 3 I came to this shop hoping to get my truck repaired. I have used them before notice that they where rude however it was local and they got the job done. I ask the guy to check my box truck he said that he needed to run a diagnostic of $250.00 I called back the next day he said that it needed one part I said ok then called back in said I needed another I asked him will this fix my truck and have it running a 150 % he say yes. The truck will be ready Wenseday call on Wednesday truck not ready. So I am at my event call him he say the truck is ready to go, get there the truck doing the Exact thing when I gave it to them then tell me to pay $873, calls me back saying if I want everything fix it will cost me over 4000 dollars. This guy Jump on me and crashed my truck. Please be aware before doing business with this company.this guy Leo called me every name under the sun.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto detailing

These guys fixed my car quickly and thank God it only cost $200 to service the caliper. These guys are really nice. They could have charged me double to replace the caliper instead of servicing it. RESPECT EARNED

This place is a JOKE! Brought some wheels and went in for a simple tire swap and balance. Took these guys 3 hours for a simple job. Also they are expensive but I was willing to pay thinking the service was premium, well it wasn t. They SCRATCHED 3 of my wheels. To top it off the weights for the balance on one of my wheels fell off when I got home. Went back to the shop and the guy tells me with a IDGAF look that they aren t responsible for rims. Basically because they aren t responsible they WILL NOT treat your rims like they would they re own. EXPECT TO PAY PREMIUM PRICE FOR TRASH WORK. I should have taken my chances at a PEPBOYS. I think even the used tires shop next door would ve done a better job. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH TIRES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WHEELS! CUZ THEY REALLY DONT!

Sat in the office for about 10 minutes with no one helping me. Then I went out to the parking lot and call them from my phone to ask if they had my tire, the guy on the phone told me they did (while I sat in my car and watch no one go look for it) then when I got out he told me the guys was in the back looking for it and the guy came up to tell me they did not have it. If I could give them no stars I would

Arrived at 8:55 am and asked the man sitting outside what time they opened. He replied that they opened at 9. At 9:02 I tried to go inside but it was locked so I looked around for someone to help but they were all in the back hanging out so I left. There only a billion tire places on OBT so I subject myself to bad service .
