When I walked in they promptly put my car on the lift. The tech notified me with of severe tire damage, I decided to put 4 new tires and they gave me a good deal. Ordered the tires and my car was ready the next day as promised. Overall I had a great interaction with the business.

Great customer service from the manager Tazz. We popped a tire on our boat trailer and came to tire kingdom. Fast service. A good fair price. Would definitely recommend.

I dropped a car off after a blown tire and Eddy was able to change out my tire and take care to explain how I lost the tire and what risks my other tires were facing. He was so understanding of my situation and he and his techs really went out of their way to make sure I would be safe on the road without heaping on hidden fees. I really felt like these guys were looking out for me and I ll be back as soon as I can afford some more tires.

Just left the shop and I was very impressed by the customer service and the price paid for the tires and service. Taz was welcoming and very helpful with my purchase. Excellent customer service skills. There was an older gentleman as well and also the manager who made my visit very comfortable and pleasant. Being a woman sometimes is intimidating when you walk to a shop by yourself. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I don't know much about tires so my experience shopping for tires with tire kingdom went very smoothly. Having a nail in my very worn tire, I needed replacements asap. Alex and Chris helped me select the best tires at the best price. I was in and out within a hour with 4 new tires. I would highly recommend

While visiting family in Ft. Myers, my wife and I drove our Granddaughter back to school at UCF. While driving back to Ft. Myers, one of my tires picked up a nail, and we were lucky enough to get off the highway. AAA changed our flat tire, and the technician gave us the names of several local tire shops. I decided to go to Tire Kingdom on Narcoossee Rd. WOW! THAT WAS A FANTASTIC CHOICE!!! Alex and Eddie took exceptional care of us. They were extremely hospitable, quickly repaired our flat tire, and took the time to provide us with excellent alternative directions for our return trip to Ft. Myers and avoid the heavy traffic on Route 4 in the Orlando area.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tire Kngdom to anyone in need of repairs or service.

THEY WERE LIFE SAVERS!!We picked up our vehicle from a valet parking spot, and came home to a flat tire. AAA was able to inflate the tire to get us to the nearest Tire Kingdom. They took our vehicle for service right away!! My tire was repaired in less than 10 minutes. We still had a 2hr drive home and thought we were stranded in Orlando. Alex & Taz were life savers!We are now back on the road.5 star customer service! 10/10 would recommend.

Alex and his staff are amazing. They usually get my work done super fast. But this store is constantly busy, so I don't mind waiting sometimes for the best customer service I've ever had at a mechanic shop. The negative reviews I've read are obviously from people who don't understand the business well. This is a number 1 go to for me and my family.

Great place and great people!I had a small issue with a screw in my tire and they quickly helped me! It's the small things that matter and the team at Tire Kingdom was very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

These guys are awesome! Going to any car service place is intimidating as a woman not knowing much about cars, but here I felt safe knowing they always give me a fair price. They are always so helpful.

Tire Kingdom Narcoossee was great. I came with a nail in my tire at almost closing time. They were swamped but still made sure they got me in and out as quickly as possible. Tazz was great running around the shop wearing different hats to get everyone in and out. Thank you Tire Kingdom, felt the Love today.

I bought a set of Sumitomo tires for my Toyota Rav4 here during Summer 2022. A few weeks ago my tire pressure light was consistently going off. I thought it was just the weather change, but I decided to bring my car in and Eddie took care of me right away. Him and his team checked out my tires, identified a leak, and patched it for me within an hour. I was extremely grateful that they were able to accommodate me without an appointment and were able to fix my tire without paying any additional fee. I'm really glad I decided to purchase my tires here because I've always had excellent service. Thanks so much Eddie!

Went in on Friday February 16th for a tire change and alignment. Came in with an appointment. Walked in at 1:20, took them until 4:10 to finish. They told me it shouldnt take more than 2 hours. I was waiting there the whole time. Once they were done the tires looked extremely dirty, and the front service rep had a heavy attitude problem when asked why it was taking so long. Was told my tires were difficult to change. And what do you want me to do about it.

From the phone call to the entrance to the store the Steve and Tazz was so awesome. Best service and best customer service here. I advise if you want something done for your car service I would advise coming here first. I truly appreciate the respect and attentiveness of the staff.

I came in to get air in my tire and Tazz noticed that I had a nail in my tire. The crew fit me in to get it fixed and also indulged my rescue dog, Baby, in some petting and love, which she was most appreciative of. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom, Tazz, and the crew!

Tire Kingdom on Narcoose offers great service. They accomedated me during a time of dire need. They have a good number of techs working. The most I've waited was 90 minutes. They did my Allignment on my lowered 2008 Acura TL with adjustable suspension and I was very pleased. My steering wheel virbation and pulling went away afterwards which was most important. They communicated the whole way through, I highly recommend this place they do a good job.

I was only getting two new tires that was at 11:00 this morning now it's 6:30 and they closed and didn't even give a call back to say that they were keeping the car to the next Des customer service

I came to this place for an oil change for my vehicle. I had my appointment at 3:00 pm and immediately they took my car. An hour later I realize that there is no one working on my car while I am waiting in the waiting room. Minutes later the employees come out finishing eating because they were still chewing their food. About ten minutes later another man enters through the door who has been waiting outside for about two hours and even his car is not ready. My advice is if you come to this place, it is better that you have another person who can come for you and continue with your day, however you will be waiting all this time just like me.
