Jason deserves a raise! His hospitality and customer service is off the charts. He was able to service me efficiently and quickly. Anyone who comes to this shop is in store for an amazing experience and opportunity to get their car serviced in a timely manner. Please come here if you want to be happy with your services!

Our tire went almost flat while we were at Universal. They helped us immediately, and aired it up for free. They checked the valve for us as well, but it was fine. They re corporate so they can t do anything on older tires(which is what I assume the bad reviews left out), but had a recommendation for another shop that could help us. Everyone was extremely nice. We were in and out of there in under 5 minutes.

I got service done 2/10/24. I am so happy I came here to get my new tires. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.. But Michael Medina was extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything!! He mentioned to me that I needed new brakes & a rotor and instead of just saying it He took me to my vehicle and showed me while explaining! found out that they do way more than just tires. I don t get this type of service anywhere else. I got a great deal on my Michelin Tires (I priced checked around). When I was hesitant on the price he took me to the computer and broke everything down. Extremely patient. I am a customer for life now. I will make this my 1 stop shop for Oil changes, tire rotations, Brakes etc. I recommend. 10/10 Service.

Second time now this location has saved me! My tire was rapidly losing air, and I couldn't make my 1-hour drive home. I called up, and Jason told me to come and let them check it out even though they were 10 minutes from closing. I forever appreciate Jason! He's amazing. Thank you again!

Got my first flat tire today with my kids in the car! Drove straight here and from the minute I stepped into the store Jason was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and always trying to get the best deal for me.We will definitely be coming here for all future services for our cars!

This location and their employees were AMAZING! We were here on business and had just purchased a brand new car. 40 miles later, we had a flat tire on the interstate. I called Tire Kingdom and they had me an appointment scheduled for the next day. In less than an hour, they plugged and patched my tire so we could get back home. Fast, friendly, and great work. Can t recommend them enough!

5 stars for Christian! I came in with low tire pressure in my back right tire hoping to get a quick fix since I previously had this tire replaced by another tire kingdom. Christian let me know it would be about 2 hours which was no problem so I left.About an hour later, Christian called to tell me my tire would need to be replaced due to a screw in the shoulder, but also he couldn t find me in the system to confirm I had warranty. He offered to try alternative phone numbers & email addresses to no avail. I couldn t find my receipt & I searched high & low for proof in my bank statement that I had bought the insurance for the tire replacement 9 months earlier. Christian let me know I could pay for the tire today & if I found the receipt they would credit me later. I agreed but before going through with it, Christian asked if I was positive I didn t have a receipt. I mentioned I did at one point but couldn t find it. He offered to look in my car if I was okay with it since I had left Tire Kingdom & voila!! 20 minutes later he called me because he found the receipt!He let me know the previous tire kingdom had my phone number & address tied to a NC address & the DOT number on my replaced tire was also wrong which is why I didn t show up in the system.I can t imagine what a headache this would have been without him & I am so thankful I came to this TK! THANK YOU CHRISTIAN!

Had the best of luck and blew a tire doing a u turn. Wasn t far from this tire kingdom and spoke and dealt with the young gentleman names christian.he was easy and excellent to work with and despite the lack of tire that day and the long wait time, the guy took care of the tire himself got me turned around in under 4 hours. 10/10 no notes

I m very glad I chose to come back to this location because it had been years, and back then my experience was no where near this pleasant.Micheal at tire kingdom really jumped in and helped me with my situation. Not only did he have all new ordered and installed in a 24 hour period, but he also helped me relax and enjoy the experience with his patient and kind demeanor. Jason was also very friendly. Overall I m happy and will definitely return again.

I am so thankful thankful that I encountered Jason and Micheal. They absolutely AMAZING to work with. Micheal was extremely understanding of my tire situation and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. The service was fast and because of him I was able to make it to my sons very first swim competition today. If you ever come to this location make sure you ask for Jason and Micheal

The guys here really take good care of you. I had a flat tire at Disney Springs and my car had to sit overnight. I brought the tire in early in the morning, they said it would be about an hour wait to balance it and everything. They had me out in 20 minutes. On top of that, after I put the tire on I drove it back up and they made sure the lug nuts were tight. Very friendly and helpful staff here. Prices are fair as well. Thanks again!

Noticed the other day that one of my tires were shredded, I called Tire Kingdom and was instantly welcomed & encouraged to show up immediately by Christian. When I got there, he was super friendly & knowledgeable about what was going on. He informed me on everything I needed to get it replaced & was able to give me a breakdown of the price which was very reasonable & It was done in about an hour and a half. Being a young girl in Orlando with no clue about anything cars, things like this can be a lot but I was instantly comfortable in the care of my car here & would definitely return.

Of course I would get a flat tire driving to Orlando and went to this location to help plug my tire. Christian was very helpful with giving me the best advice for my tire. Thankfully they were accommodating to my needs and would recommend this place.

Noticed a slow leak on one of our tires leaving the garage our last day at Universal. Took the car to Tire Kingdom on a Sunday afternoon to try and get it fixed before our drive home. The leak was in the sidewall so rather than a quick patch we needed a whole new tire. Jason quickly checked the inventory and squeezed us in. New tire was put on while we grabbed something to eat. Jason's empathy and concern for others turned what could have been a disaster trying to find a last minute hotel for an extra night into a minor inconvenience. Thank you so much for the help today.

I have been more satisfied with other branches compared to this one. Always the nail that you want to fix is not fixable to them for so many reasons, they don t set the maintenance warning after changing you re oil and stuff, on the sticker they put the existing mile instead of next visit, and you can t even read it anyway. They just don t seem to care much.

These guys are all about customer service!!I had just bought a tire from them and while fixing it in the parking lot next-door my jack broke I called them and George was super helpful in bringing his own jack to lift my car up so I can put my tire in. Really great customer service and such a blessing in disguise especially around the holidays. Thank you again Mr. George and the rest of the tire kingdom team!

I absolutely love this place!!! Dealing with anything car related is not on my top 5 things to do . But the Tire Kingdom guys take the stress out of it. Most recently I had a situation where I just flew in from out of the country, had a long to do list for the day, and needed an oil change done stat.Even though they were very backed up they managed to do my oil change in about 1.5 hrs.Amazing! I was able to continue about my day and accomplish everything else I needed to accomplish. Wohooo!Great service.

We needed our locking lugnuts taken off because we didnt have the key with us in our travels and worried about being on road and not being able to change tire. They removed them for us within 5 mins and we were on our way. We appreciated their service for sure!

I made an appt for new tires due to a leak and balding. I chose this location because two of my family members have had great experiences here. They took a look and agreed the two front tires needed to be replaced, I needed an alignment and the back tire leak was due to a couple nails. Michael was able to give me a discount so I could get all those things done during my appointment. I was happy with the price, service and kindness of the staff to myself and the other customers they helped while I waited for my car. Thank you so much Tire Kingdom and Michael for your help!

I had the best service when I went to tire kingdom for new tires. Will was so kind and had my car done in a timely manner. He was very sweet and polite. I recommend going to him if you need anything done.

I was out of town and got a nail in my tire and needed a patch. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in in a timely manner. Andrew was super friendly and helpful. Great location!

I swung by in the evening without an appointment because my car was leaking oil after recently getting my oil changed at a different establishment that was further away, and I was concerned. I showed a picture of the oil leak to Johnny and Michael, and they immediately put my car on the lift to check it out. They discovered that the technician at the other establishment had forgotten to tighten my oil pin! The gentlemen tightened it for me at no charge, and even sent me home with a picture of the loose pin to show the other technician, as well as absorbent pads to help me clean the mess in my garage. What wonderful guys! They really saved me from a potential disaster. Will definitely be bringing my business here in the future.
