Our car sees a lot of action driving around the US, which means she needs some care, especially since the roof box with our ski stuff is on the car. This means we can't simply go through an automatic car wash. That being said, I noticed Butler's Detail Center offered an exterior wash and sealant option. This is honestly so perfect for our car, because it really helps protect it and prolongs the "clean + shiny" look. When I arrived, the owner was very friendly and far more knowledgeable than me. Thank goodness. He explained the exterior detail, and offered to let me wait in the waiting room. It took 45 mins, and honestly, she looks SO GOOD. I will definitely come back before I leave to the next stop on the map.

The Staff is amazing. My wife and I have been taking our car to get detailed wash by them for over a year. They have great customer service as they courteous and still find the time to educate you on their recommendations and how to maintain your car. My car was an absolute mess so I went to The Butler's Detail Center and Automotive Services to get a Ceramic Coating with Auto detailing which was interior,& exterior cleaning a tire polishing. I really appreciate how meticulous they are as my car felt completely brand new. This needs to be your one stop location when it comes to detailing your car they inspect your car and give your recommendations if you are unsure of where to start. Make the trip to today to get your car looking sparkling and clean.They are affordable in price and I highly recommend coming to this location for your car wash services. Thanks you guys!

I wish I took before photos because he did an amazing job!Not only did he do an amazing job at bringing the paint on my car back to life but he also popped back in a piece of my bumper from a previous accident. This guy is the best! I had paint splatter all over my bmw and he got everything off! And made my car look brand new. Don t take your car to anyone else! Good prices, friendly service and great work.

Good Business but there is room for Improvements: Total out of pocket, $60. I knew I could get the same quality of work cheaper but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. So key things to note, there is no free wifi (not a biggie but definitely not somewhere you want to hang out too long if you have stuff to do online, while you wait). I paid for the platinum service ($45) but I was immediately up charged for wheel cleaning (please take note of the price listing, especially for silver which shows it as a covered service, hence why the up charge immediately left me feeling ripped off) I was torn, because it seems like it is a "Black-Owned" Business and I wanted to support it as such (hence the benefit of the doubt). Well on a scale of 1-10, I'll give the overall job a 7. Job done to exterior was good except a few places which required a redress. Interior is where I felt like you are definitely not getting any value for your money. I posted pictures of the backseat to show the lack of attention to detail (doesn't look like it was even touched, but I could be mistaken). Another key thing to note, outside of the doors, hood and trunk will not be opened to even clean the crevices, so if you have leaves or debris in those places, you are S-O-L unless you go full detail price (ref. Price list of services offered picture). It does make you wonder essentially what the "platinum" service is if you can get the same level of work for $20-25. Nonetheless, I respect the business and there are other services they offer that "might" be great value (window tint, oil changes, headlght restoration e.t.c). This is a honest criticism of the business so it gets better and it's not to knock it down. I was going to leave without tipping since I felt like I was upcharged for a service that should already be covered (it's principle!) but I figure it was hot (Florida sun) and at least I should appreciate the effort of the guy who attended to my car for the duration of the service. He didn't seem too pleased with my 10% tip, but I wasn't pleased with overpaying for advertised covered prices in services (Pardon the run along memo, without breaks, was all on a phone)

TJ and Christian are great and will take care of you. This was my second time with them, and I'm continually impressed with their expertise, helpfulness, and work.Beyond that, they do a great job. I purchased a used vehicle that had an awful smell.... and they fixed it! It was nothing short of amazing.Keep it up! Thank you for your hard work!Don

I was in need to replace all 4 tires on my wife s SUV at a reasonable price and as a high priority. I called Butler s Detail and they were able to get me brand new tires at a steep discount. The tires were delivered to the shop and available for pickup within hours on the same day. Picked up the tires and got a wash. I brought my car here for an exterior wash and interior cleaning and vacuum, they did an excellent job. Prices are very reasonable and fair. I've been coming here for well over 10 years and I still receive excellent service each time. Currently I don't live in the area anymore but its certainly worth the drive. I highly recommend them. The level of service and attention to detail they provide is great. Keep up the good work.

TL;DR The service was amazing and friendly. And the outcome was like sitting in a new car again. I highly recommend them to any one who wants to sit in a new car again .SO, for starters I don't like getting my car washed by anyone or detailing for that matter. Mainly because I always think it's too expensive. But after my buddy spilt a large 32 oz. Rootbeer in my backseat on carpet and leather I decided to bite the bullet. Out of everyone in Orlando this place had the best prices so I went ahead and called them. Got the quote and came in the next day bright and early. He made sure to ask me what I wanted done and confirmed the phone quote. I went out to eat with some friends and got some shopping done and by then it was done. I paid said thank you and plan on coming back to get my ceramic coating since he beat everyone else prices by like 2k. I will post a second review after I get that done. I inherited my grandmothers car, a 97 suzuki x90 with only 18,000 miles. She absolutely loved her car and it was left to me because she knew I would take care of it. I took it to Butler's Detail Center and Kristian instantly recognized the importance and the potential of the car. It was heavily oxidized and fading but with very few cosmetic issues. Kristian went far above and beyond and meticulously cared for my car as if it were his own. When I showed up to pick the car up he met me outside and the Pride in his work was blatant. My x90 literally looks like I just drove it off the lot and I know my grandmother is honored by the work Kristian has done.

My car was very dirty and the crew and the owner (?) did a great job. Went above and beyond to clean it, at a great price too.I did not have to wait a long time and it was not one of those factory-line-up type places churning things fast but with low quality.They are a friendly professional crew. I really liked how they kept the music clean it made me feel comfortable being there. There is a separate waiting room as well.I will be back and hopefully next time my car won t be that dirty!Thank you

10/10 would recommend. The guys were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Very professional and experienced. Ran over a can of wet paint and they helped get it all off my truck.
