The workers are all friendly and helpful. I don t know much about cars, but they explained what they were doing and gave great suggestions without being pushy. I came in for an oil change, but left with my cabin air filter changed and a new windshield wiper for my rear window. Plus, they refilled my wiper fluid and washed my front and rear window and gave me a cold water bottle for free. And the manager took the time to bend my rear wiper mechanism back into place. I have not been able to do so since i got the car at the beginning of the year, so big thanks to him!! They showed proof the oil was filled by showing the oil stick which was pretty cool. It was all done in less than 15 minutes!! Thank you to the team for helping me and having great service :)

Absolutely the best oil change experience I ve had! I was greeted the minute I pulled in which included a nice bottle of water. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially Charlie and Michael. The pricing options were clear and very reasonable, and the job took hardly any time at all. To cap it off I was offered a military discount and the manager, Derrick, came over personally to ensure everything was good before I left! I was blown away by how wonderful the service was and this place will be my regular oil change place from now on. Absolutely top drawer!! Can t recommend it highly enough!

Take 5 is the best. Derrick, Charlie, Tanner, Mert and Michael were amazing. My son and I went Bay to Bay for duel oil changes and they were awesome! Great service, fare prices and fabulous staff. Thank you!

I recently had my car serviced at this take 5 location, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure that my car was well taken care of and that I was satisfied with the service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the wait time fly by. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. I will definitely be returning for all of my future oil change needs. Highly recommend!

Take 5 is a great place to get an oil change. I was greeted very quickly by staff and Bryan was my assistant today. He was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. I also had my air filter and coolant exchanged. I definitely recommend coming here for your oil changes!

I ve been a regular Valvoline customer but received a coupon for Take 5, so I decided to try them out. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Sometimes places like this can make you feel pressured to buy upgrades, but the guys at this location made me feel totally comfortable. Tanner was very sweet and helpful. (The complimentary water was also a nice bonus!)

I was pretty scared to go do this oil change! I ve only had my oil change at the dealerships where I purchase my vehicles. I had a super bad experience and terrible service at kia greenway longwood! So I called a few places but decided to go here because you can come in at anytime! No appointment needed which was what sold deal for me!! I pulled up and immediately got greeted w water. The guys were super helpful and nice and didn t bother me at all! I sat in my car as there was 2 cars in front of me! I never had to go inside which was awesome! The process was quite fast! Faster than any dealership for sure! It was also nice to know what s going on and if your car is next rather than waiting in a waiting room hoping your car is next. I also got a coupon which made my total only $60 for 5 quarts full synthetic oil. I was paying $125 at Kia! Overall I will def be returning :)Service: Oil change

Got my oil change here today, and service was quick and easy. Dave and his Team took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Look for the best interest in my truck and gave me good recommendations on my vehicle and how to take care of it moving forward since my truck is over 70000 miles. Definitely going to be my go to for oil service moving forward!!!

Dave was amazing!!! Outstanding performance. He gave me great advice on my car and was very professional as well as very funny. He also helped me save money when he offered me 20 dollars off of an engine air filter and fuel system cleaner. Definitely recommend going there and ask for Dave for you want the Gold experience!

Pulled in yesterday to Take 5 on E colonial dr for an oil change. As always, I was immediately greeted by an employee with a smile and a cold bottle of water. Upon pulling into stall 3, Charlie welcomed me with, again, a big smile. He would be my service representative for this service. He was professional, efficient, and just super nice to be around. My oil was changed, as it always is at this location, quickly and professionally. At this Take 5, the kind service professionals and efficient processes instill me with confidence that my car will be properly cared for. That s why I keep coming back.

This is the fastest and easiest oil change ever! When I first pulled up I was handed a cold bottled water which is certainly welcomed in Florida. As soon as I pulled in they asked us I had been there before, which I had, and pulled up my account. Asked if I wanted the same oil change and they got to work. I stayed in the car and I think the whole process took about 10 minutes. No upsell and no pressure. This is my go to for oil changes - fast and good. Price was reasonable.

(2022 Hyundai Tucson) bvyyHands down best car service experience I ve dealt with in a very long time. I was in and out very fast (maybe 10 mins) and that s with topping off all the fluids, checking air filters tire pressure and of course the oil change. They are very respectful and aren t all in my face trying to up sell me on things they knew I didn t need, at least now I know when it s time for those things to be replaced, this is where I ll go to get it done.

This is our 2nd time coming here and I regret not coming here every oil change. Always quick and efficient service. I appreciate them showing that my oil is fully filled at the end of service. I wish I had one closer to my house but I'm definitely willing to drive here.

The mechanics were friendly and communicative. The manager came out to show me a problem with my oil pan which no other place bothered to bring to my attention. I appreciated their attention to detail. If ever I'm in the area again and needing an oil change, I will go to them

They have a customer for life. The service was great. I was in and out within a reasonable time. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted and given ice cold bottles of water. The guys in the shop were all friendly and knowledgeable. They even put in a cabin filter that I bought previously and couldn't get in, no charge. I will be back for sure.

Super friendly place, everyone worked as a team. Very fast and efficient. Reminded me of a NASCAR tire change. My main attendee went above and beyond by changing my cabin air filter. Which the previous take 5 I went to never did. Definitely recommend this location on E. Colonial dr. Will definitely come back!

I typically have good experiences at Take 5 but Charlie and his teams service was by far the best I've experienced. The team seemed to have great communication. Everything was quick. I was updated every step. Overall this whole team killed it! Thanks guys

Like most people I do not know much about cars and get overwhelmed very quickly when it comes to repairs on my car. My experience with mechanics have been mostly negative until I came to this location and met Charlie. Charlie made the process of my service completely frictionless as he got to know me and understand what I needed which completely put me at ease. Charlie made sure that I got absolutely everything I needed and gave me the best customer service experience I've had in my life. The service I received was worth every last penny and I left feeling like I made a new friend. I will be coming to this location every time I need a oil change and will be recommending everyone I know to come here.

I normally go to a Take 5 , but last time I went to this one on east colonial and they striped my oil pan, I had to get it repaired. I only had an issue at that location only. They also don t put oil that is from bottles but rather measure it in an old fashioned way from another oil source so you re not sure what you are getting. Other take 5 locations use bottles of oil of what you decide to purchase.

The initial interaction was a little iffy (just due to first impressions), but once I was put in for service, the team was great. They offered me water and the kids juices. They throughly went through each details of what I needed and what I was getting. And they made sure I had a good understanding of all the work. I really enjoyed interacting with Rey (I believe that was the name of the person who took all of my information) his customer service skills were friendly, open, and energetic. Thank you guys a ton

Was first in queue when I pulled in. All the bays were full but were already hoods up and being worked on. Should be a short wait, right? Sat there for 20 minutes watching dudes check their phones and lackadaisically putter around. Zero movement on the three cars being worked on . I finally left, not sure anyone even noticed. If you re called take 5, maybe your customers are there for the promise of speedy service. Maybe a little urgency to get people in and out in a reasonable amount of time will make you appear less incompetent and uncaring. As it is this business apparently couldn t care less about your experience or if you leave unsatisfied.

Fast and easy and they were very sweet to my dog who I brought with me gave a good guarantee on the wipers that I bought and offered to top off any fluids or oil if I come before 3000 miles at no cost the oil I got should last 5000

Service was friendly but took an hour just to get an oil change with only one car in front of me that was already being serviced. They kept switching back and forth between the 3 vehicles getting serviced when they should ve focused on getting 1 or 2 cars in and out quickly. It felt unorganized but they did apologize for the delay. Prob would avoid returning next time. Should be called Take 55

Bought a 10 year old F150, transmission was jerky. Did a walk in, took 30 mins, wow. What a difference. Like butter now. Guys were awesome, definitely will support from here on. Totally satisfied 100%

The service was extremely fast. I arrived, while they weren t busy, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was offered an ice cold water, and then the entire staff showed impressive teamwork by dividing and conquering the servicing of my vehicle. Overall, this Take5 was quick, convenient, and now reliable.
