I previously had an awesome mechanic at this shop who retired. Since then, I have been reluctant to return to this shop because of new management and not sure about quality of repairs.I finally called the shop and talked with manager, Alex (woman). Alex immediately made me feel comfortable enough to return to the shop. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Alex. Again, having a great feeling I was in good hands.I met Daniel, the owner; he too gave me a sense of comfort and ease. Daniel s demeanor was that of pleasant, professional indeed, and very knowledgeable.Daniel thoroughly checked out my vehicle to ensure vehicle was in excellent working condition. I am greatly appreciative for the highest quality of service I received.Both Daniel & Alex displayed genuineness, build an immediate climate trust and respect, established credibility and demonstrated a high level of expertise. I m so glad I was willing to take the chance; had I not, I would ve missed meeting extraordinary persons; and of course, knowing I would ve missed receiving the fantastic service I received today.

This shop is exceptional! Their prices are the lowest in Orlando. They always explain in great detail what the issue is with your car and the options you have to fix it.Very trust worthy and down to earth people. Their diagnostics and the work that they do is top notch, the best.I love these guys! And they have Spanish speakers too!Greg Williams

First I was pleasantly surprised and just overwhelmed how honest and trustworthy this shop was . As a retired state of Florida law enforcement officer I have seen my fair share of totally corrupt deceitful scum bag shops. But I took my car there and they more then dais definitely honest people as a tow company owner in Orlando I don t even trust repair shops at all after seeing what they do to rip customers off each and every day . But not not this business fair honest upfront professional customer service highly recommend to the people who are tired of being taken advantage of by fly by night shops thankfully there are still a few decent honest trustworthy businesses still around.

From beginning to end I received exceptional service. Friendly staff the minute you walk in. The communication involving what was wrong with my car to why certain services were needed was explained thoroughly. Alejandra and Daniel made it their priority to make you feel comfortable, not pressured, and knowledgeable about what services needed to be done. I love the online consent form feature! It s so helpful especially if you are at work and unable to take any calls. Thank you again! I m so happy I found a trustworthy mechanic! I will be telling all my family and friends!

I was referred here by another company and this place does not disappoint! Second time here. After going to certain car franchises and my car staying for 6 months, I am confident these guys know what they are doing they show you real live pictures as necessary of your vehicle & explain everything thoroughly!-Anonymous (walk in customer)

Daniel is all about integrity & quality. With that being said, he is second to none and the best in the industry. Love to know a business where I can just drop of the keys and know my car is in great hands. After 4 shops, which all 4 telling me to junk my truck and countless searches on the internet for shop reviews I stumbled across SuperShop Automotive I took my truck there at 9am at 11:27am problem found, I had my truck back at 2:30pm. My experience with SuperShop Automotive has been excellent from start to finish. After finding the shop through an ad on craigslist, this was the first time I did business with SuperShop. I was impressed by the owner, Daniel s, attention to detail. The body work and (2-stage) re-paint of my car was done professionally, on-time, and also within budget. Sounds too good to be true, but the results speak for themselves.There was no pressure whatsoever; I was given price options clearly and accurately. The shop is one of the cleanest and most organized places I ve taken my 240SX to in the 9 years I ve owned it. Staying within budget they corrected the horrible mess that Econo Paint made on my car.They treated my car with the same respect that they d treat their own. I would trust Daniel with my Porsche, if only I had one, lol.

If you're not using this business for you automotive needs, you're missing a treat !!!!My car had a "sound" of which plagued me for several months. The owner, Daniel, calls me 1 hour after I dropped off my car to say, "we got it, you're ready to go". I was in disbelief. Daniel and his team are amazing.SuperShop Automotive has recently merged with Autolab Diagnostics, just a couple of blocks away. I have been a patron of Autolab as well, and for a very long time. Autolab's service has been amazing over the years, and the level of trust is impeccable. Daniel and SuperShop Automotive has demonstrated that same level of trust.Again, you are missing a treat if you're not utilizing these two organizations that have merged into one. Highly endorse and recommend this newly formed team. Supershop Automotive is the best in town very honest and do amazing jobs will be back indeed!!!! Update: Second time at Supershop this time for light restoration and bumper alignment always leaves my car in better condition! Update: Third time at Supershop this time with my new Mercedes Benz, I had a paint chip-Knick on my hood and he left it looking brand new again!!! You can see their work on Instagram and Facebook! I was referred to Daniel by a friend. From the moment I contacted Daniel he was very good with communicating with me by phone or text. We scheduled my car for repair. I had scratched up my front bumper and dented my driver side rear view mirror. I am thrilled with his work. I can t even tell anything ever happened to my car. I highly recommend Daniel!!! My daughter is from Virginia and is attending school in Winter Park; I directed her to see Daniel about her battery situation. Daniel looked over the 2017 Jetta and determined that the battery was OK; he also cleared the dash warnings. He was very polite, informative and 100% professional. Daniel replaced the grill on my Lexus with a custom grill. Daniel did an excellent job with the fit and finish and we are very pleased with the results. Daniel has done other work on my cars and he has never failed to keep his promises of completing his work on time and providing professional work. Daniel and SuperShop recently fixed my 87 wrangler. I went in with suspension and steering issues. The work was done properly, in a timely manner, and was at a better price than I had previously been quoted by other mechanics. His customer service and communication are the best I've experienced in the business. He even offered a great warranty on his work.

SuperShop Automotive hands down is one of the best auto shops in town. Daniel is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get your car running right. He is all about not cheat any of the customer and forcing you to things that is not needed. I have brought my car to him with what my dealers said was required with a hefty price tag and Daniel was able to inspect my car according to the list and made his recommendations and came in with a price fraction of the cost of the dealer. Plus he does body work as well!!! My new favorite mechanic spot....This shop comes Highly recommended.

Daniel did an excellent job installing some aftermarket parts on my 2019 Mustang. The part included new front and rear anti sway bars as well as lowering springs. The car was done in just a day. His pricing was incredibly fair and he guarantees his work. Daniel is a great guy who knows how to treat his customer right. Daniel is dedicated and thorough as a mechanic, he will go around and check your car like a patient and carefully find out what is really wrong. The price is right here at Super, Daniel will not over charge you and fix only what is needed to get you safely back on the road. If you are not sure who to trust or where to go to get your automotive fixes, you should give Daniel a try, you'll be glad you did.

Daniel is an awesome mechanic! Took my Ford Escape to him to have the radiator and water pump replaced and he did an amazing job. Very professional and reasonable on cost. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work!

Took my car here about 2 weeks ago because my car over heated. Daniel ran a diagnostic and confirmed I need my cooling fan replaced. Made an appointment the same day to come back in 2 weeks. Today before I took my car to Daniel I was driving my car and it was making like thump sounds when I brake or accelerate. I told Daniel about it and right away before replacing my cooling fan he tested the car out himself and heard the noise. So he lifted my car checked both sides in front and found what I need to replace. Daniel is excellent in what he does he will answer *literally* any question you may have about your vehicle or anything for that matter. He took really good care of my car as if it was his own & his prices are beyond excellent. My experience with Daniel is A++++++ I would definitely recommend anyone to Daniel you won t be disappointed believe me. Thank again Daniel!
