I had an amazing experience buying the Cross Track Wilderness Edition car for my son at Subaru Sport with Anthony as our sales person. Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and guided us to find the perfect car that exceeded our expectations. The entire team at Subaru Sport was friendly and professional, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Frank and the entire staff at Sport Subaru are one of a kind. Super professional and helpful, they really helped me find great financing and worked with me on all of my goals. I am IN LOVE with my new Crosstrek Wilderness. I ve never bought a car and felt so relaxed before. I can t recommend this dealership enough to you. I've had my Subaru for over a year officially and its been great! I started working with Hector from sales back in late 2022 to get a '23 Subaru Forester Sport ordered from the factory. Process was easy, and I got several updates throughout the next few months while I waited for it to arrive. Finally got to the dealership at this location February of '23. Hector and the other staff members were very helpful through the process of purchasing/financing as this was my first time buying. If i had any questions they were able to explain it to me and point me to any resources, and i ended up adding on the dealership service package which so far has been good. I've taken it in a few times for routine checks and a flat tire and Jonathan along with the other staff in the service department are very friendly and competent. If i have a concern with the car they always listen and ensure to check on the car. Dealership is super nice and has a great waiting area as well.

I wanted to give my sincerest thanks to the guys at Sport Subaru for making my car buying experience easy, stress free and successful. They were kind, transparent and efficient. They don t charge dealer fees, and they ordered my vehicle from the factory and made sure I had all the accessories on my car before leaving the lot. All my questions were answered, and I left very satisfied. Thank you James Menzies and Jon Frisby! I m officially a proud Subaru Outback owner!

My experience at Sport Subaru was wonderful from start to finish. David White is the main component of what made my experience so enjoyable! David W. was informative, had great communication skills and all around is a real down to earth guy. Being a first time car buyer can be extremely overwhelming at times, but the crew at Sport Subaru made car buying such a smooth and hassle free experience. Also, shoutout to Sam in finance he s a great problem solver and I really had a great time working with him during contract & title signing. I am now a very proud owner of a Subaru Outback and I couldn t be any happier. Go check out Sport Subaru and ask for David White, you ll feel right at home!

Hi, I just purchased my first Subaru Forrester and I couldn't be happier. David Roman helped me from start to finish, and made my car buying experience relaxed, positive and fun, no high pressure, and focused on getting me what I wanted. That is hard to come by these days, someone who actually listens. The entire team at Don Mealey Sport Subaru is great! Salem in finance is a fun guy and makes putting the deal together stress free. He also listens and gets you the deal you want. Everyone is so upbeat and positive, I actually looked forward to visiting the dealership. I highly recommend this as the best place to buy a car!

While our experience the night we purchased our car was very good, we've had the opposite experience since. Sport Subaru twice sent our loan payoff to the wrong address (I provided them with the correct one), causing me to pay an additional car payment. It took them 5 weeks and me managing the process to finally get the payoff to the correct location. They've now had an additional 3 weeks (8 weeks total since purchase) to get me the overpayment check they owe me, and while I've been assured it is being processed, I still do not have it and there has been a complete lack of urgency.

I was very impressed with the service offered by the staff at Sport Subaru. The negotiations over the phone and email was amicable, stress free, and right to the point. And most important, no heavy duty sale pressure at anytime during the car buying process. After two weeks with my new car, I am very happy with my decision. Keep up the good work.

It was a bit funny because our family always go with Honda and we were actually on the way to Honda dealer but we decided to stop at Subaru first since we were on the way anyway. David White saw us were looking around in the parking and came to assist us. Not pushy at all. Very informative, friendly and knowledgeable about cars and since he knew what I was looking for from a car and he narrowed down to 2 options. We tested drive 2 cars and decided to go with 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx XT. Both traded in and buying processes were very smooth. Highly recommend this dealer and David White if you need a safety vehicle for yourself and family.

The Sport Subaru manager came in with a glad hand, full smile and smooth talk. Offered me $11,000 for my Honda trade-in. I searched for a better offer and visited another Subaru dealership that offered me $14,500. When I called back the Sport Subaru manager, he was willing to pay $15,000. I did not want to give him my business after feeling taken advantage of. The other dealership matched the $15,000 offer, which I accepted.

I want to thank the seller Derick and the finance specialist John for the attention they gave us, which was excellent, on behalf of my wife (Maite Piedra) and me for the purchase of their first 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness. Even though we already knew what car we wanted to buy, the process was very easy and fast, they treated us like family during the purchase and explained every detail to us with great transparency, something that other dealers unfortunately do not do and it is something very positive because normally When making a vehicle purchase it is stressful, you must pay close attention to the numbers. The truth is that we were very satisfied and happy with the purchase. I hope these words are useful to someone who is interested in visiting them and takes them into account. I recently purchased a 2023 WRX at this location a week and a half ago. I went there with the intentions of making a purchase. I arrived and was able to locate the vehicle of interest I found on their website. After locating the vehicle I went inside and was greeted by a wonderful man named Kris. Kris started immediately connecting with me with similar interests. He grabbed the keys and outside we went. He showed me around the car and talked to me about the features this was a nice surprise because this has never happened for me usually it s, the cars open, have a look. I didn t receive that kind of low quality treatment here. Kris made sure I was selecting the right trim level for my needs and wants. We went for a nice quick drive which resulted in immediate affirmation that this was the car for me. We went inside and Kris didn t pressure me in fact, Kris listened to what I was trying to do, my expectations and goals and was able to help me meet this. I went into finance not long after we made an agreement. The process was quick and easy. They don t try to mess with you and are very straightforward, which is what I like. During the delivery process Kris went over a couple quick key features and ensured I was satisfied. He introduced me to his manager which was a nice touch. Many places do not do this. I have been in the car business for 12 years from detail, sales, internet sales manager, sales trainer and I am now in finance. These guys did everything right. Thank you to the entire team for making this purchase fast and painless. I will return for my next vehicle purchase here. See you guys for service!

I just had the pleasure of purchasing TWO Subaru WRX's. We bought one for my daughter on Saturday, then just had to go back and buy another one for the wife one on Sunday. Wendell Ruiz Jr was kind patient and full of product knowledge. He helped me purchase my first New car and my First Subaru. Wendall was funny understanding and truly wasn't your average salesman . He was compassionate even when giving hard truths about my trade in value , how kbb online can differ from in person trade inspection. Those personality traits are special . My experience buying the Forester was a good one. My only hope is that I experience that on-going as a Subaru owner. I hope my review can help someone choose this location they carried a variety of cars and they had the most to choose from with the no dealer fees why not spend less? Finance Manager Frisby kept the good feeling going to some what may seem a high stress process . He gave us tips on how to maximize our payments. Thank you Subaru Sport.

Just bought a 2024 outback touring the other day. My experience was amazing. Great deal with quick service. DAVID was an excellent salesman. He found exactly what I was looking for while staying in my desired budget. He even made sure I knew all features of the car prior to leaving. I will for sure be returning in a few years and will ask for David! I visited a few other Subaru locations and this by far is the best location as David made me feel at home and comfortable versus just wanting to make a sale!

Thank you Frances at Sport Subaru. I honestly wasn t planning on getting a car let alone a Subaru Impreza when I went in to test drive Saturday, but Frances was unlike any Car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Normally I would go in to look at a car, but immediately be put off by the team working there. Either wasn t treated seriously, was rushed, two times I even had the keys to the car I drive to a dealership taken away from me to value my current vehicle just to have them have extra time to try to convince me to buy.None of that with Frances. She was a real person, asking actual questions during the test drive, answering any concerns she thought I may of had. All while being open about herself and her experience with vehicles. No sleazy sales tactics, just a genuine person.I also need to thank Jonathan Frisby from Sport Subaru s finance team who kept going back and forth with the bank to get me a monthly payment that I would be happy with, all while making sure with my long distance driving habits that the car would be protected and well maintained.

What a great dealership to deal with. Our whole experience was great! I especially like that we didn't have sales reps "attacking" us when we walked in the door. Victor was great and really took care of us! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a great price!

I just picked up my 3rd Subaru from this dealer.Back in December I tried to purchase an Outback and had a pretty disheartening experience with a sales associate and a sales manager here and ended up not going forward with the deal.Fast forward to this week and I was introduced to Nick Velez who totally reinstated my confidence in the dealership. He helped me with purchasing an Outback. Nick answered all of my questions and even helped me test out a car seat in the car before I decided to purchase it.I was pressed for time and Nick was very mindful of it. John Frisby checked me out too and made the process seamless. I was in and out in under 2 hours and that s with a trade in.Overall I m happy with my experience.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Angel and Hector were very efficient and masters of their trade. I was pre-approved before I came in and got a much better interest rate through Subaru. There was ZERO pressure to upgrade this or that. Bottom Line, they do what they say and say what they do and that will keep me coming back. Great Job and Thank You!!!!!!

Incredible car buying experience! The car was in pristine condition and the employees were very helpful. They didn t try and push any additional products or packages onto my purchase. They also gave me very sound advice and even followed up after the purchase to see how I was liking my vehicle! They really care at Sport Subaru. Victor Mora is the absolute best salesman you can get at any dealership. Victor, alongside the finance manager, Jon Frisby, will get you the best possible deal on your vehicle. Not only did I leave with a new vehicle, but with sound advice and a dealership I will return to in the future.

What an amazing experience from the team! As soon as we walked on the lot, Wendell greeted us on the lot even though we were there just to LOOK.. after the great descriptive detail of all the vehicles, and the specific model we were looking at, the fun began from there! We test drove multiple vehicles gaining all the info and ride styles. After that we made a decision and Wendell went to work.. between Wendell, Edwin and the Final master in finance Sam! This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 15 years! I'm so happy to be apart of of the Subu Family now and especially at this location!
