Took my car in to get inspected. Mike took care of everything and made it so easy for me. Everything was affordable, and I came out riding smoothly. I love this place.

Worst mechanics ever...I've been here multiple times...for them to make repairs under warranty but job is never done right...professionalism is at an all time low also...to be honest I feel unsafe having my car worked on by these people. They expect me to come in in the morning and take off woek every time they mess up. I'm so irritated. They seem like there used to working on older cars like in the 90's. Stay away from this place.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The technician working on my vehicle was rude and condescending. As a 30 year veteran as a master mechanic, I found the answers to the repairs on my van to be empty. Because their scanner had no codes. They told me there was no problem. They refused to test drive the vehicle because they were afraid it would break down. They returned the vehicle to me with grease all over the carpets And they use my vehicle on toll roads without paying tolls, leaving me with the bill. The only reason I use this company was because it was the nearest facility that the insurance policy covered. I would never under any circumstances recommend this company to anybody else.

Please do not come here I'm a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars I had a bad tire on my car but my tire needed a special key to take the hub off came here to speedway these people charged me 80.00 for this key me not knowing anything about cars I purchased it to go back to my tire shop for these them to tell me that charged me way too much for this key and to go get my money back I go back and themqn at the counter very nasty and rude tells me no refunds I asked where is the sign and why wasn't I told this when I purchased the key he says well it's on your receipt I show him the receipt and it did not say this nowhere on the receipt very nasty well I'm saying it now NO REFUNDS THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT WOMEN THAT DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS PLEASE DONT GO HERE THEY ARE VWRY NASTU AND NOT A GOOD PLACE TO shop

I had a very good experience with Speedway Automotive. The Rep was Gerry. he helped me find the Rims I wanted for my Ram 1500, 203C Ultra Sport Rims.. Reasonable pricing . and very fast service. I love the Look of the Rims on my truck , Thanx Gerry... I'll B Back when I'm ready for a New Boom System installed. Looking forward..

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Speedway Automotive, and I feel compelled to share my unfortunate encounter. The level of professionalism and customer service I encountered was far below my expectations.Upon bringing my car to Speedway Automotive, I was dismayed by how they treated me. Despite explaining the issues I was experiencing, they dismissed my concerns and claimed there was nothing wrong with my car. However, when I returned the next day to pick up my car, I discovered that I had to point out the actual problem to them. This raised doubts about their competence and attention to detail.To add further dismay, I also noticed a significant issue with the security of my vehicle. I confronted the staff about missing personal belongings (money, vapes). While over $300 worth of tools were left untouched inside the car. The response I received was quite concerning - they suggested that someone might have "jimmied" my car, despite there being no visible signs of a break-in. The excuse of an unsafe area seemed more like a diversion rather than an honest acknowledgment of their responsibility.This overall experience left me feeling frustrated, deceived, and robbed not only of my personal belongings but also of the trust that should accompany any visit to an automotive service center. I urge caution to anyone considering using their services.I hope my review helps other potential customers make an informed decision and serves as a reminder to Speedway that customer service and accountability are paramount in running a reputable and trusted business!

Just got an SUV and the warranty company sent us there. Buy the car on Saturday took it up on Monday for rotors breaks and the shaking in the front. Was told it was all replaced left the same day my caliber fell off my car while driving down the road and I almost hit a train had it towed back and the owners Mike n Joe was very rude but claimed they fixed itfor the second time and offered me an oil change lol. When I got home my brother checked my oil and it was 4 quarts low hell the car only holds 6 quarts. And it's still shaking the rotor's or breaks was never replaced same parts from when I dropped it off the first time

I was skeptical about this place and I was not completely wrong. my warranty reccomended this place. this shop is in my warranty network. my car was performing beautifully until the engine oil light started coming on one day after being picked up from this shop. upon checking the oil stick it was discovered that somehow the oil had left the engine. how does three quarts of oil leave the engine with no visible leaks? on top of that, my power seats were working fine when I left the car on the property. After picking up the car , I discovered that i could not set my driver seat back to the upright position. all of a sudden buttons on my seat wont work anymore. I showed the shop owner, but I am quite sure he was about to ask for more money to get my seat back to the upright position. I am almost laying down in the seat to drive now. it is not fair what these places do to consumers. I recommend you take pictures before letting these people near your car. I will edit if they make it right, neveer eveer eeagaginbut I know they wont....crack head fixed my seat in under 2 nintueswithout the purchase of that expensive seat part they tried to take nmy rent moneyheres to hoping they all catch ovid and die

While personally trying to upgrade my car alarm system, I unfortunately ran into some problems, so, I took my car to Speedway Automotive . Within a few hours, they were able to repair my alarm system within half the expected time and at what I considered to be a reasonable cost. The staff are both hard working and extremely professional. I highly recommend this auto shop.

I ve been dealing with them for welll over 8 years. 5 different cars and I have yet to be disappointed. Every set of rims I ve ever owned I got from them. I buy all my tires for them and recently had Mike and his team install music in both my cars. These guys do an amazing job. I with no doubt will continue to use their services.

I've been going here for years, 10+ to be exact, ever since they replace Fifth Wheel. The service has always been great. Mike is a really good and honest guy. I've had tint, alarm, radio, amps, remote start, you name it to all of my cars. These guys do a fantastic job.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing experience! I heard about this place from a coworker and decided to try them out. Stopped in for a quick tire rotation. The staff was really inviting. The price was very reasonable compared to pricings in the area and everything was completed in under 30 minutes! I will most definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Stay away from this business people. Mike one of the owners come across as nice but he just all about the money and how much they can over charge everyone that walks in the door. I was refereed to go there just to get some hub rings for my Maserati. They told me one the phone before I went there it was $20.00 just take the tire off just see the size of ring I will need. I get there and Mike tells me its $40.00 just to look at the wheel if I get the rings or not. I tell him I'm not paying $40.00 just to look at my wheels. lol I tell him he should know what will fit if they doing this all the time.They take my car in and know the rings will fit without taking the tire off...lmao.....As they are putting the tires back on which cost $20.00 per tire (I didn't complain about that) Mike tells me that I have all factory bolts on and he would suggest me to change them to help the tire fit better. I think about it and say OK he didn't tell me that 16 bolts cost $110.00 as I see when I get the bill ( regular charge at other places is half that ) I then asked if I could order some Lexani Rims through him he says yes I tell him the rim I want and they call in to get a price. Miles tells me the price would be $5700.00 for a set of 4. I tell him that that price is very Hi and I have talked to 5 others who's prices are $4400.00. (again trying to over charge)I then ask about some rims I seen in his location. He gives me a price of $2000.00 rims only. The problem is the rims are low level beginner rims. I leave his location and do some home work on the rims and find out from 4 other dealers that the rims are sold for half that price. I go online and look up the exact rims and again (trying to over charge) I call other dealers and tell them the price that he is trying to charge they tell me that he is trying to take advantage of people just cause he has the rims in stock. I call Mike back and say hey I asked you at the time to give me your best deal I have done some homework and found out what the rims should cost can you give me a better deal to get ride of the rims. No one was rushing his place placing rims orders....lmao...he tells me no cause he gave me a deal already. His deal was trying to over charge me by $1000.00...lol....I then give him my words telling him ho w I felt about his deal and overcharging me for the services I did get as he was trying to sound cocky like he is the man. lmao He got blasted and he hung up the phone.The point here is that Mike is not about customer service. He is about over charging people and getting as much money as he can from you. I have multiple cars he could have got lots of business from me. I ended up cussing him out and he hung up on me as he was trying to brag to me about him being the biggest rim dealer in Orlando as he has rims just sitting for years and no one buying them.Go to "Bent Rim" for your service needs. They have great Customer Service and the fairest prices that you would ever get and great service. There are many other bad reviews on here. If I were you I would take them to heart along with mine. I'm just trying to do the right thing and tell the people what to expect or don't ever even go to put yourself in this type of situation.I hope I helpedBest

I have been a customer with Speedway for approx 9 years, sent my daughters there without any problems, prices are the best in town, always been treated fairly and with respect. Will recommend anytime, as I am a business owner myself. I don't what the other posted negative reviews are talking about, has never been rude and you can't please everybody, but I'm very pleased with there services.

I found Speedway Automotive to have the best quote. They were very accommodating to my questions, the job they performed on my SUV Crossover was done in a timely manner and I was pleased as I am a fussy customer. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.They were very professional and not to mention this is a family business and I support a locally owned Business FIVE Stars all the way.

I went to my Subaru dealership for a tire pressure sensor and they told me that I had a nail in the side wall. Unfixable and need to replace all 4 tires as I have all wheel drive. They gave me what they considered a low estimate at $585. I felt uneasy about it so I asked around and a friend recommended me to Mike at Speedway. Not only were they professional but they showed me that my tire was fixable and would only cost me $20!!! He also gave me a great deal on tinting my windows, something I've wanted to do for almost a year now. Unbeatable price! I will always come back here and know that I'm not just getting good service but honesty. Thank you speedway automotive!

Bad business. I had tints put on at this place. Poor craftsmanship. When they first put the tints on I noticed the cuts were not as. Pristine as I am used to whenever I get my cars tinted. But I thought well ok I can live it. Now 3 weeks later the tint is peeling and coming off. I walk into the store this morning and the guy tells me the tint installer is not in to come back in a few days or they will cal me. I asked if he can come out and look at the tints so he can see that they are bad and then he tells me there is no warranty!!!!! What the what?!?! Bad business they will never get another dime from me. If you can t honor your work what s the use!!!

Waste of time and poor customer service. After getting my windows tinted, and paying extra for the one year warranty, one window began a peel and another had a bubble in it. I had gone to back on three occasions to get it fixed. The first time, I went I was told that the warranty place was not open. The second time I went I was told that the tint person was on vacation. and the third time I went they said oh it ll take a few minutes but after 30 minutes had gone by they said oh it ll take another 45 minutes. Note: I called in advance, EACH TIME! They were very nonchalant and didn t care about my time.l. I will be going elsewhere to have my windows fixed and I will not give this company another dime.

Called to schedule window tinting service multiple times and they have been telling me that they are 2-3 weeks behind. When I insist on making an appointment, representative stated they have no one to tint windows currently. I asked kindly for them to remove their current Groupon offer if that's the case. The representative rudely responded that they already did, however the Groupon is still online and active.These people are illegitimate, rude, and unprofessional. In this industry, clients are looking for the exact opposite. I'm surprised that they are still up and running.

I went into this place today because I bought a car yesterday but the touchscreen wasn t working properly and was referred through my dealership to these guys. WORST MISTAKE EVER! They tried push their old cheap radios onto me and kept changing their story about why they couldn t replace my factory radio. When I told them I wasn t going to buy one of their crappy radios they got angry and said that my car was done with the diagnostic test WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING MY RADIO! They then billed my warranty company $175 and when I questioned them about it since they didn t even touch my car they said it s not coming out of your pocket. Honestly, save yourself money and a headache...plus he literally spits everywhere when he talks.

Guys there were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Older white guy and the bald one did an amazing installing of a custom system, wheels and tires. I went back for a tint job that can out amazing from a skinny spanish guy. BEST PLACE ON TOWN.

I had gotten a certificate to get my windows tinted off of Groupon. It only took them an hour to do! I absolutely love the turn out! Great customer service. Also the tint is life time warranty!!

Today, I had a horrible experience with this business. I purchased tires for my vehicle a few months ago and yesterday one of the tires started wobbling and shaking. I took the car to be checked by them, I was told that the steal in the edge of the tire was coming through and it was caused by impact, which never happened. They told me that I'd have to buy a new tire to replace it although the tire was clearly defective and when I asked to see the defective tire it was never presented to me. When I complained to the Manager/Owner about the situation he stated that the employee I dealt with was having a bad day and did nothing to address the situation.

Stay away from this company. They do not know how to tint cars because they leave alot of dust/bubbles in the film. After they tinted my car I asked them to take off the terrible tint job and refund me since it was just so bad that I paid $140 and could see bubbles and dust trapped in my tint! They told me flat out NO that they would not refund me anything. How would you like it if I gave you a crappy tint job and kept your money?? I have lost some sleep over it and everytime I drive my car it makes me so angry that they robbed me my money. I am considering small claims court and getting consultations from lawyers right now.

I did tinting. All windows have bubbles and the manager told us the best they know how to do. They charge me for a USV but did just 5 windows. The manager hung up the phone and don t give any warranty. I will come back with police. Don t recommend
