I ve had 2 bad experiences there. First time they broke my tire pressure sensor and put gashes in my rim. Second time they over charged me for a low profile tire install when my tires were a 235/40. 40 is not low profile. Go somewhere else.

These guys might not be working out of a fancy building. But don t let that fool you. They know what they are doing. They recently worked on my 2016 Dodge Ram with the 6.7 Cummins Diesel. It was throughing codes for Def problems. They got that all figured out which wasn t easy by the way. And put tires on for me. Very big tires which are not easy to balance. However my truck has never rode so smooth at 80 mph!Thank you to Bill and the gang for doing such a great job and not breaking the bank in the process. Extremely SATISFIED!

On point with their services. Nothing more and nothing less unlike these other shops that say you have a million and one problems. Highly recommend Smoky's Tires

I have been a regular at Smokeys for several years now, and I intend to keep it that way.The first time I went, I was looking to get my tires replaced, and the service that my husband and I received was superior. The value of their services are great, and work is done on vehicles in a timely manner.What I respect most about the staff at Smokeys (Bill, Mason, Luis, and I am sure there are others whose names I wish I had) is that they prioritize integrity. As a woman, I have had my fair share of being scammed by men at a lot of car service shops, but I am thankful that I have never had to encounter such vile behavior here. Everybody is genuine, friendly, and kind at this establishment.Overall, if you're looking to get your car serviced, I would very much recommend stopping at Smokey's!

Thank you for putting a bad tire on my car and also incorrectly balancing it :) love that you want to charge me to fix the problems you created. Thank you for allowing me to see why I do no support shops, because they love to cheat people.

Great people, and affordable pricing for quality tires. They have a lot of tires and I am confident that you will find the tires size you want there.I brought my 1993 Miata there and needed a 195/50/15 and they had it! I was in and out in 20 minutes. Derek was a happy, friendly and knowledge tire technician.I highly recommend if you are in the area. I been to other Tre shops in the area and this place has the best selection, service, and price.

Service was quick and convenient! However that same week I noticed my car pulling to the side I got the used tire. Found out when I got a wheel balance, that they put the wrong tire size on my car!

My Sister in law had a cargo van uhaul rental from them. The manager said "they don't accept cash" so she told him that she will be back with the credit card. The manager agreed giving no time frame. She came back not even 40 minutes later and he had apparently rent it to somone else. Very rude.

These people are crooks. I had rented a u haul to help my son move to Orando on a Saturday turned it in to this place 2 days early. I was told he would have it checked in Monday they charged me 20.00 for over night charge. I'm an honest person. But this place uhaul needs not do business with them.

I ve been going for years and now the new guy being hyped up is doing a horrible job than the other white gig that was the mechanic there. My tires weren t bolted on tight or right. My car shakes. All because I got new front tires. This new guy is not good at all. No trust for my safety. Super disappointed with the new hire. Never again!

Don't rent a uhaul from this place, they charged me an extra $20 for an after hours drop off free when I dropped the truck off at 2:30pm. This was a Saturday and they close at 4pm so I made sure to bring the truck back early. Handed the keys to I'm assuming the owner (bill) and told him to adjust the price because I was charged for 40 miles when I only drop 25. He said I'll get a call about the prive adjustment. The charged me 75 (including the fake overnight drop off fee). I've gone back but the owner was in Costa Rica I guess for the week and his daughter tird to help me but couldn't. This place must be hurting for money.

Excellent and fast service. Went in the morning so it wasn t very busy, but they were able to immediately start working on replacing a spare tire I had. They also cleaned up the front headlights just because they noticed they were getting cloudy. Ended up being a very affordable price as well. Definitely coming back if I need anything else.

Got charged a late for after hours for dropping off my uhaul when it was open! They had a moonshine on the counter when I went in there. The guy seemed drunk. I still haven t received my money owed after talking to the district manager.

I don t remember the guys name but he was very nice and changed my tire quick, everyone there is very friendly and for a great price, would absolutely recommend :)

I was so excited to go to Smokey s (when my boyfriend referred me) where I trusted the services and could count on not being tricked and taken advantage of until my second visit there. I was in a bind because I was down a car and needed it to pick up my boys from school so I contemplated what I should do to get my car fixed as fast as possible. Bill rudely told me to practically buzz off and go have my friend fix the problem if he was such an expert.. I kindly explained that I was just trying to fill him in on any information that could make his job easier and help me get my car fixed faster. Anyway, he tried replacing my battery, but shortly after he discovered that the battery was not the issue and he would have to keep my car overnight because he can t do anything today. He left me in the car to contemplate some more and then I got around to conferring with my friend over the phone and he asked me to tell him what the car is doing now so I started it up and proceeded to drive around in the same loop that Bill just test drove the car. But as I made my way around I got stuck by a car in the middle of the road. I then hear Bill shouting at me to hold up. When he gets to my car he angrily says that I was trying to make off with his brand new battery and that I owe him $25 for the scan he did. I told him that I m not going anywhere I m still possibly interested in his services. He turns to face me and bluntly tells me that I was headed right out of the lot and points to the exit. I then tell him NO I was headed towards the loop out and around, back into the other side or entrance of the lot. He just shakes his head and demands I back up, he then replaces his new battery for my original battery and says just give me the 25 and that s it. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. It was embarrassing and extremely frustrating being accused of stealing a battery when I have an appointment the following week to have him do a $1,000 job on my car. Especially when I had completely forgot that I had his battery in my car still and probably wouldn t have gone around the loop if I had known I had it..just to avoid anyone thinking I am trying to steal it. Honestly, I would give no stars if possible.

WORST SHOP EVER - THEY DONT PAY THEIR BILLS!!!!! THEY PURCHASED A ENGINE FROM US AND NEVER PAID IS FOR IT!!!! DONT GO HERE THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR REOUTABLE!!!!!

Called and ordered new tires in my size the day before, showed up on Saturday morning and had them installed plus an oil change within an hour. Would've taken 3x longer at the dealership. First time here and this place is great, all the guys are super sweet.

Brought my car in for an engine swap.6 months later both the car and the new engine were destroyed. My $2000 deposit on the work was not returned. A total loss. The owner said. He would give me shop credit. Are you kidding me !!Don't walk.... RUN AWAYIt's now 3 years later....I've almost finished repairing the damage this shop caused to my classic 300ZXOver $11,000 out of pocket on top of the $2,000 they stole from me.Bill is a crook, plain and simple

Great experience. My sons car had a flat, went nice and early when we woke, and the guys at Smokey's fixed the tire in no time. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks again Smokey's tire!

I love this place. Bill and the mechanics keep my car running. Great shop for auto repairs. Without Smokey's my aging LEXUS would not be on the hwy. Not a fancy place but if you need car repairs or tires..this is the place to go.

Amazing, quick, friendly and fair! Got a nail in my tire on the way to work and frantically started calling every used tire place on my commute. While this was the only one that answered.. I'm very glad that they did. Told me to come on over and when I pulled in they directed me right into a spot. There were actually nails in two of my tires!! They were very friendly and assured me they would get me taken care of and out of there fast. Not only did they deliver on that promise by having me in-and-out within 20 minutes but when it came time to check out I was shocked at how low the price was. Think I found my new go to in Orlando for all tire needs :-)

Bill balanced my husbands tires before my husband and I went to the mountains for New Years. During the trip the tires kept making noises and we kept checking and nothing looked out of place! We didn t drive the truck for 3 days while in Gatlinburg and on our way home we stopped to get diesel and literally as we pulled in to gas station 2 lug nuts came off and come to find out we only had 2 of 8 left on the truck!! Mind you this a 2019 F250. We tried to call and to no avail Bill hasn t answered his phone! Meanwhile we are stuck in South Carolina having to pay $1000 s to have the tire assembly and lug nut things replaced! If I could give him a - review I would, a 1 is too nice!
