Service King did a wonderful job. I knew nothing about them until my insurance company suggested that I used them to fix my car after it took a hit in the rear. The staff that I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Since my insurance company sent me there, Service King was expecting me and pretty much knew who I was when I walked in. They even made sure I had a rental car next door at an Enterprise. When I dropped off my car, they hooked me into their text service and I pretty much recieved daily updates on my car which was great. The first text I received was the estimate and time frame on the afternoon I dropped off my car, amazing. The car was finished just over a week later on the day they first told me it would be done and it looked perfect like it was never even hit. I will definitely use them again.

I had to get a front end collision repaired on my 20' elantra gt. The quote process was quick and smooth. I was consistentaly updated with repair costs and the status of my vehicle when turned in. They gave me an ETA and they finished about a week early. The repairs and paint/body work looked suberb. I am a very skeptical person but I can reccomend this business. My car was unfortunately backed into in a parking lot. The driver left my bumper crushed in and tail light cracked. I ve only had my car for about 4 months! Thankfully, the good people at Service King did such an amazing job with my bumper and tail light repair, I thought they swapped my car out for a new car completely! Only took about a week to complete, which I feel like was super fast! Friendly and efficient staff. Kept me up to date on the progress of my repair throughout the week. At first I thought the company was really good, fast, and efficient. But after receiving my car back I had to bring it back to get the headlights recalibrate and synced because they were coming on at different times. A few hours after I dropped the car off I get a call saying that my car was in the shop and the auto lift came on and my car was lifted up by the drivers side door. Severely denting and folding the bottom of my door up and also denting the front fender on the drivers side. By the time I got there later on that day to check on it the car was already taken apart, so I couldn't really see exactly what had happened to it eccept through pictures that they took. They said they would take care of it and got a Rental car for me to drive while my car was down. When returning to pick up my car 2 weeks later the car seemed okay at first glance. But the more I looked at it the more things I found wrong with it. There were multiple runs in the paint. That were an easy fix by buffing them out. Even though one was left. There are few areas where the paint was chipped and missing on the door and front bumper. The driver's side rocker panel wasn't clipped on all the way. And still has a dent in it from where the door was lifted and crushed by the auto lift. I can now hear a lot of road noise coming from the door that was replaced. The rear bumper lines now stick out and do not match the rest of the car because of the car being lifted by the door. As far as fixing everything the manager did Clip the rocker panel back in place But the small dent still remains from where the door was pushed in. The manager tried fixing the paint chips in the door and front bumper by Dabbing paint on them and not re-spraying the chipped areas. He does not want to take responsibility for the back bumper being out of place and told me to call a sister company to see if they think it was caused the car being lifted up by the door. Ive tried calling him to get the number to the sister company but no answer. The car is a unibody car and clearly when one side of the car is lifted up by the door will push other things out of place according to multiple other shops. I was told the headlights cannot be any more synced and calibrated and will always come on a different times even tho when I purchased the car they came on at the same time. When I spoke to a Mercedes Tech he told me they can gladly fix it And they should be coming on at the same time, not at different times And would gladly fix the problem if I were to bring it into them. I've called the manager back after i've left the last time but he has never returned my phone calls. Even after calling my Insurance Company having them call I still have not got a call back from anyone. If I could give them less than one star or zero stars I definitely would!Jordan. This will be my second time using this company unfortunately no thanks to stupid drivers on the road but nevertheless they are amazing at what they do they keep me updated every single step and a quick turnaround even on part that have been back ordered. I've had to be put on hold by my insurance for 2 months this second time and I called them up and they actually were able to help me contact them and setup an appointment immediately meanwhile my own insurance was taking forever and actually remembered who I was just over the phone I wasn't just another customer to them I really appreciated that I don't normally trust a lot of car shops but they will always be my go to from now on

I was in a minor car accident and they were the shop that fixed it. They did the most amazing job on my car. The staff were awesome and kept me informed every step of the way. My car is beautiful again. Highly recommend them.

The ladies at the desk who checked us in were always extremely pleasant and courteous. We received regular updates by email. The final results were perfect. The body work and paint blended seamlessly. The only glitch which caused us to bring the car back was the electrical to the sun roof and interior lights had not been hooked up. They fixed it quickly. I had my claim assigned to them. Upon arrival, I was informed to go ahead and get a rental car next door. I came back with the rental and unloaded all of my stuff into the rental. The Service King person assisting me then informed me that they were not going to do what State Farm had estimated (bodywork, priming, sanding, painting and clear coating) but would be instead outsourcing the work and only doing painless dent removal. Not only had she seen State Farm s estimate beforehand, but waited until I had already rented a car to give me the bad news. This was a terrible inconvenience as I had to leave my car, get a ride to pick it back up later and then go find a body shop that could actually do what State Farm had estimated.Secondly, upon my first visit, she had stated that she/they could arrange for a rental car, which also turned out not to be true. This person/this business cost me hours, gas and frustration due to miscommunication and generally poor customer service. If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would.UPDATE: I read the company response to my review. I contacted their representative. I was asked to go through a process, explaining what occurred, etc. CRICKETS! They never responded afterwards and any additional communication was ignored. Their response was obviously "Lip Service" and a PR spin on the negative review. This company obviously could care less. Another local shop handled everything BEAUTIFULLY, which was a night and day difference from my experience with Service King. I highly recommend anyone needing such services to seek a more qualified, caring company as Service King is anything but!

I found these guys on the third try and I wish they had been my first! I have a crazy busy schedule and they worked with me to reschedule my appointments and get my repairs done ....dropped my Cadillac off on Monday and Friday I picked it up looking brand new! They are fast efficient and make you feel like family! A big shout out to Christine who handled my drop off, to the girl who cashed me out sorry I didn't get your name and to the mechanic who went above and beyond to fix my baby and have it ready in no time! You guys have my five stars!!!

For "site unseen" work, I am completely satisfied. The work was being performed hrs away from my home so I was a little weary at first. The GM Ron was more than helpful. He took any concerns I had and mad them completely transparent. Sending photos back and forth, keeping me up to date with daily results. Ron went above and beyond to replace my defective battery that was under warranty, but not covered by insurance. All work was completed ahead of schedule and they used absolute diligence when it came to trying to locate a discontinued custom wheel. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quick repairs.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Battery

Add repair oh mile collision damage to right rear panel.Done well and looks good.On pick up was informed of damage to left rear light cover, which was from a separate accident.Would ve appreciated a call letting me know about that, so I can have them fix it at my cost. I wrote a review before and can t find it. Don t go to this shop even if your insurance recommends it. Went twice and they couldn t even put my car back together correctly the fender and door didn t align, I brought it back to fix it from December and it still isn t aligned to this day. Had a part come off while driving on the highway and this guy (assuming the mechanic or manager) insinuated it had nothing to do with them and I took it off. Also noticed extreme texture and matte-ness to my car and they very unevenly put rocks guard on it and it doesn t match the opposite side of my car. Second time around had to replace to door after somebody drove by and nearly took the door off .. window got stuck going up and now have incredibly bad electrical problems. my car does not move or accelerate and all the lights on the dash turn on and the speedometer shuts off and this is a brand new car. The electrical problems I had prior to them fixing my car was just that the locks flicker on and off now suddenly my car doesn t drive. Do urself a favor dont go here pls

They were prompt in their service, provided consistent excellent communication every step of the way, and made dealing with the insurance a painless process. I took my car red 2020 Toyota chr to service King saline, and the rest of the team Fixed my vehicle after the accident and painted very good all parts and labor was done excellent and they give you warranty. This was the most productive and professional collision place. The service was supreme. They quoted me that my car would be done by 4 weeks and I got it back with 2 weeks. It looked better after they fixed it from when I got the car. If they had cards I d pass them out to everyone I know. Too bad I m in a different career because I d work for them. That how happy I was with their company. Thank you Service King Collision.

After being rear ended in traffic in Leesburg, FL. The other party's insurance set me up with Service King Collision. The completed the repair on my vehicle in a timely manner and the work done was of top notch quality. I was very satisfied with the repairs. Would recommend them for your collision needs.

These people are fast and professional! My car was ready before the estimated time of completion and I got text updates every step of the way. Sometimes two texts in a day. I was assigned a single account manager to make sure I felt comfortable talking about any aspect of the process. Alex, my account manager, even gave me periodical calls to make sure I was getting the updates and to see if I had any questions.Thanks Alex and Thanks Service King!

My experience with Service King on JYP was nothing but exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness and complete transparency was great. They provided timely status reports and completed my car when promised. And they detailed my car. When good customer service is becoming a relic you can not ask for a better organization. This facility....has worked on my car twice, due to people hitting my vehicle. Both times, I was treated with respect and dignity. Very awesome staff! I had a unfortunate accident and my car was a mess, estimate and paperwork was a breeze! I m glad they were able to fix the damages for my car to look like it originally did. Very satisfied with my experience at this location, also a Thanks to Nelson Perez as well

First I would like to start off and say the service hands down is AMAZING, Probably the best service I had from any business aside of Chic fil A lol Throughout the entire process I dealt with Desiree it was such a pleasure she was ALWAYS calm, I can truly say no matter how many questions I had she stayed professional always willing to answer any questions.Service king will always keep you updated via text or phone call. They definitely stand by their word when it comes to parts warranty. Ron the manager is absolutely AMAZING as well. Work on customer service. Girl in the front is rude , has a nasty anttitude, and the next customer she takes a tone with might not be as nice as me.

Painted over some wires that caused further damage, also left debris from my accident in the front engine compartment. I had to take my car to Mazda for repairs (after service king was suppose to fix everything), and they had to pay Mazda for repairing what Service King broke. The manager Ben is awesome, and worked with me. Desire has great customer service at the front as well!!!

Whoever makes those appointments and in charge of that place runs a lousy business because they made a wrong appointment for my car to get fix that day but only put me in as an estimate when I already had an estimate made at a previous service king. They said they couldn't pull up the file when they were both work with same insurance company to get the information from each other but we're too lazy too and thought their labor was more expensive and worth my time than the other service king on colonial who were generally more understanding than them.
